you bowed your head with a small - and extremely undeserving - smile as you said your goodbyes to the staff and left your meeting. solo meetings with the staff at jype were always worrying, but this time you wished you had forced one of the boys to come with you.

you had a huge year ahead of you; your comeback being one of the most anticipated of the year on twitter, before your japanese comeback, and then further embarking on a tour. really, you and the boys were enjoying all the free time you had before the workload became overbearing - which none of you could deny it was, despite how much you loved your jobs.

but to then be sat down and given a whole new diet and gym plan? on top of everything else, it was…. hurtful. you were always a little self-conscious of your weight - being the only girl in a group with 8 boys, anything you did or changed stuck out like a sore thumb. but as far as you knew, you were fine. your weight had sat steady since the last comeback, and you were always careful with what you ate and how you worked out.

shaking it off as your manager put a comforting hand on your arm and helped you out of the building to your awaiting car, you assumed that something had changed if the company felt they had to step in. you just hoped the boys hadn’t noticed, and if they had they weren’t talking about it behind your back.

it was a silly thing to worry about, obviously. your boys only ever wanted what was best for you, and you knew that. merely 2 years after your debut, you had all begun understanding each other on a deeper level, and - under chan’s demand - very, very slowly it led to romantic connections establishing between you all. and now here you are, in one of the biggest kpop groups in the world, working and living and thriving with your 8 boyfriends in one harmonious polycule.

during the drive back to the dorm, your manager was kind enough to let you brood in your silence - he understood all too well that you were bombarded with a lot of information to process during the meeting, especially when your small hands started flicking through the folder you were given. a strict meal plan - every meal and snack planned out to the last gram with no room to move. an exact workout guide - how on earth you were going to do this without changbin noticing something was up in the gym, you had no clue. you just prayed that their busy schedules leading up to comeback season were enough for you to keep this from them - the last thing they needed right now was to worry about you too.

when you finally arrived back at the dorm, you were instantly wrapped into a tight hug by a pouting jisung. you giggled softly as he complained about losing mario kart to felix - again - and how he owed jeongin $100 because felix beat seungmin too. he kept mumbling his complaints into your neck as you waddled to the living room, the sight of the maknae line bickering and throwing popcorn at each other being a wholesome and beautiful sight to come home to.

jisung finally released you from his hold, allowing you to squeeze yourself onto the couch between seungmin and jeongin, the latter instantly throwing an arm around your shoulders as seungmin looked over at you, a smile painted on his lips.

“how did the meeting go? we were trying to figure out why they’d call a solo meeting with you, but none of us worked it out.” he asked softly, planting a chaste kiss on your cheek before handing his controller back over to jisung. you weren’t entirely sure how to respond, thinking of an excuse on the spot.

“oh, yeah it went fine. they were just checking what parts of the comeback schedules lined up with my period - after last comeback, they want to try and make that week as easy as possible for me.” you shrugged, knowing the boys wouldn’t ask more questions when it came to that time of the month.

its not like they were disgusted or anything. in fact, they were the most helpful and understanding boyfriends you could ask for. they just never pried, never dug for more information than you seemed comfortable with sharing, and you were grateful for that. especially as you lied. if they asked questions, you were sure you would crumble and tell them the truth. for now, it was just easier to ignore it and join them playing video games.

dinner time that night was your first exceptional challenge. after studying your diet plan in your bedroom, it was suggested that you have a vegetable salad with plain chicken breast and a small portion of sweet potato. it seemed boring and bland, especially with the other meals you were expected to follow. usually, you would follow the boys around the kitchen and see what they were having for dinner - then helping one of them make a larger portion so you could share and eat together. it was so normalized at this point, you’d typically get asked teasingly which member’s meal you’d be planning to hijack that night.

so, of course, when you headed to the kitchen silently and began preparing a completely different meal, a few eyebrows were raised, although thankfully no one asked any questions. they just simply assumed you had a specific craving that night that you wanted to indulge in. truthfully, as much as you wanted to eat your meal in the company of your boyfriends, discussing your days and giggling together, you were deeply embarrassed by the fact the company had put you on your diet plan. so regretfully, you skulked back into your bedroom with your dismal meal and ate in the comfort of your bed with a disney movie playing in the background.

