ok but if you think about it, andre and cal were made to meet one another. it was fate that they were friends no matter if they did zero day or not. andre and his family moved from germany to connecticut but in a different city than cal. a few years later they moved to new stratford where andre met cal. it was like he was being guided there to meet cal. to become a whole instead of a half.
