I know Neve Campbell is getting a shit ton of backlash as she's returned to Scream, especially after Melissa Barrera getting fired over something she definitely should not have. But, the thing is, Neve has two kids and a husband, but, nobody really knows how she is financially, whether she's stable or not. Also, don't forget the fact that Kevin Williamson is now directing, which opens a new door. This could mean that Melissa has a possible chance of appearing in the seventh movie, possibly Jenna alongside her.
Both Neve and Courteney must be getting paid a mansion per scene after everything, I get it when people say "they're trying to distract us from Melissa Barrera's firing". But, it's people's jobs at the same time. I wouldn't be boycotting a financial company if my mom got fired but this other dude got hired again, but it is a valid thing to do, Spyglass firing Melissa was absolutely vile after she spoke out about something that's serious. So, overall, it's not that deep, I completely understand both points as Melissa was in the right to speak out about the horrific side of the Gaza strip and it was wrong for her to be fired over it. And, it may have been wrong for Neve to rejoin but there's a ton of other things to factor in.

About fifteen minutes went and the three of you were already in the place to audition for the part you wanted you saw a lot of people and you even saw him of course he would be here you wonder what part does he want probably a survivor or a love interest of someone maybe Jenna since she was really pretty
"did you see who's here?" Asked liana moving closer to you "yeah" you said nodding "why don't you talk to him?" Said devyn "what? Why" you said sort of surprised "so you could get to know him better plus he looks just as nervous as you" said liana making you sigh softly "alright then" you said walking over to Jack as you heard devyn whispered a good luck "hey" you said right next to Jack
"hey you must be y/n right? The person who played in evil Dead rise" said Jack with a smile "yeah and your jack the one who played in Avatar my friends told me about you" you said sticking your hands in your pockets "you mean to tell me you haven't heard of me before?" Said Jack with a small chuckle "no I have!" You said worried you might have offended him "I was kidding" said Jack "oh" you said turning around and seeing it was almost your turn
"who do you want to be in the movie since I never got a chance to ask you that I only saw your post" said Jack turning to face you "I want to be ghostface and you?" You said with a smile "I also want to be ghostface" said Jack you let out a chuckle thinking he was joking but when he didn't say anything you're smiled drop "wait your serious?" You said "why wouldn't I be? It seems like a good part to play" said Jack shrugging his shoulders
"but there's only one part left" you said with a frown "that's why I wish you luck" whispered Jack with a small smirk as you slightly roll your eyes at him "is y/n l/n here?" Called out Tyler Gillett "yeah" you said walking over to him "good you are up next you said you wanted to be ghostface in the movie right?" He said handing you your movie script "yeah" you said with a smile "well let's see how you do" he said with a small smile

After you were done auditioning for them they told you they will give you a call and let you know what will happen and what part you will get and to know what script to give you but to keep the Ghostface one since you might need it in case they will give you the part you smiled and walked off seeing Jack with a smirk as he walked right past you making you almost roll your eyes at him
"how did it go?" Asked devyn holding her script tightly in her arms "I think it went well" you said with a small smile as liana let's out a sigh of relief "were you nervous?" Asked liana pulling out her phone to check the time "of course I was trying so hard not to mess up" you said holding the script closer to you reading over your lines you just couldn't wait to get the caller and for them to tell you the news
"he looks like he is doing a good job" said devyn looking over at Jack both you and liana turned around to see him as he was auditioning you sigh softly and turned back to them "don't worry I'm not too worried about them" you said as liana nodded of course that was a lie he looked like he knew exactly what he was doing even you didn't look that confident and he did make you a little nervous especially if he was this good
After awhile of waiting everyone was done auditioning for the parts they wanted to play in the movie while waiting for devyn and liana you saw jack walking towards you "how did I do?" He asked with a smile "I guess you did ok" you said looking away from him "just ok? That's not what they said you really shouldn't get your hopes up y/n since the part will be mine after all" said jack but before you could say anything he started walking away
What an asshole of course he wouldn't be getting the part because that part will be yours "what's wrong?" Said devyn walking over to you "nothing let's go Jenna and the others are waiting for us" you said grabbing your bag "I texted them already and told them and we are on our way" said liana as you nodded and walked out with them still annoyed on what Jack said to you

You got on stage with a nervous look on your face as you turned to look at everyone who was auditioning for the main role of the play you saw the same brunette girl who sits next to Mikey well I guess you could call her Jenna since that is what sonia told you her name was they were sitting down next to each other while looking at you
You took a deep breath as you got in position but for some reason you were getting really sweaty since you were getting nervous maybe this was a bad idea after all you wouldn't be doing this if you didn't need the extra credit "you could start when you are ready" said the teacher looking at you with her clipboard in her hands probably writing down how well you do
"okay" you said as you started acting ignoring the looks you were getting from the other people the only thing you wanted to do right now was walk out the door and just go home you just hope you weren't making a fool of yourself in front of everyone or worse you just hope that someone wasn't recording you and planning on posting it on social media and just completely embarrassed you in front of hundreds of people
"thank you have a seat" said the teacher as you nodded and sat down where you heard Mikey laughing you turned your head to look at her only to see her laughing with Jenna with her phone out which was pointed at you, you quickly looked away you really didn't want to make a scene in front of everyone "jenna ortega your next" said the teacher "okay" said Jenna as she gets up