the next morning, you woke yourself up at what felt like the ass-crack of dawn to head down to the company gym. you stuffed everything you’d need for the day into a backpack, silently leaving the door and enjoying the quiet of the early morning during your walk to the company building. the lack of noise and movement in the world was nice, feeling like it had washed away all of your worries almost instantly. every time you saw a stray cat, or a funny street sign, you’d snap a picture to send to your group chat with the boys.

you allowed yourself to send a couple of animal pictures to the chat, assuming the boys would be asleep, and when they woke, wouldn’t notice or question the times that you had sent the pictures. of course, that was a misjudgement on your part, because when the hell did chan ever sleep? as you approached the gym doors, your phone dinged and your heart squeezed at his message.

lying to your boyfriends in any way made you feel sick to your stomach, but deep down you just didn’t want them worrying about you. luckily, your workout went relatively easily - you were quite active and partook in gym activity frequently so it was simply like a higher intensity session for you.

after you had showered and left the gym, you headed down to the company cafeteria for breakfast. your meal plan stated that your breakfast for the day should be a small portion of mandu dumplings and a pineapple and kale smoothie. you savored the food as much as you could with each bite, knowing you wouldn’t be able to get a chance to eat again until the later evening. your schedule was packed, practices upon practices before your evening workout, and as much as you loved your job, you knew wholeheartedly how much the company liked to overwork you leading up to comeback season.

practice seemed to drag that day, your vocal teacher questioning if you were feeling unwell because your energy just seemed completely off during your session together. you shrugged her off, insisting you were just tired, but in reality you were overthinking every single moment of the day. between the lack of food, and ache from overworking yourself in the gym that morning, you just felt exhausted - both physically and mentally.

after you finished all your scheduled plans for the day, you decided to head to the company cafeteria for dinner - it was easier than going home and then heading back out to the gym, in all honesty. you tried your hardest not to finish your allocated meal, thinking if you left food on your plate that you’d feel more accomplished. however, as soon as you got to the gym and began your evening workout, you knew leaving food was a bad idea. nonetheless, you pushed through the achy joints and growling stomach, even beating your current personal best on the stairmaster before you ended your session.

the stress of needing to be a certain weight before your next solo meeting before the comeback had you stressed and pushing yourself harder than you should, so you opted to walk back to the dorms that night rather than calling a car. the next few days were similar - the ache, and fatigue, and sick feeling in the pit of your stomach as you forced yourself into work. staying at the company later, working out at any free time you had, sleeping as soon as you got home without even acknowledging the boys you shared a dorm with. they had slowly started noticing, of course, but it wasn’t until exactly a week after your meeting that things all came to a head.

you had finally noticed in the mirror that morning that you had lost weight - your clothes weren’t fitting how they usually did, and you weren’t even hungry most of the day. the gym had become your best friend, and working out had become so much easier. sure, the fatigue and lightheadedness was slightly concerning, but in your opinion it was worth it to keep your job.

that day, you were scheduled to have a whole-group dance practice in the evening before you all headed home, which the boys were excited for because it meant they could travel home with you for the first time in a week straight. you, on the other hand, were slightly annoyed you couldn’t just sneak off to the gym or make an excuse to stay at the company longer. that day you’d opted to skip breakfast - the idea of eating before a day of work making you nauseous - and instead had chugged an energy drink and some caffeine pills along with your morning vitamins. work was boring, and all day you were itching to just up and head to the gym, or just go on a long walk, but you couldn’t. you were stuck between rooms in the company, and it was honestly stressing you out.

by the time it got to the evening, and you and the boys all met up for dance practice, you were instantly scooped into a hug by hyunjin, giggling as his hair tickled your skin.

“finally! missed you so much, pretty girl. feels like i haven’t seen you for more than 30 seconds lately.” he mumbled against the skin of your neck, the sensation making you shiver.

