Now that we know Gojo's schedule only gave him 3 hours to sleep... (I doubt this is canonically true but ohhhhhhhh I want it to be)

Gojo was often sent out on missions that only he could take care of. The other special grade sorcerers (Yuuta wasn't there yet, Yuki bummed around overseas so hard that her salary got frozen, and Geto left jujutsu high (but arguably was more proactive against curses in his own way))

Gojo is overworked, he cannot possibly keep up with everything, but no one else can be assigned his mission - so he tells Geto where the curse is, and he takes care of it. (and if Gojo gets lucky enough to miss a meeting or something for this mission, then they could meet up)

(which could also be a reason that Gojo didn't doubt Geto's bluff about his number of curses, and their strength... Some that Gojo supposedly exorcised were absorbed by Geto. Could also explain the way he snapped and took out that giant one along w the buildings in JJK0)

Prompt #11

Post-reveal. In a ghost fight Danny is thrown into an unfinished building, getting impaled in the chest by four rebars about the thickness of a pencil. By some insane stroke of luck nothing vital was punctured, the metal surrounding his core. The Fentons find their son hanging on a building, struggling to breathe with four metal rods sticking out of his back.

The two cut through the rebars and carry him delicately back to FentonWorks, still with metal impaled through his chest.

They come to the conclusion that if the bars are removed completely he’d bleed out, either externally or internally. So they oh so carefully and slowly replace the rods with flexible metal cords, with a metal crisscross across his front and back keeping the cords from accidentally slipping out.

Of course the thing is powered by his core itself so it has glowing light blue accents to it.

Maybe one of the bars nicked his core and the machine is also acting like a brace or a crutch?

I’m not sure if I was inspired by Iron Man or not… Maybe it could also be a crossover too? Danny and Tony seeing each other and wondering why they both have similar contraptions on their chests? Idk.

Thinking about how, when Cas was working with Crowley, only Dean believed in him. And he was so sure that Cas was innocent, and his only reasoning was, "It's Cas, man." He believed him with every fiber in his being, even when all the evidence was stacked against him. He didn't believe it until Cas admitted it to his face. He believed in Cas' innocence over Bobby and Sam, his surrogate father and brother, you know, the one person he loves most in the world. He wanted Cas to be innocent. He didn't want to have to face the prospect that the man he believed to be an angel, both literally and figuratively, wasn't 100% on their side. He wanted to believe that Cas had changed, and he did, but not all the way. One moment in particular sticks out to me, and it's when Dean confronts Cas, even before all this, and says, "What happened to you, Cas? You used to be human, or at least like one." And I think it's such a stab to the heart. He wanted Cas to be human, to feel things, and experience things that he hadn't before. He just wanted to believe in him.

Begging to go back, begging to be with the only person he’d been in contact with for the entire period of time he was kidnapped. Breaking when everything that actually happened comes crashing down on him all at once. Let whoever brought him back get to build him back up and put him back together, piece by piece.

no but seriously theres a stupidly large amount of more oc-inserts in naruto then any other fandom ive seen and that might be because of dreaming of sunshine (finally succumbed and read it. its not bad but my first instinct is 1. not to read first person. 2. not to read female pov. but there was a really good naruto x hp crossover with female harry. and i just had to bite the bullet at that point aghh.) i mean. im not trying to be sexist with it. but i mean. ive read way too many male/nonbinary povs that im just used to it. two, i got horribly dysphoric over she/her, although its better now (i was just in a really bad place mentally) but since i avoided it, now i avoid it out of habit and sometimes f/m relationships make me cringe. and thats probably because ive always seen the really bad ones portrayed which whoops

anyway reinen!! my beloved oc who ive only written once (in khr) which is a crime and i should write more. he/they pronouns my precious …they're probably eccentric enough that they'd belong to a clan. their appearance, he usually has his eyes closed like ranpo from bsd (but can still see), and sometimes opens their eyes in moments of shock or seriousness or something something (they have golden eyes)

also they have white hair.

they're portrayed with tan skin cause i have tan skin (reinen was originally meant to be like an oc for me the creator instead of making it look like me like i had before. but then it became something entirely different lmfao. reinens not an author insert because they're nothing like me hehe) but i honestly dont care what color skin they have? i dont even mention appearances half the time cause i always forget to write it

reinen being more lean and flexible? graceful in a sense. i always think of them as a performer.

