Why have I never come across anyone who has said with full passion that they dream of being a teacher?

i wonder why maybe i havent met many people yet or is that job too hard or only for job seekers whose previous job attempts didn't succeed or just for people who do it for the sake of employment? aver does shit post teaching field is always plan B and i hate this
