Sengoku Blood - Bara no Keiyaku

Genre : Action, Drama, Gender Bender, Historical, Josei, Romance, Supernatural

One of my favourite genres of manga, is probably Gender Bender types. Especially when it comes to mind-blowing yours, mine and/or the rest of the other characters mind.

Like most gender benders, the storyline usually involves keeping their gender identities as a secret from the public for some personal reasons.

Sengoku Blood - Bara no Keiyaku is told from the main heroine’s perspective, Karin Nobunaga as she takes over her twin brother’s ( Oda Nobunaga ) dream - to unite the world and create a place for happiness for his subjects and his sister - and act as his substitute after his tragic death. In order to do so, she makes a deal with a demon, gaining the resemblance to that of her deceased brother.

What’s really interesting about this manga, is the relationship between Karin and Oda. In order not to spoil here, I would highly suggest that you try out the the manga to decide whether this manga is something that suits your taste.
