yknow i’ve been wondering about this, too. it’s weird, but it also kinda makes me wonder if PV is going to be, or is apart of, something bigger that’s going to happen.
Maybe it will involve the Avatar of Destiny, too, since they look very, very similar in almost a disturbing way. or it could be that PV never actually fully earned his soul jam, which might come up in a full confirmation with SM, or another thought/theory that i just thought of when i saw this post.
is it possible that a soul jam might be physically moldable? or maybe able to be cut like a gem?
perhaps the light of truth is simply in its purest form by being a raw, unshaped jam. it could also be a symbol for how subjective and changing truth could be. and with how complex PVs character is and how much it’s implied he struggles with an inferiority complex, this could be the case.
as we know with the light of freedom, jams can shatter. implying they have a crystal-like structure to them. with this information it can be thought and theorized that each soul jam has been cut into a specific shape, similarly to cutting a gemstone, at some point perhaps. this is supported by what we see previously with the beasts, and that the jams are the same shape. just situated upside down against the heroes, who we presume that their jams are faced downside up.
maybe he might be the last hero to face his beast equivalent because of this, or there might be more to PV than we thought. so much to think about…
