Ruby - Really only get vibes from Volume 1, but "Why do I need friends? I've got you!" to Yang is very 👀, just doesn't come across as often or as much as Winter's sister complex.

Qrow - Not blood related incest, but his relationship with Ruby can lean into some vibes, especially considering he's her mentor and when he talks about Summer.
