I second this. It's obvious from the book, that Paul saw Kat differently than everyone else and loved him, admired him, his body, etc.
But Kat most likely saw Paul as his son.
I like how people who defended Paul's and Stanislaus's relationship as father and son or two brothers so much, would definitely ship them if one of them was the opposites gender.

I know why some people don't like this ship and why it is a taboo, but it's still only a ship of two consenting adults from a book.
