Ok so I see a ton of Pure AU things and don't get me wrong, I adore those. But. What if there was an au where Veronica is just as crazy as JD? Or maybe just as mad at the world and she joins him in his killing spree and they live their lives as vigilantes together being all cute and crazy leading double lives and crap. I like that AU a lot.

When Jd finds out Veronica's "dead":
Jd:"oh my God! No! Veronica! Why!? I sang a whole song for you and you're dead!? Why!?"
Veronica's mom coming up the stairs:
Veronicas mom:" veronica? I-I hear some man scream singing up there.... are you ok!? I got snacks.... veronica?"
i love heathers, both musical and movie, because there is something so fascinating about JD and Veronicas relationship. it genuinely could’ve been a happy thing, but that wasn’t where the plot went. In the movie, a little less so, but there was a turning point past no return they could’ve never hit. as well as in the movie Veronica is much more apathetic- they could’ve gone past the point of no return and just kept driving together. the way it ended was one of 3- and it only ended in that way to be shocking. it really plays with the idea of blame. if you blame yourself, others can stay by you, if you blame another person, you guys are pushed apart, and if you couldn’t care less, you keep on keeping on