“don’t be silly, hyun,” you grinned as you pulled away to help him tie his hair into a ponytail. “i’m right here now, not going anywhere.”

practice started pretty quickly after that, considering jisung was running late after vocal lessons, and you quickly realized that not eating that day may not have been your best idea. the haste of your movements had your head spinning more than usual, and you felt like you were tripping over your own feet every two seconds. you couldn’t sworn you were moving in slow motion with everything around you sped up, and no matter how much you tried to shake the feelings off, it wouldn’t leave.

you stepped forward through a wave of your boyfriends, fighting to keep your eyes ahead and complete your center dance for the bridge in the song, but it was to no avail. your heart thudded and you internally cried as you felt your body collapse to the ground, black dots circling your vision and your ears ringing loudly.

the thud your body hit the ground with was sickening to the boys who looked on, minho rushing over to try and catch you since he was the closest. they were fast to carry you to the couch in the corner on the practice room, seungmin practically sprinting out of the room to get you cold water and ice from the cooler in the hallway. of course, they knew you had been acting strange, but they never realized it was something so big or detrimental to your health - both physical and mental.

“she feels lighter… god, how did we not notice she’s lost so much weight?” felix practically wailed, his eyes brimming with tears at the sight of you sickly pale and unconscious in his arms.

“when was the last time someone saw her eat?” changbin quizzed, his frown only growing as jeongin piped up.

“forget that for now, when was the last time she had a drink?”

seungmin had reentered the room by that point, a cup of ice and a separate cup of water in each hand. felix had his hands in your hair, fingers tangled between the locks as he stroked your head soothingly. chan had crouched in front of you, cupping your cheek and softly rubbing the skin with his thumb in an effort to gently wake you up.

when consciousness did finally grace you again, you groaned. your head was pounding and you felt gross, and sticky. you tried to sit up, surprised when felix pulled you back down to lean on him from behind you. it was only then that you looked around and took in the worried faces of your boyfriends and bandmates, instantly flushing red in shame that you disrupted practice.

“i’m so sorry–” was all that managed to escape your lips before seungmin held out the cup of water in front of you, swiftly cutting you off.

“drink. we’ve got ice, too, and jisung has a protein bar in his bag that you’re eating, okay?”

you blanched at his words, sipping the water while carefully trying to decide your next words.

“i appreciate it, but i’m fine. i don’t need to wait, i just need some water and i’ll be fine.”

yeah, that sounded good in your head. not too many details, but enough for them to hopefully drop it - at least, you hoped. but unfortunately, the universe didn’t want to work in your favor that day, as you eyes fell on chan and his worried - but stern - face.

“(y/n)...” he started, and your heart dropped at how exhausted and scared he sounded. “what’s going on? when’s the last time you ate? and don’t lie to me, please.”

you sighed, looking around the room and accepting that the game was up. you just hoped they would understand, and they wouldn’t be mad at you. it was bad enough that disrupted practice, you couldn’t handle your boys being disappointed with you too.

“i…” even just looking around the room at the scared faces of your boyfriends, all ideas of lying slipped away from you. “yesterday lunch time. i had a chicken salad…”

you looked at the floor, too scared to face their disappointed stares as you felt felix’s hand shift from your hair to your shoulder. tears were welling under your eyelids no matter how hard you tried to blink them away, and you knew you couldn’t keep it a secret anymore.

“love,” changbin asked softly for his position on the floor next to chan. “is this why you’ve been going to the gym so much? why are you doing this to yourself?”

you shook your head unable to reply, as you felt chan’s hand on your knee.

“we’re just worried, pretty girl. ther’s no need for you to be doing this to yourself, you know that, right?”

you couldn’t help the way you groaned loudly, all your recent frustration pouring out in that moment. it was like a dam had broken, and you couldn’t stop yourself.

“it’s not me! i don’t want this. it hurts and it sucks. it’s– it’s not me.”

“can you elaborate, angel?” felix asked softly, his breath tickling your ear from his proximity to you.

“it’s…” you sighed, knowing that if you didn’t tell them now, then you never would. “it’s the company. that meeting, last week i– they gave me a diet plan. told me i needed to lose weight before the comeback. i just didn’t want to let anyone down…”

your voice slowly trailed off as you gained the confidence to look up, meeting the distraught expressions of your boyfriends. shock, disgust… anger…. you weren’t sure what scared you more in that moment. really, you tuned out everything that was going on around you, sipping your water in hopes of combatting the thudding in your head.

it was only when jeongin crouched in front of you with his signature smile plastered on his lips that you came back to reality. he hed out his hands to you, helping you stand, as everyone packed their belongings up.

