Kalani comforting her crying pridesister, Maoni. Her mate, Frey, was lately killed by the pride's leader Ragnar for treason - he claimed the youngster has left the pride during a plaque, when it needed him the most. But lately the leader has dissapeared, and it seems he has committed the same crime as Maoni's dead mate...

Same picture, two different scanners. 1) my scanner, it means the one I have in my room. The image is sharp, the colors look almost the same as they do on paper, but the contrast is not really visible and there are pale/white dots/places.
2) my parents’ scaner, to which I don’t always have access to. Looks more blurry, colors are darker, but very, very juicy and it looks nice. But the bluriness... yes, both of those scans have been retouched in GIMP. The “base” picture (the scan without any make ups) is just not very good in both cases, I’m afraid :( I love how it looks like on paper...
Anyway, this was a lights&shadows test (can’t be seen, obviously xp), and Mako (not my char) was the guinea pig for that :D

Kat Malay and Akidom’s children, part 1
We did a family tree of our characters from all the 9 years of our PBF’s existence, and there are some chars without a portrait. Among them are the kids of Kat Malay (x, x - old pics, be warned!) and her mate, Akidom (my friend’s char). They had 3 litters - first: two sons, Azolan and Mateso, two daughters, Marietta and Lykka; second - daughter Thyrada; third - unnamed stillborn son. Thyrada died of an illness in early childhood, while Marietta and Azolan were killed by Kat’s father. Lykka was the only one to reach adulthood by being raised by their parents, while Mateso grew up raised by wandering lions (he was there in the moment his siblings were killed, but he was to shocked to search for his parents, and simply ran away) and only returned to his pride when he was already adult.
So, here’s Marietta and Azolan. More will hopefully come after my exams (wish me luck, please!).
A little note: these are not meant to be wonderful af pieces of art with detailed shading&lighting. It is only to show how they looked like. Thank you for understanding ^^

I love black mane/hair and green eyes. And a snarky attitude. And mischevious guys. Just like Damaja. Or this certain MCU character, that changes me to a crazy fangirl ;__;
It’s only a flat version, there will be shadows hopefully. Didn’t know which one is better, so here you have a brown colored mane lineart and one with blue lines.
Damaja is not a cub anymore - his mane has just started growing, so he needed a new avatar. I made some more mane in case I don't have time to draw him a bit older than he is right now. His character has changed - he used to be a very cheerful and restless cub, that always caused trouble to his mother, Deyne Nyota. He loved to explore the lands without her permission, leading to constant punishments. Damaja and his mother's relationship has always been a bit hard. The lioness could not fully love her son. He has a black mane and green eyes - just like the male who raped her - and a dark pelt, which reminded her of Nyota's evil mother. She could not look at him without fear for his future... Now he has noticed, that his mother's love towards him and his twin brother Nuru is not equal, and has began to grow cold, distant and cynical.
Völundr is an Asiatic Lion who recently found himself in the Lands of Four Prides... and he’s going to cause lots of trouble!
He’s a calm, over 10 year old male with a good heart. He used to live with his big family in a tribe and used to be a respected member of this society. Unfortunately, when their leader died, the new one accused poor Völundr of terrible things, what lead to death of all Völundr‘s sons, daughters, grandkids, his mate... He ran for a long time, until he met Shaka - a youngster from a weird pride, that worships The Moon for their god. And this is the moment Völundr goes crazy... Yep, he’s going to be a pretty huge religious fanatic wanting to conquer other prides <3 (I hope it will work since I have to find people wanting to work with me xp).
Last week I was on a trip to the Baltic Sea and I met one of my buds, Arto :3 His char was Moran’s adoptive father, who made a big influence on him.
Three photos, each one taken with my friend’s phone (thanks, Dorota!), because mine is old and it’s camera is not so good anymore.His muzzle looks less long in reality - the paper was a bit wavy, what makes the photos not very accurate.
