Kagune - Tumblr Posts
So I’m sure we all know that Kishou Arima is a half human. Born form yk a ghoul and human. But I was thinking, if Arima was more leaning to the ghoul side and had a Kagune what type of Kagune would he have?
I believe the Arima would have a Rinkaku. Known for being swift and flexible (though also frail and easily to destroy). A Rinkaku would be able to keep up with the speed that Kishou fights with. As he’s constantly maneuvering and dodge swiftly so he would have a kagune that matches that speed.
Yeah, so that’s just what I believe. Comment if you have a difference in opinion.
Comment if you want to think about what other characters kagune types would be if they were a ghoul.
Muuratari, my lil tokyo ghoul oc. i have a lot of love for this show because it basically shaped the creativity of my art and i had yet to make one so i did. Also, first time drawing an insect, i think i did well.
Based off of Leaveitbrii’s ao3 fic: Owl’s Party Favor which is a very well written WIP crossover between Tokyo Ghoul and Until Dawn’s Climbing Class. I have never seen nor heard of Tokyo Ghoul so as you can imagine, I had no idea what was going on until I looked into it and IT’S SO GOOD.
This scene was SO GOOD, and the WRITING IS SO GOOD, and the CHARACTERS ARE ON POINT. Definitely my favorite writer! Go read more of their stuff! I promise you will not be disappointed!
I don’t think I even did this scene justice and I apologize to the writer for anything that wasn’t how they wrote it. The kagune, without seeing the show, is by far the biggest thing I’m worried about. I also tried to keep it light on the gore just because but... the kagune I did my best to cross “scales” with “clouds” idk how well I did I’m sorry.

PS. lol can you all tell where I stopped having the energy to paint the little splotches on the kagune. I cannnn~

When he left the room after he claimed his prize which had previously belonged to investigator Hanzo, he had mixed feelings about everything he has known thus far. There was no way they could have eaten him, right? After all they had plenty of chances, but never did. They protected him till their death although that doesn’t say anything as far as how many people they killed previously. It did shed a new light on ghouls that his lessons have trained him to think otherwise. That ghouls have emotions. I mean why else would the Quinque choose the one person the ghoul loved and trusted most if ghouls aren’t supposed to have feelings besides hunger. Perhaps ghouls and humans really are not that different after all. In order to get his thoughts sorted out he walked to the roof top to be alone with his thoughts. He activated the Quinque and just touched it. Feeling and grabbing for whatever was left of his s/o, just wanting to be close. After a while of doing this he decided to talk to the one other person he trusted, Shinohara. “Hey Mr. Shinohara! Can I ask you something?” He happily obliged, “You’re back! Of course, Juuzou ask away.” “Do ghouls have feelings?” Shinohara gave a surprised look and then said,” Juuzou you know this. They don’t have emotions and only desire to feast on flesh you experienced it first-hand. They are a danger to mankind.” He sounded so sure of himself. As Juuzou was listening, Shinohara had faded away and was replaced with a ringing that only got louder and louder. He didn’t know whose words to trust anymore, so a click of a button sealed his fate forever. Shinohara died from multiple stab wounds that day and Juuzou was to be treated as a ghoul if the CCG ever saw him again so he decided to join Aogiri tree and eventually join up with Kaneki Ken.
