I remember when I was younger, mystique was one of my favorite characters, I mean they could shapeSHIFT! In other words I’m trans, and shoulda realized that maybe that was a sign. GOD SO MANY SIGNS!! I remember in middle school I was sad that we couldn’t do co-ed sports and everyone wanted to do boys vs. girls. Another this is that I fought with my dad or someone about how everyone had adam’s apples, granted still not wrong, but I dunno what I was going for? And then there were all those times I had to wear clothing that I wasn’t comfortable in to go to church...would literally cry when I had to wear tights because it caused dysphoria. And then well puberty started and I didn’t like having boobs. Still don’t. Sports bras were ma besties and they got replaced by ma binder. I can’t wait till I can get top surgery in the future at some point. Also I dunno if breast cancer runs in family, though it does on my dad’s side, but he hasn’t tested yet, so that’s no to great, but yeah that makes two reasons to do the...TEET YEET!!! Also I remember once I wore a normal and goddamn never felt more unlike my self. Oh and then there was overcompensating in middle school because I wanted to be like my sisters, but I knew some shit was up, and you know/have an idea of the rest.
masculinity is a good thing, it can be tough and strong and in your face, it can be soft and calm, gentle, subtle, loud, bold, unique, confusing, alluring, undefined and unmistakably queer just like femininity, neutrality and other experiences. masculinity does not have to be paired with femininity to belong and be appreciated in queer spaces. masculine queer people deserve to celebrate the ways in which we are queer as well, without having to change who we are. masculinity is not a threat, it is a gift
So just for fun, I added my own variation on these flags! I lost the op who made the footprint designs, so if anyone remembers, tag them and ill add them in!
I just made those flags have seven stripes instead of six and made them fluffy like their original animals!

I know I’ve been doing a lot of fox/swan/stag content lately but I really wanted to redesign these again just in a way that stands out from the originals nonbinary-culture made, so I made one more version, just for fun!
Definitions
Swan = a nonbinary person who queers and subverts femininity in a distinct nonbinary way while rejecting cisnormative ideas of what it means to be feminine and rejecting binary concepts of gender
Fox = a nonbinary person who presents themselves outside the gender binary, and rejects binary concepts of gender presentation
Stag = a nonbinary person who queers and subverts masculinity in a distinctly nonbinary way while rejecting cisnormative ideas of what masculinity means and rejecting binary concepts of gender
