A/N: Hi everyone! I suddenly craved baklava and it gave me an idea on what to write! Im not an avid fan of Kaveh so idk if I made him OOC or not but I thought this idea would fit him so well so enjoy!

"Thank you again ms. Enteka for the baklava recipe!"
You just finished shopping around the markets in sumeru city and decided to stop by in Ruspa cafe to have a little chat with the manager, Enteka. After a while the convo shifted to sweets and ended up with Enteka making a copy of their baklava recipe for you. Of course you were never in the position to say no to that.
"No problem (name)! If you need more tips for the perfect consistency just drop on by here and I'll let you know" Enteka replied while waving her hand as you left the cafe with a smile.
Since your day was pretty much free, you decided to start on making those baklavas as soon as possible.

Hours have passed by and your whole kitchen suddenly smelled sweeter than it did before, making you drool at the aroma of sweet pistachio flavoured baklava baking in your oven. You carefully followed Enteka's recipe as well as the tips she gave you as she was handing you the copy of the recipe and ut seems like the baklava was a success! Slowly taking it out from the oven, you checked the overall look of the sweet snack.
"Seems alright.." mumbling to yourself and decided to take one of the baklavas from the tray and taking a bite, you knew you were suppose to let it cool but the sweet smell and the overall look of the baklava madd you impatient. Of course you blew on it a little so it wouldnt completely burn your tounge.
"Mmm! Kaveh would love this Im sure of it!"
As if right on queue you heared a knock on your door. With the way the person on the other side knocks, you knew it was your boyfriend, Kaveh. You both agreed to have a specific way, or a specific rhythm of knocking on each others doors so it wouldnt alarm the both of you.
Quickly setting the baklava down you hurried to the front door and opened it with a smile "Kaveh! What brings you here?"
"Oh just wanted to drop by my lovely girlfriends house of course, you should know that I like doing that by now love" he rolled his eyes sarcastically at your comment making you giggle.
"Oh really? I dont remember at all" egging the blonde man on, he knew you liked teasing him by acting dumb or being "forgetful" of his small antics so he acted as if he was wounded with your words
"Oh (name)! How could you? My poor heart is wounded that you dont remember" he emphasized the word "wounded" as he held his chest as if his heart was actually in pain.
"Oh noo! Kaveh! Im so sorry, how could I ever make it up to you?"
The man grinned, his eyes shining as he did so "well, I think a kiss would heal my broken heart my love..."
Laughing at his sudden switch in mood, you pulled him into a long passionate kiss. After a while you pulled away, seeing your boyfriend with wide eyes as he licked his lips
In a daze the man broke the silence "You taste sweet.... I mean you always taste sweet but.. sweeter this time"
"Oh it must be the baklava I made before, would you like to try some? I was planning to give some to you anyways"
"I just want you" without letting you process what he said the man tackled you into another kiss, in an attempt to taste more of the sweet flavour that lies on your lips.

When he first arrived there, from the corner of his eyes he saw you, sweeping up the floor near the entrance to the tenshukaku
When he wanted to get a full view of you, you were already gone
"Strange" he thought to himself before making his way to the Tenryou commission's headquarter
Few hours passed and the meeting came to a close
By then Ayato was already walking away from the tenshukaku
He was still thinking about the girl he saw from the corner of his eye
As if right in cue, you appeared again not in front of him no, but still in the tenshukaku walls watering the plants while humming
He looked behind when he heard a lovely voice coming from inside the Tenshukaku
And he saw you
You must be new because the head of the kamisato clan has never seen you once everytime he visits the Tenshukaku
Ayati stared at you for a while admiring your singing and what youre doing before he was brought back to reality by one of his bodyguards
"Lord Ayato? Is there something the matter?"
"Oh no" he whipped his head away and gave the bodyguard his signature smile "I just thought I forgot something"

Admiring the people gathering up in all the stalls to by some vegetables and fruits
While he himself decided to buy boba as he waits
Not so long after he heard someone call out to him
Averting his focus away from watching a street food vendor making taiyaki,
He saw Thoma and Ayaka waving at him, and he saw a 3rd person hiding behind Thoma both hands on her thighs, smiling and looking down as if a sign to show respect
Ayato walked over to them and wondering who that person behind Thoma was
Her features were covered by Thoma so Ayati couldnt really tell
"My Lord sorry we took so long, I got so immersed in teaching her about cleaning and cooking I didn't see the time" Thoma started before moving away slightly to dully reveal who was behind him
"This is (name) the new housekeeper for the Tenshukaku, Kujou Sara wanted me to teach her the basics and the tips and tricks so I couldnt decline the offer"
Ayato's eyes widen a bit as he recognised you in an instant
He thought you looked more stunning face to face

"Oh goodness have we been here all day?" You said between gasps of air

After Kaveh calmed down he looked at you and smiled "so how bout we order diner here as well? My treat"
"Oh no let's split the bill mr.Kaveh, I insist"

"Lets do this again someday shall we?"

