Finally tracked down something I have been trying to get my hands on (and get before someone could buy it out from under me lol) for FOREVER.
Now, fingers crossed it's the right size. >.>
Okay, just hear me out here.
Skyler Samuels as Barbara Gordon/Oracle.
Wait wait, yes, you're not wrong, I totally thought of this because dur hur, sitting in front of a bunch of computer screens, but let me cook.
She's first of all a really good actress, who has shown she can put in the work to play a dual role, which essentially Babs and Batgirl would be, in some cases.
She can be a total, understated badass you would underestimate right up to the point where you're wondering how you got your ass beat.
She's smart and can deliver the tech talk with ease and believability.
She's trained herself in self defense, so has a good base to build any fighting she might have to do as Batgirl or Oracle. And already has some action comicbooky experience with Nine Lives of Chloe King.
Is she the best choice? Maybe not, but I think she could knock it outta the park.

So many gifs from The Gifted are teeny tiny, either by dimensions or quality, because that's what people could make back in the day.
I keep getting tempted to make updated gifs, but that sounds suspiciously like work, and there has to be better means than how I do it.
But I did happen to remake a gif of this moment, so here you go, Gifted fandom. All six of us.
This skirt has become one of my holy grails of things to find. I've found similar but not very close skirts, and nothing that really satisfied my perfectionist brain. (This is a known problem I need to work on, but I digress.)
On a whim, I tossed a randomly specific search in just to see if anything interesting was spat out, and I got...this!
Which is still different, but is genuinely close enough, that I actually like this and can look past the differences. I am tempted...if I can find it available somewhere.
Also, I can't help but wonder...it ALMOST looks like they could have taken this, and removed the larger pearl embellishments, and it just might be the same, but modified, skirt. It wouldn't surprise me.

I stumbled across Skyler's first movie, and it has such a packed cast of character actors (And Skyler!), and the premise is SO ridiculous (Kid who daydreams and is awesome on flight simulator games, must land a plane when things go horribly wrong), that I HAD to see it.
It doesn't seem to be anywhere online, but the DVD was like...five bucks, so I couldn't say no.
