The second message from Yatonokami

An interesting fact about Yatonokami is that he would rather die than be sealed again.

In the English localization they somehow missed the fact that he was born from drops of blood of some god. This oversight rendered meaningless one important detail of the event. The mini-story included his words that, when the ritual was completed, he would be equal in power to the god who had given him life. But without the words about how he came into the world, it was unclear what he was talking about.

There is an opinion that this god was Orochi. Although the evil god freed him, there is no evidence that it was he who gave him life.
