All you know is that you’ve been watching him do little drawings in a sketchbook for a while now, and you lost count of how many times he’s turned pages because he already filled the last one up with his scribbles. You know that he sometimes sits down to draw for however long he feels like in order to clear his head. As for you, watching him draw almost has a therapeutic effect on you. You love watching the way he lets the tip of whatever pen was closest to him when he decided to start drawing race across the paper at times, or how he moves it very slowly, adding some detail to the drawing. You too can let go of your thoughts as you get lost in the countless lines and shapes he puts down on the paper. Usually, watching him sketch is simply a fun pastime for you, but today you really need the distraction. 

“How long are you gonna keep watching me for?” You can hear Jiung’s calm voice interrupting the silence around you. He doesn’t take his eyes off the paper in front of him while speaking.

It can be with either Gaon from Xdinary Heroes or Jongseob from P1Harmony — I couldn’t decide to save my life, I’m sorry! But anyway, here’s the idea:

He and the reader grew up together, and all their lives Reader was just a tomboy. However, a couple of weeks earlier, Reader came out as a trans guy and expressed wanting to do something with their looks to better fit their identity. So he does a bit of research and buys Reader his first binder/trans tape, and since they’re dating at this stage of their lives, he helps Reader put it on while rattling off the things he learned off the internet regarding how to use the binder/trans tape. It’s just overall a very endearing scene. They can maybe go out to dinner together and maybe the Reader is very anxious about being out with the binder/trans tape for the first time but he keeps reassuring them that they look very handsome.

I know I only request trans-related things but there’s just such a massive lack of such content and I really hope you’d consider writing them! Again, you don’t have to! Thank you in advance!

— for these two i don’t think they’d have problems. they’d be so cautious though, constantly asking “right here?” when you’ve already told them numerous times that that’s where they needed to cut. listen they just don’t want to accidentally cut your real hair and have you walking around with patches missing 🤕. right after y’all finish, jongseob would be quick to recommend you new braiding styles even willing to pay for them. and jiung would gladly take over for you completely when your hands start to cramp up during the process.

— you didn’t even ask if he could help you, he just parked himself right next to you and asked where to start. but willingness ≠ capability. you had to guide him through the whole process to the point where you should’ve just done it ya self 😭. he’s such a cutie though and he just wants to learn, constantly asking questions in between instructions to make sure he understands all the way. after a minute, he told you he had it and didn’t need anymore help. did he end up cutting it too short? YUP. did he have the heart to tell you? hell nah 😞.. and til that day you still don’t know.

— i actually struggled figuring out where i should put him so i put ‘em here 🤓. i feel like he’d be similar to intak but in a different way. like if you asked he’d be willing to help, but you’d have to guide him through everything. something i think would be different is that he’d play entirely too much. like he’d cut the right spot, then gasp all hard like he cut the wrong one and give you a mini heart attack for no reason. now that i’m thinking more on it you might just have to pre-cut them then let him unbraid them from there, bc me personally i would not trust this nigga with scissors next to my head. but back to playing too much, and this is something i did all the time as a kid, i feel like he would definitely play with the scraps that came from the braids yall just took out instead of throwing them away. you’re just minding your black business, trying to comb out your hair and here go this fool bunching them up and dropping them on your head. 😭

— this nigga here boyyy 😭, i had to take it to the gc for him. and we feel like he’d actually be little to no help. he’d take out like two braids before he’d start whining about being tired and his hands hurting. y’all would have to constantly take breaks, dragging the process out by hours. eventually, he’d pull through though and start helping fr. then when y’all done, he’ll lie and brag about how he did the most work. it’s all love though, just get your get back when he wants you to help him wash his hair.

keeho can be bit mean. you know that. the words he spew sometimes can be bit hurtful, offending. not that he mean it in a negative way.

one time intak has been ecstatically showing you the shirt he had been eyeing on. it was certainly... fashion, something what you won't understand as per keeho words. intak was going on this little rant on where to wear it and how to style it when keeho came in. "who's shirt is that?" when he see the visible pout on the other boy's face he immediately retracts. "it's really... cute. it actually suits you," and a bunch of advice on how to style it as to make it up to him.

keeho can be blunt. in the way the truth hurts, he barely bother cushioning his frankness.

