The short walk from the Yamanaka Flower Shop to Konohaβs hospital seemed to drag for πΌππππΎ π°πΈπ½πΎπ½πΆ, who was currently sandwiched between πΌππΆπΈπ½πΎ π°πΈπ½πΎπ½πΆ, her childhood crush, and π―ππππΆ πΌππππ, his teammate. The tension in the air was so thick that Izumi thought she could slice it with a kunai. She had little knowledge of what exactly transpired on their last mission, but what she did know was that someone close to her was nearly killed.
Arriving at the hospital with a bouquet of daisies in hand, the young female Uchiha and her companions were escorted to the room of π πππ π©πΆππΆ, the third genin of Team 2 and Izumiβs π―π²ππ π³πΏπΆπ²π»π±.
With a sombre expression, Izumi seated herself on the edge of the hospital bed and presented Ryuu the arrangement of white and yellow flowers.
βHow are you feeling today, Ryuu? Ita, Tenma and I picked you up some flowers to help cheer you up! We really hope you like them!β
Out of the corner of her eye, Izumi noticed the two young shinobi males standing awkwardly, unaware of what to do in this type of situation.
βI wasnβt going to say anything, but you two are making ME uneasy just by looking at youβ¦β
Itachi and Tenma stood to attention as they were ππππππ πππ, their ears turning a light shade of crimson.
ββ¦ Please tell me what happened.β

Once she had confirmation, Izumi nodded knowingly and continued her speech.

She huffed before wrapping up her lecture, making sure that all ears and eyes were on her, the youngest of the four kids in the room.
βThe thing isβ¦ You guys all care about each other. Youβre a team, remember? Instead of pulling away from each other, you need to come together as one.β

Izumi sighed in relief once the tension in the air faded into a more comfortable one. Seeing the trio return to their normal selves felt like a huge weight had been lifted from her chest and shoulders.
She squeezed Ryuuβs hands and nodded knowingly. Of course she would jump in and protect her teammates, or even Izumi herself, because thatβs just the kind of person she is, that Nara girl. And Izumi was extremely grateful to be in her life.
Witnessing her best friendsβ antics, Izumi dramatically gasped and gently shook her arm, joining in with the shenanigans almost immediately.
βRyuu! No! YΕ«ki-sensei, please have mercy on Miss Nara! I beg of you!β

Taking a chance, she glanced over at the other Uchiha and locked eyes with him. He now possessed the Sharingan, the kekkei genkai that Izumi had previously acquired when her Father was killed in the Nine-Tailed Fox attack on the Leaf Village. She knew that she had to be there for him just as much as she needed to be there for Ryuu. She truly cared for and loved them⦠Yes, even Tenma.

And as always the Uchiha family once again stands out above all! The pose changed a little but I love both versions π just look at sakura's dress, tiara and her makeup. So beautiful.

Shikamaru can't believe that his own kid, a Nara, isn't anywhere near as intelligent as the rest of his family. If he didn't trust his wife so much he'd suspect that she isn't his, but since she is his daughter, it's up to him to smarten her up a bit.
He's busy with being the Hokage's assistant, so its a huge drag for Shikamaru to have to tutor his daughter, who is more than old enough to teach herself such simple things, so he's not doing it for free, there is something in it for Shikamaru in all of this.
Shikamaru is a stern father despite how lazy and hands off he can be most of the time. He'll force his daughter onto his lap and read out the questions on the worksheet to her, talking in a slow and condescending manner as he does, but Shikamaru is only a man, and it only takes a few minutes for his daughter to start complaining about 'something' poking her.
He can't help but groan as she complains and starts squirming on his lap, yelling at him for being a pervert, she's being a complete drag as usual. But he figures that now is a better time than ever to get his compensation for this tiresome daddy-daughter study session, since she's noticed his prominent arousal.