although. really good at T&I? well it's less torture and more on the interrogation aspect. leaning more towards.. kunoichi aspects. i think. (they're androgynous. think epel felmier from twisted wonderland because its pretty close in appearance actually) seduction probably. (where kakashi hides his appearance, reinen flaunts it probably [kakashi pointy hair, reinen curled hair]) scarily good at acting

conflict conflict like: kakashi: you shouldve been their sensei. reinen: no-- what?? kakashi: you're better. reinen: that's not… listen. they need you. i can help them on other aspects, but im not nearly as good at being on the frontlines. your team to me looks like they'll be a bunch of heavy hitters, and i cant do that. im not good at rushing in, that's not my fighting style. i get that you feel like you're broken, that you feel like you're going to ruin them. but listen. If you don't believe me on anything else, believe me on this. It's not about you. It's about your kids. So what if you 'don't deserve them' or 'you'll get them killed'? They don't have anyone else to turn to! And you know I'm busy with other responsibilities. I can't take over your job as sensei, because that's not my job. You were assigned that job and you better do it, or I swear Kakashi. What are you going to do when they die because you didn't bother to train them properly? 'You don't know how'? You have so many people you have connections to that would be willing to help if you just ask! I know Gai's had a team for a year, he'd be overjoyed to help. Or you could at least pull a few favors, I know you have a bunch of those to get other people to train them, but you can't just leave them in the deep end. That's the thing about responsibility over people. You don't do something, other people suffer. So get it together. you don't need to be perfect

Dammit, Kakashi, those kids love you already. They adore you! They don't need you to be the best, they just need you to be there. Okay? And. Maybe this is cruel. But you're not dead. They don't need you anymore. You know who does? The living people around you. That are breathing and moving. I get that maybe you won't ever feel over it, not really, but you can't prioritize them over the living. I think you should be there more often, okay? Let them know that you're first priority will always be them, not whatever they think you're doing while you're running late and still not appearing. Let them know they can trust you to be there for them. And if you can't, let them know. Indra knows those kids need an adult in their life they can trust.

(i cant find any naruto swears in place of stuff. in some uchiha-centered fics they use like Amaterasu! or Indra, i think, although im not sure how reinen would know it. but shut up i dont know of a person and i dont think god is valid here. …that is an oddly funny part. 'i don't think god is valid here'. hehehe..)

They need someone in their corner. You can be that person. Sakura has civilian parents, they wouldn't be able to understand her and she'd have no one to vent to. Maybe she'll go to you or me, we can't force her, but what we can do is make it clear she has an option. That she doesn't have to keep it inside, and that we have a lending ear for her. I can't be that alone because I won't always be free for them. I'm not their sensei, I can't excuse myself from work for them, but you can. I can't do it all for you.

Naruto has never actually had someone who'd be there for him, who'd listen, and maybe even do anything for him. I don't think he even knows it's a thing that people usually do for those they care about! Sure, there's Iruka-san but he also has responsibilities over other children, and honestly probably overworked.

The Sandaime? The hokage is meant to be unbiased.

He can't just take a break to care about some orphan nobody likes. He doesn't even stop by that often, no matter how much he probably wants to. Naruto can't rely on him to be on his side all the time.

You can be there.

Sasuke's lost in grief and anger. He hasn't had anyone to talk it through, to actually move past it. Everyone had been too worried about catching a rogue jounin, not about how traumatized a harmless little kid might've been.

wanna bet sasuke had to do the same? or maybe there were cleaners, but whose to say they didn't miss a spot or two? is it any better, in a place that was once filled with people, to be entirely empty? we moved for a reason sasuke deserves the same.

help him. i was too young, you did all the work then in finding somewhere else. if not opening up our home to him, then you could at least help him in the process. make it easier.

(don’t mind me, just reviving this tag BUT-)I’ve never watched TFA but i read a god damn bunch of fics on it soo i have a fic idea. maybe i’ll write it, maybe not. Anyway, so-Sari found out, by accident when they were playing some karaoke game, that Bee has a really good singing voice. And she’ll beg for Bee to sing something for her but he won’t do it in front of anyone cuz he’s too anxious about it. That’s why he sneaks out at night into one of the abandoned warehouses just outside the city, where he can sing all he wants by himself. Then during one of those night-out Blitz finds him during his night patrol, he doesn’t think much of it at first but out of curiosity he keeps coming to that warehouse to secretly listen to Bee sing. The more he comes there the more he enjoys his stays there, as well as he finds that the autobot actually has a really nice voice. Sometimes he’ll just listen, sometimes he’ll dance a little, overall vibing to the music and the singing. Sometimes Bee will sing happy songs, sometimes sad ones, depending on what mood he was in. Blitz finds them relatable and starts cathing feels for the mini-bot, not that he’ll admit. He’ll go to the spot and listen to the songs, and leave little gifts for Bee when he has feeling particularly sad; cool rocks, car parts, little flower bouquets. Bee would find them and feel a little creeped out at first, but he learns to appreciate the gesture from whoever was leaving these for him. Each one made him more confident about his singing. He’ll dance and sing loud, even hang a disco ball to perform his songs with. He doesn’t know who his secret viewer is but that doesn’t stop him from showing his best at the performances. That’s until he sees a vague reflection of someone dancing outside the warehouse. [He sees is in something shiny, glass or some part of a scrap car outside, idk] Bee however would not stop his sneak-outs to perform. In fact, he would do it more often, and the song genre would slowly shift towards love and admiration songs. As the time goes on Bee dares to change few words in the lyrics so it’ll be vaguely about Blitz. He’s seen Blitz outside of battle few times, and he seemed like a cool guy, and the fact that he comes here to listen to Bee AND leaves him gifts. That’s kind of sweet actually.  In battlefield, he’ll get more cocky and tease Blitz with flirty smiles and winks, to which the Triplechanger totally falls for. He stands there baffled, unable to comprehend what just happened while Bee gets his way in whatever they were doing. He sometimes shoots back a flirty line of some sort which does make Bee flustered, but he really doesn’t know what this feeling he’s dealing with is when he sees Bee just blushing like that. Some secret performences later, both Blitz and Bee find themselves having admiration for each other, Bee of course, the smug bastard that he is, embraces it and goes all the way to make the love songs as good and about Blitz as possible without the other finding out that quickly. Unknowingly to Bee, Blitz is almost completely obvious to it all. He’ll get this weird feeling whenever the songs would sound odd or the lyrics wouldn’t match up to the ones he heard on the radio once but he just blames it on the silly bug messing up in his grand shows. He’ll continue to admire him, leave him better gifts for the good performances and aim in his general direction instead of straight at him. And that’s until Bee decides enough vagueness is enough and pulls a love song specifically about Blitz into his already love-song-filled repertoire [i’m thinking Shut up and Dance with some changes].