keeho can be a lot of things he didn't mean. he said he don't care much about other people but everything he did prove otherwise.

jongseob was sick the other day. the doctor said he overworked himself to exhaustion. barely sleeping, barely eating, only coming home when he needed some change of clothes. keeho naturally got into the youngest business right away. nagging him to point where jongseob was already dozing off, not caring about their leader worries anymore. his words were a lot but his hands were gentle. wiping the sweats off jongseob's face, cooking porridge for him, preparing the water for him to take with his medication. keeho was the one who nursed him back to health, basically.

keeho's 'don't care' behavior doesn't apply to the ones around him and maybe he doesn't even realize this.

but when keeho is with you, he is everything but what he claim he is. his words are gentle. thoughts were put in every sentences he said to you. the jokes are for you to laugh at, the compliments are for you to know how much he appreciates you and the honesty he gave never were to maim.

keeho is soft. as soft as the plush he gifted you when you said you always miss him whenever he's not near. he claimed they were for you to hug and think of as his stand-in for whenever he's away from you.

keeho is sweet. as sweet as the cherry chapstick he bought you three months into the relationship. saying that you need to stop your habit of picking your lips dry skin. "it's ruining you pretty face," he said.

keeho maybe doesn't know this but he is loving. he doesn't parade his love. instead, his love was subtle. only appearing when needed. if you look for it hard enough, it'll show. but you don't need to do that. because for you, all of his love is laid open for you to receive.

A/N: inspired by @soulseobie and their Soul one shot, also @kisseobie made the og prompt. This is my first time posting my writing to tumblr so please be nice!! Constructive criticism is welcomed!

Warnings: mentions of wandering hands but entirely sfw, pet names (baby, babe, beautiful, sweetheart), like two-ish kisses but no details, shirtless jongseob but no description

It doesn't matter if you have experience or not with hair, Jongseob trusts you implicitly.

He has so much confidence that even if you have no clue what you're doing it'll turn out okay, and if not then-

“it's just hair baby, it'll grow out eventually!”

Seobie is pretty laid back about the color, obviously he has opinions but yours are more important to him.

Definitely wants to go with you to get supplies, and he's attached to your hip the whole time. It's fun honestly, how involved he wants to be.

"what about this one babe? think I could pull off neon green?"

"oooo, they have rainbow bowls! we have to get some!"

"do you think we'll need a hair treatment for after?"

Very insistent on paying, saying that it's his hair you're doing and it's the least he can do. Tbh, hair stuff can be pretty expensive so you really aren't complaining.

Once you have all the supplies and your space is set up (covered in paper and plastic wrap as to not stain anything) Jongseob is practically bouncing in excitement.

He's gotten his hair done before, obviously, but it's his baby who's doing it this time, ofc he's excited!

Jongseob is dressed in some random old band tee of his, and forced you to wear one as well. It doesn't matter if you were wearing stuff you didn't mind getting dye on, he insists on his shirt.

"no, this is not just bc I like how you look in my clothes, I just don't want you to get dye on your pretty outfit!"

[It definitely is, and he is absolutely pouting when you accuse him of it]

Assuming his hair is already blonde (it is at the time of writing this) you guys start with color right away. He wants to be surprised, so he doesn't even look while you're mixing the color or applying it.

He's very chatty the whole time, still feeling excited and energetic. Which was cute and sweet at first, but he kept moving his head, causing you to mess up in certain areas and get dye places it really shouldn't be.

"babe, you gotta stop moving, I got dye on your neck again!"

"I'm sorry! I'll try not to."

He tries his best not to move too much, but as you finish up the back and move to the front, the moving becomes touching.

Seobie is normally pretty touchy with you, but as nice as his hands feel running up and down your thigh, it's also really distracting.

His hands don't wander too much, he really doesn't want to disturb you! But it's an unconscious thing, his hands just gravitate to your skin whenever they have a chance.

If you point it out he'll get kinda sheepish-

"oh, I didn't realize. your skin is just so soft and warm!"

When you're applying near the roots of his hair, towards his scalp, he gets shivers from the cool temperature. No matter how many times you get your hair dyed, it's always a weird feeling to have goopy dye on your scalp

As you get to his bangs and move in front of him, he gets an idea.

It's pretty obvious, at least to you, when Jongseob has a plan to do something, but being so immersed in applying the dye you didn't notice.

