Hello! I was wondering if I could get some modern college hcs for Gyro as a premed student (I’m assuming he would be if he were a doctor in today’s society). Just general stuff such as what his dorm would be like, study habits, etc. School has me drained 🤧 love your writing! 💖

Author's Note: thank you so much! <3 and same, my summer class just started for me, but after that, i'm gonna go to a university for my bachelors degree, so i've been a bit drained as well lmao

Gyro Zeppeli as a College Student HCs:

Gyro's that one kid who is just naturally smart.

I honestly can't see him studying, unless it's like the day before a final.

He half-asses his work, but still gets amazing grades.

He'll probably make fun of someone if he hears them complaining about a class.

He'd might have those pre-made flashcards for the medical terminology, but I'd doubt he ever uses them.

His dorm is pretty neat. Maybe an unkempt bed at most, but other than that, he's pretty good at tidying up.

There's no trash on the ground, just his bed, some textbooks, and his teddy.

He'd be there to pass, not to exceed.

But either way, he's probably top of his class, and he's VERY smug about it. As he should be though lmao.

His studying habits in the rare occasion that he does study would probably be skimming through his notes and textbooks.

He might even have Johnny quiz him with some of the terminology flashcards too.

He's doing very well and he really doesn't have to try.

☆ Thanks to her family's background as farmers, she's always been interested in botany. She decides to focus on that when she starts living with Steven. Her favorite things to plant are flowers and berries!

☆ As a whole, she'd much rather be with her garden at home than speaking to other people. With her plants, there's no expectation of holding conversation.

☆ Her handwriting is rather neat, with large swoops and curls. She has a steady hand, so she loves getting fancy with it.

☆ As a child, her older brother Tom taught her how to shoot after their mother died. She never understood why, but she appreciates it to this day.

☆ Speaking of which, she's always been closer with her older brother Tom and her youngest sister Lizzie.

☆ She sees Johnny as an older brother! In some ways he reminds her of Tom, but she recognizes that they're two different people. Honestly, she tends to lightly tease Johnny more than she ever did with Tom.

☆ In a Modern AU, she's obviously a horse girl and competes sometimes! She really likes dressage, showjumping, and vaulting. She really likes talking about horse care, so if you ever want to gain her trust fast...

☆ Johnny totally got her a cowboy hat one year, and she still has it to this day.

☆ I make her birthday September 8th, because that's also Saint Mary's birthday.

Jojo Monthly Redraw [7/9] - Steel Ball Run

This is the 7th of a total of nine drawings I'll do throughout the year. I'll be redrawing one scene from each part of Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, from Phantom Blood to The Jojolands.

Steel Ball Run is my fav Jojo part, and you may know Gyro Zeppeli is my absolute #1 fav character among all Jojo characters (in fact, I got him tattooed a few months ago 💖). I don't really like westerns or racing competitions at all, but Araki nailed this part, imo.

Since it's my favorite part, but I have terrible memory and don't remember a lot of stuff, I'm currently rereading it, while I wait for the anime adaptation... and when I reached this scene, I thought it was the perfect scene to redraw it! I wanted to try to capture Lucy's dread... and try to draw new characters besides Gyro, lol.

Next month is Jojolion! :)