“we’re gonna head home, okay? order in some food and have a movie night, if you want that?”

your eyes leaked again at their concern, the group of you leaving the practice room and headed down to the company lobby. “i’d love that, innie… but where are chan and minho going? aren’t they coming home with us?”

he shook his head as the rest of the members, along with yourself, headed out to the cars waiting for you outside the building.

“they’ll be right home - they’re just going to talk to the staff… make some ‘arrangements’, as channie-hyung worded it.”

you were too tired and mentally exhausted to ask any further questions, allowing the boys to bundle you into the car without a fight. when you finally got back to the dorm, felix and jeongin helped you shower, before you met changbin in the bedroom to help you get dried and dressed for bed.

by the time you got back into the living room, chan and minho had arrived home, but they wouldn’t answer any of your questions - opting to give you the television remote instead as they placed bags of takeout food onto the coffee table.

and thats how you spent the night; curled up on the couch with your favourite boys, enjoying takeout and watching movies. it was perfect, and you couldn’t believe you allowed the words of staff members to take this feeling away from you.

--------------------------------------

oh, and you later found out chan and minho had gone into a meeting room all guns blazing, threatening to sue if the company risked your health the way they did ever again. you were never put on another diet plan after that, and used your experience to speak out about the mistreatment of idols due to unobtainable beauty standards. life was good.

previously on happy death day:

You lost track of time, the last few verses cutting through the air as you turned off the shower slowly, towel wrapping around your body as you shivered in the rapidly cooling air. Your hands almost vibrated as you dressed quickly, your hands pausing as the song finished itself off a little too slowly for the moment.

“I'm so sick of the fakes, I'm so sick of the fakes,”

You mouthed the words, hands straightening the hem of the hoodie once you pulled it on properly, your eyes scanning your reflection with a certain distaste as you brushed your hair.

Vroom. Vroom. Vroom.

You rolled your eyes at the revving, placing your hairbrush back down on the counter and flicking off the light with a sigh.

Crash.

“Run, run for your life, run, run for your life.”

-----------

The song ended too abruptly for your liking, the silence ringing through your head as you pause your music, muffled voices from your tv reaching your ears along with heavy footsteps that widened your eyes. Your mind raced back to that fateful purge night with your parents, your hands trembling in full as you quietly left the bathroom and peeked through your bedroom door, two of the people making their way up the stairs, pistols in hand as they slammed open doors.

You shut your bedroom door with a panicked breath, slowly turning the small lock to give yourself a false sense of security despite hearing the loud bangs of the other doors and knowing it wouldn’t hold even if you wanted it too. Your eyes scanned your room, under the bed was too obvious, the closet was as well, you had no chance of fitting under your dresser and so you were left with the bathroom. Sneaking back into the foggy room, you looked around in fear.

If you were found, there was no way anything good was going to happen. That you knew for certain. Your shower was way too obvious but the curtain provided enough of a hide for you to grab your blow dryer and hide with it as a weapon. Your small closet of towels called your name as well so you opened it to see if you could fit, panic taking over your body as you realized you couldn’t fit. Staring at yourself in the mirror, you sighed before glancing down and realizing you've hid under the sink before. You could fucking fit. Swinging open the doors as quickly and quietly as you could, you gathered everything, using the banging of the door to your office to deposit everything into the shower.

Your hands trembled still as you slid into the empty space, taking a deep breath before you slid under the pipe and situated yourself as comfortably as you could. Closing the doors as your bedroom door was slammed open, heavy footsteps following immediately as you covered your mouth. Thankful you left the washroom door open, you watched the faint shadow of someone take slow steps towards the shower, your body flinching at the drag of the curtain rings on the metal bar. The footsteps of the second person followed, steps just as heavy as you heard the hinges of the linen closet squeak at the force it was opened with. You heard a confused grunt from one of them, your pride rising in volume until you cheered yourself a little too much and smacked your head on the pipe. Hard.

