Peppino wouldn't let these two (or just Pizzahead) into his restaurant. Anyway, Feppino would have sneaked snacks for him. They would eat pizza in the shape of mummies or sweets sitting on the porch while spooky music could be heard in the background.

They would sit in a big plaid at home, waiting for the kettle to whistle (and toast bread for sandwiches) until one of them wanted to put his head on the other's lap. Fake Peppino didn't even notice how he fell asleep while Pizzahead was ruffling his hair.
But sometimes it was difficult for Pizzahad to get used to the fact that Feppino sleeps with his eyes open.
I believe Pizzahead is freezing very much. Feppino puts a bunch of sweaters on Pizzahead's body so that his dear pizza-pie doesn't freeze outside. Pizzahead doesn't like this bunch of sweaters, but he doesn't take them off. He feels a little hot in them, and sometimes his skin itches. But he's willing to put up with it for Feppino's sake.
If you put the same bunch of sweaters on Feppino, then he will feel very, very bad. But this does not mean that he does not freeze at all. He dresses a little lighter, and it scares some people.

Soft touches
Pizzahead and Fake Peppino may be difficult to anger, but it's quite possible.

Someone decided to set up a Pizza Oven to try out a Fake Peppino mod.

You know, I see Pizzahead as the kind of person who, even if something terrible (but fixable) happens to them, they take it out as a joke. The battle against Peppino is proof of that.
As for the idea of the drawing, after the collapse of the tower (and my fan fiction), Pizzahead tried to fix the PizzaFace, but accidentally blinded himself. He needed Fakey's help to call a doctor, as the clone wouldn't be able to do it (he doesn't talk).
Even though Pizzahead was blind for a short amount of time, he didn't stop joking about his eyesight. In doing so, he also calmed the agitated Fakey, who was sitting next to him.
Their portraits are a bonus

Well, my main headcanon is that Peppino would never take Feppino in. He would avoid his clone whenever possible, because he scares him to some extent. Peppino's fear may go away with time, but not completely. And Feppino hates Peppino for leaving him under the rubble, from which Pizzahead eventually dug him out. This hatred will not completely go away either. So these two are literally outcasts in Peppino's eyes for various reasons.

They're going to walk the streets on this Halloween night. It's Feppino's first Halloween, and he's a little worried. Pizzahead cheers him up as best he can, and before leaving the house, the two take photos in costumes. Only now Pizzahead notices a gray streak on his red clown wig.
Pizzahead never talks about his problems and bad feelings, as Feppino does. He gives support and warmth that he did not feel himself. During a walk (and other unpleasant things) his wig gradually turns gray, and there remains one red curl in front of his eyes (in fact, only Pizzahead sees it, for the rest the wig is the same red).
And this is the first time when he feels sorry that he shouted at a man who did not turn away from him.

PH finds Feppino (who has retired to the next room so as not to make things worse), hugs him tightly, and apologizes for yelling and pouring all his anger on him. After that, he gives something like: "I didn't have anyone to change for. I don't promise anything, but I will honestly try." Happy last month of summer. I wish autumn had already come so that I could put on my favorite sweaters.