And THAT’S when Blitz will have the grand realization, all these little changes in songs, the way Bee was in combat, all those things have been diected AT HIM. BEE WAS SINGING ABOUT HIM.  Somewhere in the song Bee calls out for him and he hesitates whether to leave now or go out there, he peaks out inside and Bee immidiatelly makes eye contact mid dance. He continues singing, urging Blitz to come join him and Blitz does and they end up finishing the song together. There’s a whole lot of teasing and bickering afterwards but they agree to do this again sometime. I feel like i should write this but i have no idea how since my inspiration goes from one thing to another pretty quickly and this seems like a long-term task.

Concept: fairy tale where the wicked step-parent (who is of course also some sort of warlock) transforms the princess into a swan, as one does, but rather than running off to mope around in a lake and be beautifully tragic, the princess decides to stick around the palace and cause problems on purpose.

MasterChef and Project Runway are my go-to to watch so I'll use those (plus I wanted shows where dating isn't the primary goal, although a bachelor/bachelorette or love island would also be fun)

Let's start with MasterChef

Buck and Eddie are competing against each other and either

A) one of them gets eliminated but sticks around and cheers for the other

Or

B) they end up on the finale against each other

Either way they get to know each other during the competition and they don't give each other the hardest ingredients in the challenges but neither the easiest either. They know what the other can do so it's like their way of flirting.

Maybe it starts with Buck hating Eddie (as usual 😅😂) but early on they're stuck together in a team challenge and realize they work well together and become besties (you can have my back...)

Idk how reality tv shows work but maybe they have some free time/ a day off and Eddie brings Buck to meet Chris.

(optional Buck/Eddie/Tommy version:

Buck and Tommy are already together and Buck meets Eddie and is smitten instantly. So he tells Tommy about the hot (and nice) guy and Tommy doesn't mind if Buck wants to flirt a little. Then one day Buck and Eddie are hanging out and Tommy FaceTimes Buck (Buck told him he was hanging out with Eddie and Tommy's curious. Sue him.) and Buck introduced Tommy to Eddie and Buck and Tommy have a whole unspoken conversation of

Tommy (raised eyebrow): he's hot

Buck: I know

which Eddie doesn't see.

So that evening Buck and Tommy have a chat and are basically like we should both date Eddie ("Trust me Tommy, you two will hit it off")

They, go on a coupe of dates, they end up together. Happily ever after. The end.)

Doesn't even matter if either Buck or Eddie win, though I do think Buck would win 😝

For the project runway I don't have a clear idea but something like:

Contestants: Buck, Eddie, Chim, Hen

Judges: Bobby, Athena

And they bond through the competition - they're competitive but flirty

Buck and Chim know each other since Chim is already dating Maddie

And it's just good vibes, no angst

I am a sucker for soldiers returning from duty and surprising their families and everyone cries and hugs and it's so sweet 🥺🥺

So imagine that but for McDanno. Maybe Steve and Danny met when Steve was still on active duty but on leave for like a week or two. (Maybe they meet in Jersey?) And they start a relationship and Steve meets Grace too. (And anytime he has leave he stays with them).

Fast forward to the future and Danny is freaking out because Steve hasn't called and any second now he expects a call with the worst news of his life and how is he going to tell Grace - when someone at HPD (Meka? Duke?) says someone is looking for him and when he asks who they shrug and continue on their way (but secretly follow Danny to record the reaction) and when Danny gets downstairs and sees Steve in his Navy blues and he just stops in his tracks then marches forward and starts hitting Steve on his chest and you asshole I thought you were dead. Come here. And finally kisses Steve. And everyone cheers.

And then they go surprise Grace at school (this time with Danny recording) and she runs into Steve's arms and cries and they all go home.

(They play Danny's reaction at their wedding a few years later 🥰)
