Each sister’s ‘trial’ involves one of the night courts 3 (THREE like the number of batboys and archerons because ✨symbolism✨) mountains AND a batboy:

-Feyre went under the mountain, and Rhysand is her mate

-Nesta went over (ie climbed) the mountain during the blood rite, and Cassian is her mate

-Elain will go through the mountain (the prison), and Az will be her mate chosen love.

Now here’s the part that started as a joke:

Their (Feysand and Nessian) major sex scenes involved a table and the OPPOSITE of the mountain.
