International decora day outfit
I never saw a decora themed zine before!! So fun!! And a thing I always teach people when they get into decora✨
My first zine ever!
Last month I finally pushed myself to make a zine (which I've wanted to make one on and off for years)! It's a simple 16 page mini zine (master copy is two 8 page zine's that are made from A4 paper combined) introducing and briefly explaining the range decora fashion has outside of it's rainbow stereotype.
It's definitely far from perfect as I made many mistakes, but, it came out much better than expected. I'll also share the zine scans and pics of printed copies when I get around to doing all of that :P for now here's what the master copy looks like.
also I no matter how hard I try I can't get the page order correct above, so I'll list the proper order below:
Introduction, monochromatic decora, dark decora, pastel decora, decololita and other combo styles, oshi decora and conclusion.

A few days ago I thought about how it's been forever since I drew j-fashion but I still wanted to draw ace attorney fanart. So than I decided to just combine the two ideas!
First I drew Franziska, I was going to draw her in Gothic lolita but than I remember old school lolita was a thing, and did that instead, because I love how cute it looks! I highly doubt she would ever wear this style in canon (it'd probably feel far too childish for her, especially considering what she wore as a child) but idc, it was fun to draw XD, as I enjoyed designing the dress (after looking at like 10 or so refs) and settling on how I wanna draw her face in my art style
Than I drew Klavier in rokku gyaru/gyaruo style, or at least tried to. I don't think it's as accurate as I'd like to both the character and the fashion style :/ but, that makes sense since it's my first time drawing Klavier and, I haven't drawn rokku gyaru style a ton. On the positive I had more fun drawing his funky hair thingy than I thought I would :-D

A while ago I felt like not doing fanart and just drawing some cute outfits heavily inspired by 2000s Harajuku fashion, so I grabbed my copy of fresh fruits (which has to be my fave book I own! though if you don't have the book you can still read the whole thing on internet archive here!) for inspo and ended up creating these funky characters XD
I had a lot of fun drawing these two and, definitely want to draw more J-fashion, especially decora, fairy-kei and gyaru styles as I find these styles more visually appealing but I am mostly focused on drawing fanart atm so idk how often I'll draw J-fashion looks in the foreseeable future :P
