I'd like to clarify that me saying I felt bad for Neo at the end of the chapter doesn't mean I'm justifying her. She was absolutely terrible and I wouldn't blame the heroes if they simply killed her on sight next time.

What I mean is that what Neo always wanted was to be free, to not be her parents' puppet and to have someone who loved her. She lost that person, then revenge was the only thing that made her keep going and once she got it, she realized-- it didn't make her feel any better. In fact, it made her feel even more miserable because she realized that now she TRULY had no one and nothing left and completely shut down, becoming an empty shell with no will to live anymore. And then, Curious Cat possessed her. They forcibly took over her body and turned her into a puppet once again. Neo is a victim of ableist abuse, being tormented by her parents over being mute for years and then that goddamn cat not only uses her body but it also talks with it. And this all gets worse if, like I think, Neo was actually still conscious but couldn't do anything about it.

Like I said, Neo was a total bitch. But I also feel empathy for her for this because holy shit if it isn't fucked up.

If so, Imagine the Malfoy-potter children of that said universe, like idk, time travel to like the marauders era, ✨chaos ensues✨

Add also the angst of the fact that the marauders died quite young (how the fact that James and lily will be devastated by the fact that their child has to suffer)
