The mini-story included his words that, when the ritual was completed, he would be equal in power to the god who had given him life. But without the words about how he came into the world, it was unclear what he was talking about.

There is an opinion that this god was Orochi. Although the evil god freed him, there is no evidence that it was he who gave him life.
