I decided to try using rougher and clearer strokes, but I didn't really like the result :')

I'm baaaccckkkk! This time I have three out of six of the main characters in "The Arcana"! We have Julian, Muriel, and Lucio! I hope you all like them!

PS- I know Lucio only has Mercedes and Melchior, but I really only put the glammed up borzoi on there because..Well, it's glammed up.

What if it was the devil/ Lucio who burned it?

Imagine them trapping Muriel and the MC in a realm simular to the arena, and forcing the two to fight. Muriel is furious with the two, so instead of attacking the MC he uses his staff to attack Lucio in a fit of rage.

Muriel's taken aback when he realizes that there was a loud crack from the ghost-like creature, only for the Devil to burst into minacle laughter as he removes the illusion spell. Turns out that the MC was in the place of Lucio, and vice versa.

Muriel is terrified, collapsing to the ground and holding the MC close as he apologized and attempted to despreately comfort the fragile, dying MC in his arms. Looking up to the Devil with disgust, and fear Muriel watches the bag of sulfur get thrown into the fire, as well as glancing down in time to watch the MC take their final breath.

The screen fades to black and starts out with the MC walking through the forest to retrieve an artifact along with Arsa. The MC notices and odd presence, which is non-other than Muriel, but they can't see him. Arsa doesn't remember him, and even Innana is unable to be found. Everyone he ever cared about couldn't see him, he was trapped in a curse of his own making.

Muriel Reverse Ending Prediction

Ok but what if Muriel’s Reverse ending ends with him deciding to be forgotten again. Everything he has done for people brings him only pain, so he decides to run again. Maybe he takes MC with him? (Similar to Asra’s reverse ending)

But how heartbreaking would it be if Muriel snatched your Myrrh pouch and burned it. And the next morning the Apprentice wakes up as if it was all some distance dream.