Just as you finish painting a stripe of dye, he pulls you fully onto his lap. Hands gripping your hips making sure you can't squirm out of his reach.

"JONGSEOB!"

"what? I want you here with me, isn't it easier than trying to stand?"

"you could have given me some warning, and what if I'd gotten dye on you? and I don't think that-"

*kiss*

"I want you here, please."

Not being able to say no to his pleas, and feeling quite comfortable in his lap, you stay seated.

Finishing up the front was easy. Using your gloved hand you massage any left over dye into his hair, making sure every strand is coated.

With your hands in his hair Jongseob relaxes even more, leaning into your touch and letting out a whine when you stop-

"felt good, keep going?"

Ofc you indulge him for a while longer, he's so sweet when he asks so it's only natural.

After finally pulling your hands out of his hair and removing your gloves, you hand him the neon orange shower cap he'd insisted on at the beauty store.

Seobie smiles when you turn around, the neon shower cap stretched over his head. He reaches for you again, grabbing you by the waist and pulling you between his legs.

"wanna play switch while this sets?"

After about 30 minutes the timer you'd set rings, signalling that it was time to wash out the hair dye.

You both got settled in the bathroom. Jongseob on the floor, upper body resting against the bathtub, neck stretched so his head was over the tub.

You tucked a rolled towel under his neck, hoping it would help lessen the uncomfortable feeling. Seobie gave you a thumbs up-

"thanks beautiful, feels fine don't worry."

You both thanked the universe that the shower head was detachable, and began the rinsing process.

Jongseob relaxed as your hands entered his hair again. He'd always had a soft spot for you playing with his hair, something you used to your advantage whenever you could.

As you worked to rinse his hair water splashed around, landing everywhere. No matter how hard you tried to minimize it, the water had a mind of its own.

By the time you were halfway done the floor outside the bathtub was damp and so was Jongseob, mostly his shirt. Which he promptly took off as soon as you gave him a break to sit up.

Seobie balled up the tshirt and tossed it up to the counter, turning to you shamelessly.

Ofc you'd seen him like this before, but it still left your face hot and needing to look away.

"what's got you so shy sweetheart, nothing you haven't seen before."

This boy... He's just... Cocky isn't the right word, but it was more than confidence. Maybe comfortable is a good word for it. He knew he was safe with you, so being shirtless didn't leave him feeling "exposed"

Once you got ahold of yourself it was time to continue rinsing.

It took quite a bit before the water ran clear, during which you took advantage of your position to occasionally glance at the shirtless boy under you. No matter how many times you'd seen him, it was still a very pretty sight.

When the dye had been fully rinsed out you pulled Seobie to sit up, plopping a dry towel over his head and drying his hair gently.

Neither of you felt like using a hair dryer, so once his hair was mostly dry, tho still slightly damp, you helped him stand.

"ready to show me babe?"

Covering his eyes you walked him in front of the mirror-

"3,2,1!"

Jongseob looked at his new hair with a wide smile, turning his head side to side, admiring it.

After a thorough appreciation of your hard work, he turned to you and gently held your face-

"it looks absolutely perfect baby, knew you could do it!"

His words left your face hot again, making him giggle at your sudden shyness. In turn, he peppered your face with kisses, light pecks scattered everywhere, ending with a sweet kiss to your lips.

An overall enjoyable experience, with a fun outcome. Seobie would definitely ask you to do it again next time he wanted a change.

He loves spending time with you, and if he has the time in his busy schedule to be with you, he's gonna take advantage of it.

Even if it means having to deal with rush hour traffic, bad city drivers, or sacrificing sleep for late night rides.

Keeho just loves to be around you, and loves to do things for you. Very much an acts of service lover. He feels good just turning on some background music and listening to you ramble as he keeps his eyes on the road.

Please, for the love of everything good in this world, massage his shoulders!

Keeho has so much stress and tension stored in his upper body, mostly neck and shoulders.

If you randomly start massaging those areas he will actually melt, it might hurt a bit at first bc there's so much tension there, but you both can feel the muscles loosen within seconds.

The first time you did it Keeho thought he fell in love with you all over again.

Whether it's tying your shoes, pulling your shirt down if it's riding up, or untangling your accessories, he's on it.

