Wow -- what is it about this image?  95% of the time I get notified that someone likes or has reblogged an image on my blog... it's this one.  Really, I've stopped even looking, I just assume it's this one.

That said, it's a lovely image.  Since it's getting reblogged so much, I suppose I should mention that it's by Arthur Wardle, and it's called "A Bacchante".

The jars of wine have been removed from the earth, the god stirs in the Underworld, the light seeps and soaks back into the world... and the Lenai, languid and calming, sense the shifting and changing, and begin to change as well...

This is how today felt.  Almost.  Spring is here.  Ish.
