How cool would it be if Jayfeather used echolocation, like??
He doesn't really have to use it within the camp because he knows where everything and everyone is but when he's out collecting herbs and stuff he just clicks about.
It would be even better if Jayfeather was taught this by Longtail--

1997 McLaren F1 GTR Longtail - Sold for $5,280,000 at Gooding & Co’s annual Scottsdale auction.

This battle`s just getting started!
Looks like I am into the new art style called "Oh I can`t see what I am doing because there is an electricity cut off and my flashlight has a low charge". You have to spend most of the time without electricity because your neighbours are REAL assholes
Tw: Minor blood under the cut

I SWEAR TO GODDD IT SAVED IN ONE LAYER I HATE KRITA
Anyways! It's my Longtail design, i love him very much he's my baby boy. I think he would be color point (like his mini figure) and tall and skinny.
Every thunderclan cat is normal and then him 🧍♂️
I also headcanoned that one of his parents are colorloint too, but who? I think Robinwing (mother) because Longtail and Swiftpaw are releated AND he would look like Robinwing while Swiftpaw would look like Patchpelt (father).

Fanart of @painkillr ‘s growth au
A concept that when Firepaw joined the clans, his collar burnt off in his battle with Longtail. His power is that he can shoot fire from his neck. And ya know how he always does that thing where he goes limp then jumps up at his attacker when they try to bit his throat? I was thinking that he would use his power to blind his enemy and get them off of him

Another idea I had was that the reason Brokenstar would make kits into warriors was so that they would get their powers young. He had thought that a cat had to be a warrior to get their special ability until word spread of how Firepaw had gotten his power before he was even an apprentice. This knowledge is what led to the deaths of Marigoldkit and Mintkit when Brokenstar had tried to unlock their power but ended up going too hard on them and killed them.
Mintkit’s power was that his blood would freeze and turn into sharp icicles. Marigoldkit got this cute lil flower tail

Forgot to post yesterday’s drawing for the prompt long!
Day 4 of cattober
Currently in school, and it turns out the graphic design classes im in have drawing tablets, and all of the teachers so far have been pretty nice about me using them while i listen to them talk! I did some warrior cat doodles on them, and you can tell i got less rusty over time lol

To be clear- Cinderpelt finding a new sense of purpose and direction as a medicine cat OF HER OWN FREE WILL after suffering a life-changing injury is not ableism. Firestar constantly feeling sorry for her when she's clearly happy and lamenting the fact that she never got to be a Warrior every time she so much as crosses his line of sight is ableism.
Briarlight being physically unable to preform traditional Warrior duties and finding other things that she can do around camp that make her feel good about herself as a contributing member of her community is not ableism (though they really should've explored it more). Millie explicitly saying that Jayfeather keeping her daughter alive is only prolonging her suffering and that she will always have an "incomplete" life is ableism.
Longtail choosing to retire to the elders den early because he feels unable to comfortably preform his Warrior duties after the loss of his sight is not ableism. Jayfeather being told his blindness means he has no other choice but to become a medicine cat and then being bullied into it by the adults in his life and even his ancestors, despite the fact that he states again and again that he wants to be a Warrior, is ableism.
Disabled characters existing, and not being able to do all of the things that fully abled characters can do is not the problem, and rewriting them to be able to do everything able bodied warriors can is not the solution. The problem is denying disabled characters agency, refusing to accept that they can find happiness and fulfillment in non-traditional roles in Clan life, and treating their lives as though they are somehow diminished by their disabilities.

Drawing Box warriors

Just a quick scribble because this was a sudden idea I had earlier but what if Longtail was yellow AND grey
Imagine:
After Firestar becomes leader, Longtail requests that Swiftpaw gets a proper Warrior name. But not just any, he has one in mind.
Firestar is surprised when he hears what it is, but he accepts. In a way, it’s Longtail’s apology for the way he treated him when he first joined the clan.
To honor his drive to prove himself and a reminder that the flames of desire can burn, sometimes burning out too fast, Swiftpaw is given the name Swiftfire.
