That they couldn’t teleport (or wink as it was known back then) through solid objects didn’t really matter, because they had a bunch of other advantages over other kinds with little that could stop them back in yond times.

while i think it’s important to be able to look at ships and notice when they’re underdeveloped, i also think its important that as a fandom we stop shitting on rick for making some relationships underdeveloped. thinking about it, these characters are teens. i cant tell you how many times I’ve jumped into a relationship i wasn’t prepared for or when i barely knew the other person.

its just… kind of realistic. not every relationship is going to be a five book established slowburn. some relationships just happen. and they might not work, they might not be satisfyingly to read, we might not like them, but it’s not automatically shitty writing. it’s how the world works sometimes.

like no, i still dont ship caleo. or jasiper. i probably wont. but i can respect it as a ship and i can respect it as canon.

i hate the star wars sequel trilogy for having so much story potential, fantastic characters, amazing concepts and not utilizing any of those things

like.. there are so many things out of place. so many characters with either arcs going no where or non-existent arcs

and i hate that disney basically doesn’t touch those films and the lore around them.. like we’ve had the resistance show (but it’s not even good) and we’ve had the comics and novels (which not that many people relative to the size of this fandom even pick up and read) and now this most recent era in the timeline is sort of abandoned/ignored..

i love how in the comics (haven’t read any of the star wars books yet, sorry) the evolution of the rise of the first order is portrayed. but how about more stories taking place in the middle of the sequels movies? media exploring the lives of characters from those films? maybe some retroactive retconning? clone wars did it and it elevated the prequels! i hope one day we’ll get more stuff that elevates the sequels too (and hopefully retcons stuff to make them better because in their current state they not that good lol)

mind you tho; i love the sequels actually. i just hate the reality of them - i’m disappointed - but i love the potential they held - still hold

Now here’s the part that started as a joke:

Their (Feysand and Nessian) major sex scenes involved a table and the OPPOSITE of the mountain.

What if a group of guardians found a baby? Just all alone and abandoned. They have to go over and take care of them because they’re so cute. Guardians and random babiesss. (｀・ω・´)

-First of all how in the name of Traveler’s Light did a baby end up here outside of the walls of the Last City? Nobody in the Fireteam knows. None of them did.-The Hunter of the Fireteam found them first. The baby was in an broken building, all alone in their little blanket, crying. All of them were surprised. Their Ghosts questions why is there a baby here anyway. -Leaving the baby would be heartless and dangerous. Looks at their chubby cheeks and their also crying. So they decided to take the baby. The Warlock carries the baby. -Of course everyone is surprised when the Fireteam return with a baby. They all go to the Vanguard and show them the baby.-Cayde is in so awe of the baby as the baby grabs his beautiful horn. His beautiful beautiful horn. -Ikora and Zavala realizes that the baby has no parents and needs to cared. The Titan steps in and insist they will take care of the baby. -The Warlock had to go buy all the baby supplies. The Hunter and Titan had to make room for the baby in their quarters.-The Warlock also made the schedule so that all of them have a part to care for the baby.-They all had a name war of what to name the baby.-The baby likes using the Hunter’s hood as a blanket.-The baby likes to sleep on the Titan.-The baby also thought Ghost was a baby toy and well, bite onto them. Not amusing for Ghost. -When on patrols they can’t leave the baby so one of them has to carry the baby or get one of their friends to watch over them. When they are carrying the baby the other two are very protective over whoever carrying the baby. If anyone goes near them they will get destroyed.-Warlock and Titan freaking out when baby got a hold of Hunter’s knife.-Cute baby noises and grabby hand when the baby sees the Fireteam.-The Titan crochet a blanket for the baby.-Warlock reads bedtime stories to the baby. -Hunter likes to baby talk to the Baby, they also let the baby wear their old cape, the short cape I mean.-The baby papping their face when they’re not wearing their helmet.-Ghost playing lullabies so they can sleep.-The Fireteam parents all the way.

You know what I'm thinking about today?Season 3 episode 3. SPECIFICALLY the part where the pedo teacher says "If love can be called a mistake" while looking directly at Mickey and Mickey gives a side eye to Ian, clearly uncomfortable. And then he IMMEDIATELY hates himself for thinking that he is in love with Ian, another man, or even considering it as a possibility, so he overcompensates by trying to look Super Straight™ and fucking Angie. Dude. He was so abused and brainwashed by Terry that he had to dismiss the thought that he had feelings for Ian by screwing the first random chick he saw. Like that took anything away.