When childe first arrived in Liyue his first main concern was food
The man was hungry so he went to xinyue Kiosk
You were his waitress for the day and you did your job well
You just wanted to be paid 😭
He thanked you for your generosity, ate, paid and left.
That was the end of it and you both went about your day
Weeks have passed and Childe came back to Xinyue Kiosk
Lo and behold you were his waitress again
"Its been a while sir! Welcome back, what would you like to order?" You smiled taking your notepad in your hand, waiting to write down what the gingered hair man would like to order
"Hey again! Yeah i just really like the food here so of course I came back" he laughed "i dont know what I want, how about you surprise me hm? Give me 3 of your best dishes"
You nodded and began to write down "coming right up mr.tartaglia will that be all?"
"Yes indeed thank you again"
Same thing happened again, he ate thanked you for your the meal, paid and left
And a week passes by and he comes back again and again
However this time around was different
"Mr. Tartaglia welcome back, what would you like to order this time?"
He chuckles slightly and greets you "hello again ms (name), Im not sure, I really just miss eating Snezhnayan dishes if Im being honest"

"Anyways enough of that how about I order black perch stew yeah?"
You got so caught up with the conversation you forgot you were still working
"Oh yes of course, I'll get it right out asap sir"

After all, his generosity towards the restaraunt was appreciated by everyone working
And youve formed a great bond with him over the several weeks he came by

"Uh.. is mr. Tartaglia still here? Im a waitress from Xiyue kiosk and Im here to deliver a meal to him"
The guard stayed silent for a while before replying
"Im sorry if youre not here to take out money from the bank I cannot let you in however, Mr. Tartaglia is still inside I could take the meal from you and deliver it to him and-"

He was touched that you'd go as far as to make a dish from his homeland specifically for him
" I asked a few Snezhnayans around here about it, and asked one for a copy of the recipie. I wanted to thank you for your endless support and kindness on behalf of Xiyue Kiosk. And you missed your food from your homeland so.. I just-"

After that, you watched as childe enjoyed his meal and talked for a bit

he isn’t the tallest either, so when you guys got together he was lowkey kinda happy you are shorter than him
cause he is kinda insecure about being short, but he doesn’t like admitting it

have comfort foods? he will make them as much as he possibly can, he doesn’t mind how simple they are, he’s making them and sometimes he will buy them whenever he goes to the city
you stim? he will support you with it, if he’s feeling generous, which he usually is since ur his partner, he will let you fidget with his tail and ears, as long as ur gentle with them obviously
have hyperfixations? he’s all ears, quite literally, you can tell him all about whatever it is ur obsessed with no matter what he’s up to, whilst he’s studying the wildlife? he doesn’t mind, whilst he’s patrolling the forest? go ahead

collei is supportive as well, she’s even more so understanding than the other forest rangers mainly due to her elazer, it’s not the same in any way shape or form, but she understands what it feels like to be different

doesn’t mind if ur clingy, he can read his book whilst you hug him on the couch or sum, kills two birds with one stone, he gets his research done, and you get cuddles

kaveh is amazing, like best supportive boyfriend alert
if you have sensory issues, he can’t really help with the big crowds and loud noise but he’ll try his best to help you cope through it and give you distractions
like if ur in a crowded erea he’ll ask you to talk about your hyperfixations to him. if you don’t have hyperfixations he’ll just ask what you have done today
when it comes to taste sensory issues, he’ll try to avoid eating food that you dont like the smell of cause he doesn’t wanna overwhelm your nose. he will eat said food like that someplace else when ur not around
if you have comfort foods, he sadly can’t really buy them often since he doesn’t have a lot of money, but now and again as a special treat he can make it for you or buy it
clingy? great, he is too, cuddle him all you want, he’s not one to complain. wanna kiss him all over? go ahead, he embraces it
tries his best to understand how you work, he can sympathise with how frustrating things can be when people don’t quite understand you and how you work
you don’t like affection? that’s fine too, he will try to keep physical affection to a minimum as much as he possibly can, he can be affectionate in other ways tho
love language is probs spending personal time together, so that’s enough for him if u don’t want affection too

ngl he’s not rlly the best, but he tries. it’s just really difficult for him to be nice since after all he’s been through, he tries tho, he really does
whenever you’re feeling overwhelmed by large crowds and/or noises, he will pick you up bridal style and bring you to nahidas place, where it’s quiet and no one else is there
like certain foods? he can’t cook, since he was made by ei who can’t cook to save her life, so he will just buy your comfort foods for you instead
want cuddles? it depends on his mood wether or not he’ll comply, if he’s in a good mood, yes, if he’s in a neutral mood, yes, if he’s in a bad mood, no.
whenever you stim, he sometimes watches, other times he looks away, he doesn’t wanna say anything mean to you by accident
if you can’t understand sarcasm, he’ll try his best to not use it around you, but it’s difficult sometimes since he has used sarcasm for so long
if you have hyperfixations and like to talk about them, he will listen, doesn’t mind hearing you talk about your interests, in a strange way it fascinates him, sometimes he asks questions other times he just stays silent and nods his head now and again in acknowledgment
if he ever hears anyone being mean to you, wether that be on purpose or not, he’s finna throw some hands, and he will win. tries not to actually fight them, tries to argue with them. he tries to fight less cause it makes nahida kinda upset
speaking of nahida, she’s amazing with you, like the best person to ever go to. she’s the god of wisdom after all, more or less knows how to take care of you during certain phases, he sometimes actually goes to her for advice on your behaviours and how best to support you, but you didn’t hear that from me
