‪So um last summer I was in a psych ward and two rules kinda pissed me off. If we didn’t eat everything on our plate we’d be sent to therapy and our closets were always locked.‬ I hated talking and the food was fucking awful. So um anytime I needed in my closet, I would tap a nurse and whisper what I needed, example I needed shoes, I’d tap a nurse and whisper shoes. The nurses hated it so much that they began to pretend not to hear me and it sent me into severe panic attacks.