“Ow.”, you whimpered, hands flying to cover your hurting head and mouth as the footsteps leaving the room paused.

A menacing chuckle followed the short silence, hairs standing on end as one of them whistled what sounded like a nursery rhyme. The creepy tune of it made you cower further into the cupboard before the doors swung open and a gloved hand reached in for you, fingers grasping a handful of your still wet hair and dragging you from your confined space. You grunted and fought against the hold, your eyes scanning them both, the shock of blue hair making you whine as you realized they had probably followed you from work. The one holding you scoffed, a sharp kicking sending pain down your leg as it hit your thigh. Wincing and biting your cheek to stop another noise of pain leaving you, you struggled harder in his hold.

“Will you fucking stop moving?”, he grunted, hand tightening in your hair to pull you kicking and nearly screaming from the washroom.

Your eyes trained on the blue haired boy, eyes pleading with him to help you out some, your silent wishes coming true as he made a hand motion to his comrade, the grip loosening just slightly. Your eyes watered as he dragged you into the hall, his voice echoing through the stairs and over the murmur of the tv still playing.

“We’ve got her! It’s go time!”

Affirmative shouts were sent back, footsteps appearing and some fading, all going in the same direction. The kitchen. The noise of the tv cut out moments later, a figure sauntering past the bottom of the stairs you now stood above, hands gripped behind your back and hair still held in a painful grasp. The eye contact was brief, his dark eyes lighting up with something you could only guess was excitement before he was out of sight and you were being shoved down the stairs. Your head hit a few steps, your knees aching and arms already sore as you rolled into a wall with a loud thump. You whined pitifully, hands coming to cradle your head before you pulled them away just as quick, the dull shine of blood on your hands making your eyes water for a different reason.

Shaking it off the best you could, you weakly pushed yourself away from the wall, each movement painful and sending sharp pains to your head. A mocking laugh reached you from halfway down the stairs, your eyes finally focusing as the two who found you stepped down the stairs like a princess at a ball.

“Awe, did you hit your head? Don’t worry. We’ll fix it right up! You won’t even notice it when we break some bones~”, his tone was nothing but sincere, a throat clearing sending you into action.

Your legs shakily pushed you up from the floor, hands trailing blood on the walls as you sprinted towards the hole in your house, the black truck still parked in the now open space. Using it to your advantage, you slid past the truck and the broken wall, a sort of distant voice freezing you.

“Han, Jeongin. Get her back here. Now.”, the voice was lilted with an accent, tone contrasting in boredom as two sets of footsteps barrelled towards you at a nearly inhumane speed.

It sent you back into motion, screams and gunshots from outside pushing you faster as you booked it down your driveway. Approaching the sidewalk with a sharp left turn, you celebrated your escape before a body knocked into yours, sending you forward onto your already bruising knees as your hands automatically tucked in to save your head from more injuries.

The harsh breaths in your ear and the weight on your drained body was the worst reminder that you had failed. It got even worse as you were pulled to your feet again, your two chasers each holding an arm and nearly carrying you back into your house. A disappointed gaze met yours briefly before his black hair fell enough over his eyes to obscure the nagging feeling in your head that you had seen that exact gaze before, and not just at work.

“You shouldn't have done that. We were going to be nicer considering your past, but here you are doing exactly what you had tried three purges ago.”, the leader of your assailants pulled his mask from his face, his jaw clenched as he watched you take in his words.

You shuddered through your breaths, arms trembling in the holds of the other two, your brain blanking on what he was insinuating. Two of them laughed loudly, realizing you had no idea what their leader had meant. Gazes snapped their way, the two nearly leaning on each other from the force behind their mirth. It slowly clicked in each of their heads as your eyebrows furrowed, eyes swapping between all of theirs in an attempt to click it together like they had a little over a year ago during the last purge. For them, it was seeing you sprinting from your home in a panic as you realized you were late for work because your bedside alarm was an hour behind suddenly.

