Pen Name - Tumblr Posts
I finally decided for a name for people around here to use after I saw many people giving themself a pen name. I thought this would be easier cause I have so many muses so you can't just call me Morgan Mun or Nightcrawler Mun etc.
From now on you can call me Avy. Avy is a nickname for a few different names including the names Avis and Avery. Avis is the latin word for bird which fits cause my main blogs name is birdswings, I love birds and beside that I have this joke with my friends and family where I use "Vögelchen" as pseudonym which is german for little bird/birdie. So in a way Avy is the "Vögelchen/Birdie" version of Avis (at least in my head). Avery on the other hand is a name related to Fairies and Elves another thing I really love.
Special friends may also get the premission to call me Birdie. But this name is reserved for my closest friends here because this one being the direct translation for Vögelchen makes it more personal and private to me. I would also let you use Vögelchen but I think alot of you might have problems with that because it has all the things in it like the 'Ö' and 'Chen', where I know many english speaking people have trouble pronouncing it. Beside that as far as I know most keyboards don't even have the letter 'Ö' on it so this would just be a struggle for you all.
So yeah Avy it is.
