Finally an explanation on my Horizons AU lmao
Okay so I was gonna draw something but I was busy soooo--
It's almost a crossover between Tears of the Kingdom (I love that game) and Pokemon. (and roblox doors bc Curious Light is one of my ocs lol??) All normal rules still apply but here we go-
Most of this takes place in Paldea and Unova. (Also Volo is still alive during this whole thing lmao) There are two added crew members to the Rising Volt Tacklers:
Lizzy (my main Oc) Who is from the Unova region alongside her partner Pokemon, Lucario (who also got yeeted to Hisui but more on that later) and a somewhat counterpart of Curious Light
Amethio (YEP HES WITH THE CREW IN MY AU) who was fired from the Explorers and now wants to make things right (and Lizzy's childhood pookie)
Lizzy met Lucius (because he was in Hisui (he has a Kleavor so it makes sense ig????)) while she was in Hisui and promised to protect Terapagos and Liko.
Okay now on to the Explorers
Coral (or Sango) is just the embodiment of a child (and is a psycopath but anyways) and is only in the Explorers because they can do whatever (I think she said that in an earlier ep). Also I hc her as a huge GLITCH productions fan (and also her English VA is Pomni's voice actor!) and would binge watch Murder Drones or TDAC while on break.

He's DEFINIATELY up to something. What? We don't know- but he's insane. LIKE, ALMOST VOLO INSANE. He's also a manipulative little shit so yeah. Anyway I sometimes hc him as kinda flirty (i dont know what i was on) and also the kinda guy to watch the Iono zone for no absolute reason. He also has a bowtie for Umbreon. I also hc him to be a MD enjoyer as well (bc he relates to Cyn lmfao)
Hamber- alrighty not much to say about this guy lol. Butler man lol. Anyway i only hc him to have a sword for no absolute reason
Sidian- Gym guy. Need I say more? I also hc him to be a good cook bc S A L T. He's the only Admin that wouldn't try to kill Lizzy on the spot
Chalce (or Agate) She's def a the one to meditate while the HQ is blowing up or smth lmaooo. Also i gave her a Slither Wing as a Pokemon for her team because it fits ngl (and also to paralell Lizzy a bit because she has an Iron Valliant) Also i hc her to like Spicy Food
Onia and Zirc (I LOVE THEM). Onia loves cute pokemon and just has a bunch of photos in her room for sure.
Gibeon- Him and Lizzy hate each other's guts. Need I say more? I also hc him to have a Hydreigon and a Spiritomb.

Amethio wasn’t good with affection, or surprise visits. That being said, you probably should’ve warned him before going over to surprise him. By surprise what you really meant was that the rest of your group was on vacation and you were assigned to help him since you two made such a great team.
It’d been a while since you’d seen him in person, always having other simple tasks to do. You and Thio always kept in touch via text though. It took him a while but now when you asked how his day went, he didn’t just say fine, he actually delved into the details. The progress was slow but you loved him all the same. You knew affection is hard for him but you love that he’s trying, just for you.
Reaching where your pretty boy, Zirc, and Conia are, you took a breathe and steeled yourself for the chaos that was going to ensue when you entered the building with a bag of freshly baked sweet treats.
As soon as you entered, the chatter stopped as they looked at you for a second. Then they were instantly lunging for the baked goods in your hands, Amethio getting to them first surprisingly. Zirc and Conia let out small groans of disappointment, before practically tackling you in a group hug.
They gave you the run down on what was happening and the progress so far. You didn’t have the heart to tell them that Thio already told you everything when they were so glad you were back on the team. A few seconds after they finished the run down Zirc tapped Conia’s shoulder and whispered something in her ear, causing her to leave with a promise of catching up soon.
That just left you and Amethio in the room together.
You ran over to him and tackled him in a hug which he stiffly returned. You moved back so you two were now sitting up on the couch with you on his lap facing him.
“I missed you, pretty boy”
“I missed you too” Amethio responded, hesitantly and awkward.
You took a moment just to stare at him, to take in all of his features once again. He really was beautiful. You knew Amethio wasn’t comfortable giving affection, but in the time that you had been dating he had gotten used to the way you showed your love for him.
The rest of the day was spent sitting with your pretty pretty boy, just enjoying each others company and lazily eating the food brought, together on the couch.
