No more Ko-Fi for me!

Hello, Dearest Readers! After several communications and feedback from you guys, I have decided to discontinue Ko-Fi as a membership platform. However, I will keep Patreon!

I currently have a poll for Artwork going with only 2 days left. I will try to work on chapter 7 today (still fighting being sick).

I hope you are enjoying American Mate so far! My Pateron-paid members are enjoying chapter 8, which is a long one! There may be some more frisky scenes and maybe more of Y/n's family pack involved.

Well, my Pateron-paid members have voted for Artwork to go with American Mate!

By a landslide, the first (non-professional) sketch will be of our cute and cuddly Flemish Giant Bunny Jungkook!

I have already started… I only spent about 10 minutes on it, but I got excited to let you all know. So here is its current look and the photo it is based on!

The final version will only be visible to paid members as it is a part of their benefits!

Keep in mind that I only dabble and thought it might be fun. 😅 also, no throwing things at the artist! Lol 😆

Writing Update as of 5/29/24

Wow! Okay, like, WOW! Chapter 8 has 11,456 words and is available on Patreon for a paid member's early release benefit!

Chapter 9 is in the works and currently has 6,864 words. It looks like another long one is coming. I am also breaking the YA wall and taking American Mate into Mature/MDNI reading land!😶

There is also currently a poll for members on Patreon, which will impact how the story progresses!

Chapter 7 of Breaking and Entering totaled 3,639 words and has been available to paid members since May 28th.

A membership poll about Chapters 8,9,10 is also available to paid members.

I am excited to see where the poll takes the story because who lets us into their side of the story will determine a lot of what you, as the ready, will find out.

I want to thank you all for being patient with me. Writing with a broken ankle while still trying to take my youngest child to school and my oldest (special needs) child to their appointments has not been easy.

American Mate Update!

Hello, dearest readers!

I am so excited for chapter 10! It will be the first showing of how the next six chapters will go! I just wrote for three hours, took a break only to eat dinner, and have 3,386 words completed!

Once Chapter 10 is posted to my Patreon page, my membership holders will have the opportunity to guide the next six chapters. I only have one membership level, but it does include polls!

I hope you enjoyed the extended scene for Chapter 5. It was a little bit of a struggle for the youngest Bangtan Alpha, but he was a good bun in the end, right?

I have started writing Chapter 11! I mentioned on July 4th that I had 3,393 words written ... hahaha. I am STILL working on Chapter 11. I now have 7,111 words written.

So....

First off, I am sorry.

Second, I am not even halfway through what I hoped to have in this chapter because, as you all know, my attention to detail and long-windedness make for longer chapters.

My Patreon membership holders have been voting in some polls to help shape how we will move forward.

They have decided to keep the chapter a mega chapter! However, they have requested an additional scene from a previous chapter. They have until 7/10 to vote on 8 options for the additional content, which will be released only on Patreon, much like the Chapter 5 Extended Scenting Scene.

Hello, my dearest readers,

Just a few things for you guys:

1- All ya'll are too nice with the Patreon Membership poll, or I gave you too many options. lol. Anywho, because of the current results of the poll... 100% of you say it is still up to me to pick if it should morph into a Y/n story. That said, an update for Reciprocal Synergy should be out shortly.

2- 16,847 is the current word count for American Mate Chapter 12. Mega Chapter, here we come. I am almost done with it, as we are halfway through the Date with Namjoon. I am unsure what the character limit is here, but I may be forced to split the chapter into two parts ... again.

3- My health is starting to recover quickly. I can watch foreign dramas without getting a headache, and I can read again with almost no headaches. My writing skills are returning, but I still lose words here and there. The only negatives with these have been getting tired quickly or my eyes feeling sore from looking at the computer.

I hope you all are doing well and enjoying the last bits of summer that won't go away. It's been 100+ for almost a week now here in So Cal; in fact, yesterday was 117.

You ... I love you all.

I really do, but only 1 of my Patreon membership holders picked an actual preference.

I originally wrote it without a Y/n part and could continue that way

BUT

I started thinking about how writing in a y/n part that starts as a non-main character would be interesting.

😭

I think I will keep it as a non-y/n story and see where it goes... for now.

I may end up blowing it all up later and rewriting it with the y/n...

OR

I could post the non-y/n and y/n versions and then ask again.

Maybe?

I don't know... it's 2 am, and insomnia is kicking my butt, which is why I have finished the non-y/n version of chapter 3 and am 1k deep into chapter 2 of Incomplete already with a migraine.
