The danger isn’t drowning in quicksand, its drowning because you get stuck and can’t get away from the incoming tide Or you get stuck out in the elements in the freezing weather or heat because your can’t get out.
DON’T NEGATE QUICKSAND/MUDS DANGER JUST BECAUSE IT’S NOT THE THING THAT WILL KILL YOU!!!!!
Hundred of people every yer have to be rescues after getting stuck in mud and sand on beaches, or out on country walks because they walked off the tracks because the ground looked stable.
I get it, it’s mis information, but it’s mis inofrmation that can save your life from other things.
