“baby baby baby!” renjun grins as he rushes over to where you were sitting on the couch, your ears twitching and fluffy tail wagging in confusion.
he grins as he pats your head, moving over to sir comfortably next to you. “watch this, flower.”
you nearly purr at the nickname—your attention quickly falling to the kitty displayed on your boyfriend’s phone.

your brows furrowed as you watched the video loop, the white kitty once again swaying to the music as its owner pleased.
“would you do this for me, flower?”
“eh?!” you gasped, cheeks flooding with a cute shade of pink. you hadn’t expected for him to want to do this trend with you.
“oh c’mon! it’ll be cute. you’ll look absolutely adorable.” grinning, renjun tugs on your shirt, whining to try and convince you.
you couldn’t help but blush as you thought of sitting in his lap and having his arms around your waist to move you along to the beat of the song.
“b-but—! i’m not an actual kitty…” you frowned, trying to find a way to get out of the little video request renjun wanted you to join in on.
renjun pouts while reaching up to soothe the hairs on your head down, “please—! i won’t even show anyone, i promise!”
you huff, knowing full well he’d most likely show it to his six other loud best friends. but you couldn’t help the addicting pats of your boyfriends warm hands on your head as he smiled up at you—eyes shining with excitement.
“fine. b-but just once! okay?”
“yes! i love you my flower!”

“boo!” renjun grinned as you looked up at him from the open book laying on your lap.
giggling to yourself, you reached over to boop the fake nose extending from his face.
“my, my. you make a very scary pinocchio, babe.”

mac and cheese — hrj.
in which you only know how to, sort of make the humble dish—mac and cheese.

renjun didn’t know why he found himself in front of your stove, hair slicked back as he carefully watched over the pot of instant ramen noodles at nearly 2 in the morning. actually, he did. he was in the middle of trying to fall asleep when you had blown up his phone—panicking about how you burned your precious mac and cheese pack. so, with sleep hanging heavy on his eyelids, he chooses to ignore that reason and tries to focus on cooking you something to eat.
“renjuuuun, i’m sorry for waking you,” you whisper sheepishly. you knew how irritable your boyfriend could get if he were to be disturbed in his sleepy state, but to your surprise he stands there eerily calm as he switches your stove off.
you watch as he drains your noodles and neatly places it into a bowl for you to enjoy. your eyes practically turn into hearts as he sits in front of you while pushing the steaming bowl of ramen forward towards you. his eyes are drooping as he sets his chin on his hand, staring at you.
“you know you can’t cook, what the hell possessed you to cook at two in the morning?” he yawns, watching as your eyes light up at the taste of his own mac and cheese. “thish ish sho gewd!”
he can’t help but laugh as you attempt to speak with your mouth brimming with noodles, your cheeks puffing out as you stuff them full. he loved to cook for you, even now as he nearly dozes off into dreamland.
“i was working on my paper and well—i didn’t have any groceries! those things are expensive…” you murmur, gulping down the last of renjun’s delicious noodles.
he scrunches his nose as you lick at your fork, grinning widely at him, “you should still budget your money for those things, y’know?”
renjun’s heavy sigh amuses you as you syand to place the bowl into the sink, your very sleepy boyfriend standing from his position in your small kitchen.
“c’mon sleepyhead. my bed’s starting to look real comfy.”

MARK … and you would have a pretty open relationship, he wouldn’t be the type to flaunt your relationship but he wouldn’t be the type to hide it either. the dreamies knew about you two and would absolutely love teasing you until your cheeks were bright red.
RENJUN … would probably want to keep you hidden for a little while. it wasn’t like he wanted to hide you away as if he was ashamed of you, more like he loved you so much and didn’t feel like sharing.
JENO … was head over heels for you. the dreamies knew about you way before you two had become a thing—so they knew just how whipped jeno was. when you both had gotten together jeno wouldn’t necessarily scream it on the top of his lungs, but he wasn’t quiet about it either.
HAECHAN … was very boisterous about your relationship. he would always squish your cheeks and pull you into his embrace, screaming a very high pitched “so cute!” while doing it too.
JAEMIN … would very much initiate pda with you in front of the dreamies on purpose. he’d drop some cheesy pick-up lines just to cringe them out, but he’d be very sweet and romantic behind closed doors.
CHENLE … would love showing you off. one hundred percent. he would always giggle and hold your hand, a loud “there’s my s/o!” leaving his lips every time he’d first catch sight of you entering the building.
JISUNG … would definitely be the private but not secret type of boy. he wouldn’t post much on his instagram or twitter, but when he did it was usually with you—with your face out of the picture. just something to show that he was taken but his love was just his to see.

[10:39 p.m.] (warning: dark humor since we’re talking cards against humanity lmfao) “okay, it’s my turn,” you breathed out, and set your cards down, picking up a black card. you read aloud, “what’s that smell?” a smile played along your lips as you watched your friends hurriedly look at their cards. you recently bought the game cards against humanity, which you think by far, has been one of your best investments. haechan grinned and set the first card down, before trying to peek at jisung’s cards. pushing him away, jisung slowly set down the next card, followed by jaemin, mark, chenle, jeno then finally your crush!renjun. you shuffled the cards, and began to read each card aloud, trying to show a minimal amount of reaction. “what’s that smell? coughing into a vagina; Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II; mouth herpes; poor life choices; bees?; Keanu Reeves; and Mr. Clean, right behind you.
“I have to say this is quite the bunch, but I narrowed it down to these three: the Queen one, the Mr. Clean one and poor life choices.” this made chenle and jaemin groan, while jisung said, “it was a shit card anyway,” with mark agreeing regarding his card. “sorry, but I think the winner is the Queen card.” renjun clapped at this, and taking the black card from your hand, fingers colliding gently with your own. the two of you blushed at this, and haechan simply groaned, “of course he wins! you literally love him!” renjun’s ears went red hearing this, and your eyebrows shot up, reaching for the pillow next to you and aimed it right for haechan, telling him “shut up!” the boys dodged it easily and everyone laughed at your antics, before quickly moving on to making mark the judge for the next round. you picked up your cards hastily, but throughout the rest of the night, you and renjun exchanged secret glances at one another, haechan’s words echoing in both of your heads.
