Where do the submitted palettes come from? Like is there a site people make them on and then send them to you? Also what's with the queue thing?

some people use a site, some people just make the palettes in an art program. you can see some sites here: http://www.colourpod.com/resources

the queue just means that i have the blog set to autopost a certain # of palettes a day and i add new submissions to the queue which is where the autoposting pulls from.
