You know, even as we make fun of Ivan for his hypocrisy, I think he himself is already aware of it. In his conversation with Sua he doesn't just say "oh how could you do such an awful thing?" he actually says that he's glad someone is as twisted as him. I think the difference between Ivan and Sua is actually that Sua doesn't want to acknowledge the trauma that a self sacrifice will cause, Ivan is fully aware and that's the point

I absolutely fucking hate it when ppl say mizisua is toxic yuri all because Sua's jealousy when mizi interact with others.
"Toxic yuri !!" And then it's Mizisua.
It's actually interesting that some suggest that Mizi is pleasing herself while doing 'it', she imagine she does it with Sua as a cope for her death and yearning for her love.
She also looks so stressed knowing that deep inside her heart knows that sua is death, she is no longer exist.
With that, she imagines that Sua is comforting her telling that she is here.
I love when you can really tell that an art is made by VIVINOS. Probably one of the most VIVINOS mizisuas to ever exist
