Basically these guys just trying to get rid of the shapeshifters. But Static is the dumbest person in this group and thinks if people try to be nice to these monsters, they won't hurt anyone. Shapeshifters are not.. Not just monsters, they were humans. But now you can't really tell what are they gonna do in this beast form.
