Туристическая деревня Заансе Сханс в Голландии – это музей деревянного зодчества под открытым небом. Здесь собраны уникальные постройки жилых домов, мельниц, которые были характерны для голландских поселений XVII-XVIII веков. С 1961 года их начали перевозить в этот населенный пункт из разных уголков региона, расположенного вдоль реки Заан, с целью воссоздать облик старинной голландской деревни.
Расстояние из Амстердама до Заансе Сханс всего в 15 км. Поэтому здесь всегда большой наплыв туристов. Цены на все товары и услуги в этой маленькой деревеньке такие высокие, как и в Амстердаме. Но с другой стороны, посещение этой деревеньки – самый удобный, легкий и дешевый способ познакомиться с сельским бытом этой страны, увидеть знаменитые голландские мельницы и другие достопримечательности.
The tourist village of Zaanse Schans in Holland is an open-air museum of wooden architecture. Here are collected unique buildings of residential buildings and mills, which were characteristic of Dutch settlements of the 17th-18th centuries. Since 1961, they began to be transported to this settlement from different parts of the region located along the Zaan River, in order to recreate the appearance of an ancient Dutch village.
The distance from Amsterdam to Zaanse Schans is only 15 km. Therefore, there is always a large influx of tourists here. Prices for all goods and services in this small village are as high as in Amsterdam. But on the other hand, visiting this village is the most convenient, easiest and cheapest way to get acquainted with the rural life of this country, see the famous Dutch mills and other attractions.

The thing is, if Henry gets the author's pen he still doesn't have the ink needed to write with it. In the past the ink used was from the saviours dark magic but it's also been from Regina being the saviour and I was thinking.... Wouldn't it be cool if Henry could use his own blood! I found a deleted scene from season 4 or something between Henry and gold and Gold says, "you have the blood of the saviour and the lineage of the dark one". So Henry's blood could literally be the balance of having good and bad blood used to make the authors ink. Thoughts?
Bowynn Gods: Hyu
Hyu (Hi-you) Hyu is the God of baking, ovens and bread. He is the “Baker of the Gods.” He is also the god of bread making, mills, harvesting wheat, the grinding of flour, acorn gathering and the patron of bakers. He is the son of Amaetheon and Deanna. His man means “Flour.” Hyu is a master bread maker. He has his own room and kitchen at Alaway, where he makes all the feasts for the divine Akua family each morning and night, particularly the daily first loaf, which is divided up among the gods. He taught the first mortal tribes how to harvest and prepare acorns for bread making. The bread he makes for the holy family is the most sacred. Hyu is also the guardian of mills. His image was always depicted on mill doors and all mills had a small shrine to Hyu. Hand mills are blessed in Hyu’s name.
The 7 days Hyu spent with the first tribes to teach them the arts of bread making. This was one of the key elements that brought on man’s survival. So grateful were the tribes, that they build a special temple to Hyu in the shape a mill, instead of the typical shape. The altar as well was designed in the shape of a millstone.
Hyu is depicted as a man of full age, His hair longish and brown, often seen in workman’s clothes of earth tones and a bakers tan tunic. He carries a broom-staff to which is bound his bread-board with red fillets, a color sacred to him. Offerings to Hyu are in the realm of bread, wheat, flour, acorns, and other grains that are made into flour. Special gifts also consist of elaborated carved spoons, brooms, bread-boards, honey and herb cakes. Hyu’s totem is the mouse, the symbol of abundant wealth.

I’m so excited I can’t even wait- like holy shit it’s been 2 years since I saw mills in a show or movie …and she’s firstly accomplished so many things in just those 2 years !! So proud of her 🫶 also…ITS ALMOST MARCH 8 gahhhhh I’m literally gonna invite all my friends over to watch.
I saw some clips and her with red hair is so 😫😫 she looks wayy too fine yall. I’m just so happy she’s in all these films especially how much she’s grown since 2016!

sometimes I can’t believe I’m 20 years old…like I still feel 14 even though that was so long ago!! one of the reasons I do love my age is because its the same as mills! I’ve been supporting her for so long and it’s like we grew up together which made me feel a special connection. seeing this new and beyond talented 12 year old like me in stranger things utterly changed my mind. i also can’t believe my girl is married- I’m legit so happy for her (move over Jake) and wish her nothing but happiness and love that she deserves. I can’t wait for her new films and fbm updates! And stranger things ofc xx
