Recently found out the OSD creator is transphobic and I’m- upset, to say the least.

As a fellow Christian, I fully understand not wanting to support their ideas, but come ON.

GENDER IS A WORD DAMMIT, GENDER IS A SCAM MADE BY BATHROOMS COMPANIES TO SELL MORE BATHROOMS!

“Oh there’s only two genders” “pronouns aren’t real” well YOU are stupid and YOU should respect THEIR choices and respect how THEY live.

Calcium, I get your point, but you’re also contradicting yourself. I thought one of the biggest things in Christianity is “love others as you love yourself” and “respect everyone” and “forgive everyone, even the evil people, because everyone is human” was important too? Why do we have to cherry pick what part of the Bible we need to believe in?

I am somewhat against the surgeries, but, I cannot stop them. If it’s what makes them happy, and they won’t regret it, then they have every right to do it. It’s their body, not mine. I’m not the one in charge of them, and I can’t control them like a puppet. Every person is their own. Every person has free will, and can say what they want to.

Why is it so hard for people to accept that other people just won’t live like you do? Why do you want everyone to be just like you? Wouldn’t that be such a boring world to live in? You don’t have to hate people for what they like. You wouldn’t like it if others wanted to get rid of the undertale fandom because they’re “ruining the country” and are “going to destroy the world”, would you? No. No you wouldn’t.

Is it so hard to give everyone respect for their beliefs? You don’t have to like it, but really, in my opinion, all that’s needed is an “I don’t believe in what you do, but I can’t, and won’t stop you from doing what you think is right. I respect your choice, and I wish you the best.”

Calcium, will all due respect, I don’t believe you get to pull the Bible on trans people when one of its most prominent messages is to love everyone. Love everyone, no exceptions. Love the sinners, your abusers, your enemies. You don’t have to like them, but they still need respect. You can hate them all you want, but god will still love them regardless. It doesn’t matter if they’re gay, trans, racist, sexist, or anything, God will still love them.

Understand that everyone needs love, even the people you hate.

TL;DR, Love everyone, even those you hate, regardless of their beliefs.

Calciumcat, with all due respect as a fellow Christian, we’re supposed to love everyone, regardless of any ‘flaws’ or opinions. I do not understand why you believe you should be upset with people who change their pronouns. If God created everyone, then why would he make the trans community, who by your terms, are sinners by default? No loving God would do that.

Now, I understand not supporting the surgeries, (I myself am offput by them, as I don’t understand why they would do stuff like that) but they are doing what they think is right. We are in no position to stop them, and they are not harming us in any way. Regardless of whether it be a change of pronouns or an alteration of the body, it is their choice and theirs alone. So what if they get the surgery that goes against God’s will? Confession gets rid of all sin, and asking God for forgiveness is one of the first things I was taught as a Christian child.

You have your beliefs, and I have mine. I am fully aware my words may mean nothing to you, but I just want you to know that we don’t need to hate others for their lifestyle. Just because there’s a few bad apples doesn’t mean the whole tree produced rotten fruit.

I apologize if this came off as rude or spiteful, but I don’t wish to see hate against any group. I get that may be hard in this world, but you can do it, I believe in you. I wish you a happy new year and a hope that 2024 will be a wonderful year for you and your followers, regardless of their belief.

TLDR: everyone deserves respect, please don’t use God as an excuse to discriminate.

I just wanted to thank everyone who's sent me support and kind words during all the drama that's accured in the past 48 hours, all of it has been very much appreciated.

I'm not going to pretend to be a victim here- I knew I was going to get backlash for sharing my beliefs. But I did it anyway because I am not ashamed of what, or better yet, Who I believe in, and I am willing to sacrifice the good opinion of many to say what I believe is true.

I'm also not going to discuss this matter further, publicly or privately, because I am not trying to change anyone's mind. I only shared my views because I was asked to, and I'd rather be honest than have rumors spread behind my back.

Lastly, I just want to say that going forward, I'm will continue sharing content I enjoy and enjoying the content that others share here on tumblr. :3

I need that little man to get manipulated to hell and back by a bird.

Fuck him up. Cause irreversible trauma to cross knowing he’s being manipulated but can’t do anything about it. Make him lose his mind knowing he can’t get out of it no matter how hard he tries.

Let him finally get rescued after a year or two of torment, let him go home a broken man who can hardly function without swad’s presence. Begging to go back, begging to be with the only person he’d been in contact with for the entire period of time he was kidnapped. Breaking when everything that actually happened comes crashing down on him all at once. Let whoever brought him back get to build him back up and put him back together, piece by piece.

Cross, I love you, but I need you to suffer more. I need you to be rebuilt from nothing.

Hollow knight has to be my favorite game of all time.

I used to hate bugs, but beetles have become one of my favorite animals of all time since I played the game in 2019 or 2020. Some of my favorite memories are of hollow knight.

Spending hours upon hours trying to beat hornet1, happily learning from my mistakes each time.

Crying after the fight with broken vessel, not understanding anything other than that was the player character’s sibling, and their brief life was cut short.

Vibing in the white lady’s chamber with her calming theme.

Spending far too long watching mossbag and other lore YouTubers with peek interest.

Memorizing hollow knight lore, ready to dump it in anyone.

Spending an entire vacation developing a character in a sketchbook and filling 2 large sheets of paper with her lore.

Laughing with the dung defender’s boss fight and the hilarious imagery of being beat up with piles of poop.

Freaking the hell out at seeing another me in deepnest.

And. Way more than I can recount.

The only thing that could take hollow knight’s place is Silksong, but we don’t know when it’ll come out.

Here’s to hollow knight, a wonderful game that made my lonely childhood a better place.
