me: outlining my book is hard and sucks so I’ll just pants it.

takes a year (or 2) to get it to be somewhat passable after initial six-month writing course.

me—after finding a new way to outline: this is actually the most fun I’ve had in weeks and I’m already writing up new scenes and actually learning about the characters.

But don’t expect me to be done anytime soon

I have a lot of ideas, especially for fic, and I want to try to outline them and then decide what I want to write most but I've never really know how to outline. do you have any tips?
