Solanum !!!!! My beloved wife. I bought the nomai mask pin and have been staring at it ever since it arrived. Engraved in my mind. Hopefully( or maybe hopefully not) it activates somehow and keeps my memories safe. Top right is, hatchling bringing pictures of timber hearth n hearthian culture and nomai ruins to her and. Stay there forever til they hungy n eep.
I am very normal about Gabbro. They are literally me your honor. I am an eeper. Sassolino means little rock/ pebble in italian. They call you that in the italian translation.
Litle doodle i liked they make me go ::)
And tried to de-helmet them.... thought im not so sure why is it so hard. Especially Chert. U little gnome. Patterns are derived from the rocks they are named after. Except Feldspar since we see them without helmet already.
Its so funny how i draw the Hatchling like °•w•° and the rest look like actual adults.
This game still gives me every emotion

Out of all the moments in this game's beautiful ending, the one that's so easy to miss stuck with me the most.
I kinda gave up on this tbh
Timber Hearth! Decided to start a series of important locations from Outer Wilds. Outer Wilds has inspired me to actually become good at digital art. I love this game so much.
It's also really fun to fly round to all the locations to get screenshots for reference.
Sun Station. This was one of the coolest moments in the base game (and one of the saddest). The hotshot achievement was also cool, and almost easier than the cactus tunnel lmao. This one was harder to draw, since it's more of a drawing focusing on a structure than a landscape which kind of limits my different ideas for shading, as well as reducing room for error. Still pretty happy with it, especially the sun and sky. Probably something I'll redraw once I'm better at digital art.

you have brought me. so much. you taught me everything i hold dear, all the values i keep close by everywhere i go. you showed me so many beautiful and tragic things, inspired me to create so much, you have brought me tears through music and love and friendship and a silly little story.
you were so much more than anyone thought you'd be. you were just a little thesis project but then you became a life changing game that has touched so many people in such specific ways.
you have counseled me through grief and through confusion and taught me that really, the most important thing is that we are here right now on this massive but oh so small rock in an even bigger and scarier and uncaring universe.
so many quotes that i live by, so much symbolism, i could get lost in the pages of your story for hours(and i do)
you have made me a happy, loving person. for that i will forever be thankful.
