Yarrow was born to a Black mother and Japanese father as the first child. All through his childhood he felt like he was in his fatherâs shadow . As he was a well known thief and was able to get what he wanted. However, his father wasnât a good person as he was selfish and strict. Unfortunately, a heist gone wrong left his father incarcerated for the rest of his life without parole.
Yarrowâs mother wanted a fresh start so his name was changed as long as his sisterâs. He has to help take of the small family until his mom met Scott Vine. Yarrow also cares for his mom, wether itâs to help groceries from the store or practice spiritual exercises with her. Yarrow has a nice relationship with Scott and even considers him to be a second dad. But, some urge just made Yarrow want to please his biological father. Thatâs when he decided to become a thief himself!
Thieving started petty, some Snicker bars here, a couple of cheap toys there. Yarrow would barely get caught and found out he was just as good as his father. In school, he was able to convince a kid named Rye perform âheistsâ with him. Once Rye started to catch on, he enjoyed the thrill of it all. The two eventually became a duo of thieves. Eventually meeting Eris, Ansel, and others along the way.
As time went on, Yarrow began to suspect something when he eyed the boys in his school as well as the girls. One boy caught his attention, Myrtle Flowers, and the two dated but the relationship didnât go well. Despite this, he felt ok with this sexuality and told his family, who were all very supportive! He doesnât think he is the marriage type and kids are DEFINITELY OUT OF THE QUESTION!!!
Yarrow doesnât consider himself religious and doesnât know or care about an afterlife but would just go to a church to be there whenever his sister had a event. He wouldnât steal from a church though. He does sometimes practice Wiccan with his mom and has a set of tarot cards for fun.
Yarrow loves his little sister, Erica, and would do anything for her! Even beat up rich boy bullies! Yarrow tries hard to make sure her and Scott donât know what he really does behind the scenes. Of course, itâs hard with occasional, unexpected visits!
Yarrow is a free spirit who likes to live dangerously hoping to become the greatest thief of all time. After the events of Monaco, Yarrowâs phone rang, a call from a maximum security prison. He heard the words the caller said very clearly:
âIâm so proud of you!â

Ok here they are!! Erica(HSS MC) and Yarrow's(THM MC) biological parents!! I did have a design on them before but I don't really like them so this is a redesign.
I'm not fully sure but all of this reading on High School Story may get me drawing again!!