He's pretty observant, definitely notices any outfit, malfunctions or little things before you do. It's also because he is looking at you almost 24/7.

Theo is pretty quick at fixing little issues with your outfit. Half the time you wouldn't even notice till after he's pulling his hands away. He's discreet with any malfunctions and has such a gentle touch.

It gives him an excuse to touch you as well, and he loves being able to help you with the little things.

{receiving} soft flirting

Theo isn't flustered easily, putting up a pretty indifferent face and attitude, which doesn't change much when it comes to you. Ofc he's sweet and shows he loves you, but he's not the most vocal about it

However, the moment you compliment him, he's gone. It's not always obvious, but you can tell by the raised eyebrows and twitch in his lips.

It works the same with pickup lines, specifically cheesy one liners, he will sometimes let out a little giggle if you catch him off guard.

You're never too outwards and aggressive with flirting, neither of you are like that. But soft words and teasing lines are something Theo really likes coming from you.

It doesn't matter when he goes to sleep or wakes up, this man has your schedule memorized.

Jiung will text you good night and a sweet message around the time he knows you get home from your day.

He's so sincere about it too, it's not a chore for him, he genuinely wants to send you little messages to remind you he loves you.

Please please please surprise him with a date! He will have the cutest and biggest smile as soon as you tell him your plan, and it's a gift to see.

It doesn't have to be super fancy or for a special occasion, just plan a little something to do while you spend some time together and he's so happy.

Maybe it's a late night movie marathon with both of your favorite snacks, or a little picnic in the park that you threw together last second. As long as he's with you he'll love it.

It reminds him that he doesn't have to take on every single responsibility, that you care about him and wanna be with him as much as he wants to be with you.

Intak loves to show affection through touch, pda is his shit {within reason and your boundaries ofc} but he's also so sweet about it.

Loves to hold your hand and play with your fingers, or if his arm is around your waist his thumb will be rubbing little circles on you hip.

It also serves as a good reminder that he's right there next to you, that he's got you no matter what. It's grounding to have him hand gently squeeze yours periodically.

He thinks of you as something precious, he knows you're not breakable yet he still treats you with so much care.

You know the saying "the way to a man's heart is through his stomach"? This is basically that, except you don't have to be the one making the food or anything like that.

If you just share a bite of what you ordered, a snack that you so happen to have, or a sip of your fancy cafe drink, he is so grateful.

Even if it's new to him, if you like it he'll try it if you're offering. And if you're the one feeding it to him he will get so giddy and giggly.

He thinks it's so romantic to share food, and also feels like it shows how well you take care of each other. He definitely shares his food too!

He is a trinket connoisseur and collector, so he definitely has a good eye for little gifts, especially if they are for you.

It isn't always silly, a large number of his gifts to you are sentimental. But the silly ones are just as sweet. But he basically always has you on his mind and it shows.

It could be as simple as "it reminded me of you!" to "I remembered that you said you still needed this version, and I thought I'd grab it!" or "This is from where we first met, maybe we should collect things from all the important dates we've had?"

Soul is almost kinda like a crow, he will find something shiny and cute and bring it back to you as a way of showing affection.

Y'all have seen that video of Soul walking through the hallway with the dramatic he turns, and how frizzy and puffy his hair is? Yeah, that's what happens a lot of the time if you aren't washing his hair.

Not only does it help the look and health of his hair, he finds it so relaxing when your hands are in his hair, gently working the products into the strands.

Whether it's you showering together or him laying in the bath with you kneeling to the side, it's a sweet experience. One you both treasure.

Also, if you just wanna play with his hair, stick it straight up when it's all soapy or make it into fun shapes, he's so down. Very laid back and cool with whatever you want, just as long as your hands are in his hair.

It doesn't matter if you have anxiety about ordering/talking to strangers or not, he's ordering for you. Not because he thinks you can't, if you really wanna you can, but because he wants you to be relaxed and not have to lift a finger.

It's not even a big deal at this point, y'all will walk into a restaurant and he can rattle off your order in a heartbeat. Seobie memorized stuff pretty fast, and when it comes to you it stays firmly in his head. You're important to him, ofc he remembers everything about you.

And if you are going to a new place and are having trouble deciding what to get, just look at him. Once he knows what he wants, he's looking for stuff he thinks you'd like.

