FINALLY finished this! Took FAR longer than necessary, but it did get me back to drawing so that's good
Mostly chose the characters I'm familiar with but will most likely not draw since I'm not in the fandom— minus Sylvain. I was just...in a Sylvain mood when I sketched this 😂

THIS part broke my heart into many pieces–
I get why we couldn't get the scene as it'd require MC just... hanging around in the back, but after Portia called out Julian, they deserved a hug
They didn't see each other for about a decade, Portia thought he was dead, they need a hug

On tumblr I have found many comparisons between Asra and the magician of the Ghibli studio and I was thinking about how Howl Jenkins Pendragon would look with the characteristic of the magician from the arcana

I wanted to do something big for the Arcana community, something to bring us together! And why not make an event focusing on my favorite part of this community, our ocs and fan apprentices!
To participate, all you need to do is answer the daily question and tag your post with #apprenticember! There’s no pressure, no minimum word count, and you can skip days if you like!
Introduce your apprentice! Just their name, personality, appearance, and likes/dislikes for now! If you have pictures of them, post them today!

Give a short summary of their relationship to the other main characters!
What about the couriers? Have they met them? What do they think of them?
Do they have any other friends outside of canon? What about the minor characters?
Now, do they have any rivals? Maybe even a WORST ENEMY!? Spill the deets now!
Second week! Let’s go back to their physical description, but go even deeper! Do they have tattoos, piercings, scars, etc? What sort of clothes do they like?
Now let’s give their familiar the spotlight! Tell us all about them!

Do they have a gateway? What does it look like? If they don’t have one, describe their ideal spot instead.
What does their home look like? Their room?

What are they proudest of?
What’s their deepest insecurity?
Do they have any family, living or non living? List their family tree!
What were they like as a child?
If your mc fights, what is their fighting style? If they don’t, why not?
Remember the Valentines Day event where you could pick between 3 gifts to give the LI? What 3 gifts would you write for your mc?
Now what kind of gifts are they most likely to give?
What does your mc do to show their love?
What parts of Vesuvia is your mc most likely to be at?
Does your mc like parties, festivals, and masquerades? What do they do at them?
What’s your favorite thing about your mc?
How has your mc changed since you first made them?
Has your mc ever KILLED anybody? What are their thoughts on MURDER?
Are they afraid to die?
What is a fact about your mc others would never guess?
Is there anything else you’d like us to know?

I’m having a big artblock since the first announce of the government about the virus (I’m living in France) and it’s hard for me to find some time for myself since I have young kids at home (my youngest has 2 years old) and I’m trying to do my best to lighten the confinement for them 💗
So I told to myself, at least let’s party with Julian and The Arcana’s cast at the Rowdy Raven !!! 🎉😆 (-background is from @thearcanagame cause I’m a lazy ass this time XD)

This was such a great update for Portia. I loved the imagery of the magic in the air and the action at the end?? I loved it.
Also the CG was gorgeous!!
This was a sketch that got around 3 hours out of hand but this tale was so sweet, the art in it was gorgeous, and I love the concept of teen Nadia and Julian meeting, even if it probably didn’t happen but I’m ignoring that
