Overwatch News: Activision Blizzard Update, What I was Hesitant to Talk about, and More.
Alright, there's a lot going and I want to go over it.
Firstly, Kim 'Alarm' Kyeong-Bo who was a flex-support player for the Philadelphia Fusion passed away on November 7th, 2021 at 20 years old. I was hesitant to address this, but I finally decided to. Here is the message directly from the Philadelphia Fusion.
Secondly, more than 100 Blizzard employees walked out this afternoon. The protest started around 12pm(noon) Pacific Time at the Irvine, California Activision Blizzard facility in protest of CEO Bobby Kotick. It was discovered that Kotick knew about the sexual misconduct claims and did not report the claims to the board of directors. If you are interested in reading more about the walkout, this is my favorite article that I read about it.
Thirdly, and finally, you have 1 week until Cassidy's New Blood Challenge is over; it ends on November 23rd. Here is a link to my previous post on the event if you are interested in the information. If you need a consistent Overwatch twitch streamer to watch to get the drops, I would recommend Emongg. He is an off-tank player who I personally really enjoy watching. He streams almost every day and his D.Va gameplay is awesome.
Anyways, I've been really busy with school, so I haven't had time to go over issue #1 of New Blood. I'll go over it as soon as I can. ~ Nova.

Alright, just thought I would put this reminder out here, Cassidy's New Blood Challenge will be ending tomorrow, as of the time I am writing this, which is November 23rd!
By playing 9 games, you will get the Sandstorm Player Icon. You will win the Old Friends spray by playing 18 games. Finally, you will win the Sandstorm Cassidy skin by playing 27 games. Also, by watching up to 6 hours of Overwatch streamers, with drops activated, you get 6 sprays. If you want to look more into the info, here is a link for that.
Anyways, I should be posting about New Blood issue #1 soon with it being the long Thanksgiving weekend and all. I was hoping to get it out sooner, but I've school's been keeping me busy, so sorry for that! so, as a little treat for myself, I drew my favorite character out there, Gabriel, in my interpretation of the dress from that New Bloods' anniversary art. I really just wanted to draw him in a pretty dress (I know the ruffles make no sense but I was too lazy to draw them correctly lmao)
I've accidentally twinkified him too. Sorry for that, I used an anime minifigure as a reference and I have no idea how to draw buff men. I hope you all like it though! :D

I asked myself; "Do I share my fanfic on here?" You might know by now that my first language is French and my second is indeed English. I'm not the best writer ever, I'll be honest, I'm far from @accio-baqat but hey, I'm having fun LOL!
The fact that I lived in Las Vegas for a year really did help me with getting better at communicating in English, but I'm back in Quebec since a while, so I'm trying as much as I can to practice my English.
So... What's the story about? It's about F-35, a Fighter Squadron, and a 52 years old Instructor named Nikola Flynn ;)

I love to hate Wyatt 🤣 No offense, I have nothing against the actor portraying Wyatt, I just have fun putting his character in situation where he's being douchey ;)
