Insomniatic arguments with my body

Body: See I care! I gave you two nights of 11+ hours of sleep

Me: Yes but only after a month or so of 2-4 hours of sleep a night

Body: Well … well stop living in the past

Me: Okay, fine. Then why is present me still awake at 4:35 a.m.? You know this means that if I fall asleep right now, we will only get maybe 3-6 hours of sleep…

Body: 6 hours is okay! Let’s shoot for six because six hours is super, right?

I want to write but I have no motivatiooooooooon. I have a doc open in front of me and just. What does my brain want from me? To use my fingers to type? To make words from my brain? Ewe.