It's a show of care for him, remembering the little things and making sure his lover doesn't have to do any extra work.

{receiving} sharing clothes/accessories

Doesn't matter what size you are, if your sizes are bigger or smaller than his, you're sharing. Either clothes or accessories, or both.

It's an unwritten promise to each other, what's mine is yours. You guys haven't ever really addressed it either, just asking where something is or if you're planning to wear something the other wants that day.

It's a natural thing, and it honestly feeds into the small possessive part of you. Almost like you're staking a claim, but more in a "we belong to each other" type of way

He loves it bc it reminds him of you. Jongseob gets especially happy when your scent lingers on the soft fabric of what was originally his shirt.

This is so fucking niche, but today was my first day using my cane in public! So here's some thoughts of Jongseob being the most supportive bf and an absolute mobility aid advocate.

Warnings: talk of chronic pain, mentioned ableism, run on sentences (sorry)

It was not a surprise to him when you were recommended a cane.

After a long time of helping you with flare ups and trying to understand your mental and physical pains, Jongseob was well versed in your world of disability.

So he was so undeniably in support of a mobility aid. Though he knew it was going to be an adjustment for the both of you, Seobie was more than prepared.

I imagine he'd research about all types of mobility aids, and since it would be a cane that you'd be using he focused on that.

Seobie is passionate about anything he cares about, and that mindset extends to you and your well-being & health.

He'd have already done his research on your condition or symptoms, and you have already coached him through a lot of situations so he knows his shit!

But mobility aids are a different beast, so Jongseob dived head first into learning about canes: how to use them, care and maintenance, different types of handles & --, and he even read stories & messages from cane users on the internet.

Of course, it wasn't easy for you to admit to yourself that a cane would be helpful, internalized ableism is a bitch that way. But Seobie would be the best bf, making sure you knew he's proud of you for taking care of yourself and reassuring you that a cane wasn't going to change your relationship & how he saw you.

Jongseob never coddled you, never treated you with anything but respect. Your disability & pain were part of you that he accepted fully, and he knew his place was not as a caretaker but a partner for you. It was never just him taking care of you, it was a balance of leaning on each other as needed.

After browsing options together (Jongseob had opinions on styles and even ideas on how you could decorate it to feel more like you) it came time to learn how to use it

I personally practiced at home before using it outside, so I can picture you both in the living room learning together about what the most comfortable way to walk and stand with your new mobility aid was. Seobie would be like a personal cheerleader, making sure you knew how good you were doing and having you take breaks as you went.

Y'all would also have a little date where you work on decorating the cane, adding stickers or rhinestones, making a beaded wristband and adding charms. He would be so attentive to how you felt about it, understanding if you don't want it to stand out. Jongseob just wants to make it feel like you.

The first time you use it out in the world Jongseob is doing his damn hardest to make it an easy adjustment for you. He holds all your stuff, opens doors and avoids any obstacles, and most importantly he's holding your free hand and reminding you he's right there by your side.

While you try and avoid any weird looks from judgemental assholes, it's hard to ignore it sometimes. Seobie is great at distracting you and often glares right back at anyone who stares for too long. Looking was fine, you both understood that it's not the most common thing, but unrestrained gawking was unacceptable in his book.

More boyfriend points are scored when he reminds you that you're allowed to use the disabled toilets and accessible seating and amenities. He's the biggest advocate for not only you, but anyone else he sees dealing with casual ableism.

Something you learn from being around any disabled person (mental, developmental or physical disabilities) is that people are often unintentionally bigoted in how they treat us. Of course it's more obvious when it's intentional, but casual words or actions that aren't meant to harm are harder to spot at first.

Jongseob is well versed in picking up those clues and is the best person to address it. Of course if you want to directly call someone out he's happy to just support and be backup. But if you aren't confrontational he's handling it immediately in a respectful but direct way.

If anyone directly questions your cane or if you are just doing it for attention Jongseob is your biggest protector. If you want to answer questions he's all for it, Seobie won't stand for invasive people who feel entitled to others' medical information.

In conclusion, Jongseob is the most supportive partner and his goal when it comes to you is to give you anything and anything he can, to the best of his abilities. And that extends to disability and mobility aids. He'd be proud of his partner for persevering and letting themselves get the help they need.
