I love the anime, but I think the manga portrays a lot better how Jean was concerned for Reiner. I would've loved to see him actually pull Reiner out of his titan like he did in the manga.

The BEST one to me is when Connie says they're gonna blow the area and Jean looks..well, petrified is the correct word.

Petrified is the correct word.

Jean once again distracted while protecting Reiner. People need to ship them more, seriously. They're so adorable. A perfect story of forgiveness and finding your way to someone who believes in you.

I feel like in AoT the kid versions of the characters look like shorter versions of their older selves except for Jean and Reiner.