It became clearer to them as they continued to follow you, plotting their purge like they had done that fateful purge night that took your parents’ lives in a mere two hours. They had been watching your every move, making note of who you were friends with and sending one of the biggest purge names, ATEEZ, after them one by one until you would be entirely alone after tonight. It was ambitious, but so were they and they had nothing to lose. Except you. And that would not happen. Not unless it was by their hands. Which is exactly where you were. In their hands after so much time not being able to approach you, sweep you off your feet and make love to you in so many ways that nothing else compared to the feeling they gave you when you were filled to the brim with their cocks.

Your eyes remained clueless, slightly hazy as you scanned their eyes for any indication. Finding none, you gave up. The panic filled you again as you realized just how fucked you were right now. Two strong holds on your arms, legs weak, six other clearly strong men standing less than a foot to a foot away from you. There was no escape. But that didn’t mean you couldn’t try.

Arms tugging roughly, you thrashed in their hold, a third shorter member of their group rounding your body to wrap you in one of the strongest back hugs you had ever felt. Unfortunately it wasn’t a back hug, and they were far from done stamping out your struggles, your mouth opening to scream as loud as you could to, hopefully, disarm them slightly. You didn’t get far in your plan, a large palm striking your cheek, your head flying to the right to meet the hardened stare of the shorter one holding you.

Slap.

Slap.

Slap.

Slap.

Crack.

You gasped in pain, your legs buckling as pain shot through them. Your cheeks ached, the sting of the slaps from the one who threw you down the stairs fading too slowly in response to the new pain. Looking down in a split second, a sob tore through your chest, the bone in your shin pressing against your skin, protruding the area as blood slowly trickled from a pierced spot. The full amount of the pain registered after your second sob, your fists clenching as you were set on the floor. You gasped for breath, shaking hands cradling the spot as lightly as possible, eyes wide and dropping tears down your reddened cheeks as they stood around you and watched. One of them sighed, a brief hand motion escaping your notice before you were lifted into someone's arms, the motion too much and too fast for your broken leg, pained cries leaving you at double the speed.

“Oh shut her up already!”

“Will you shut up already?!”

“Both of you shut up!”

“I didn’t start it! Minho is being a bitch!”

“And Sungie is being annoying!”

You groaned in annoyance at their bickering, your eyes closing as your ass met the hard surface of your dining table chair, hands being drug behind you and tied in what felt like an overly complicated series of knots. Your leg ached as it was lightly tied to the leg of the chair, your other leg tied tighter and to the leg of another chair which the blue haired boy sat in with a huff, pulling off his mask in obvious annoyance as you watched him with a raised eyebrow, your struggles forgotten and pain overwhelming your rational thoughts.

“Pretty…”, you muttered, eyes still overflowing with tears from other sources of pain.

The boy's freckles caught your attention, his delicate nose accentuating them in the best way you could think of as his blue hair dropped over his forehead in a classic 90’s romance heartthrob style. He huffed once more, toned arms crossing his now exposed chest, leather jacket long gone and probably in the truck as he watched you admire him.

“If you take a picture, it’ll last longer, y’know?”, his deep voice came as a shock, the sound startling you into tugging your injured leg away from the chair in a literal knee jerk reaction.

You whined at the pain, gasping for breath as the pain shot through you again. It fizzled out in your head, eyes going unfocused as you watched his eyes trace your features.

“You’re quite beautiful. I know you don’t know that, but you should. You’re stunning.”

“Yah! Felix stop flirting with our purgee!”

The boy in question groaned loudly, a small hand raising to flip off the back hugger.

“Both of you stop arguing! All of you stop! This is about her, not us!”, their leader's voice cut through the arguments you realized were happening in the background of your not-so-silent Felix appreciation.

A chorus of sorries filled the room, tones of dejected boys dragging through your ears as you watched them pull chairs around you in a half circle. Their eyes watched you, unmoving gazes dark and some curious as you breathed heavily through the now aching pains shooting through your body consistently.

“Now, Y/N-”

“How the fuck do you know my name?”

Slap.

You grunt, eyes narrowing at the man you determined to be Minho as his hand lowered back to his side.

“You have your mothers glare. Don’t make me gut you like I did her.”, he growled in your face as he raised himself from his seat to stare you down sternly.

“How-H-...”, your voice broke, throat tight as you swallowed nothing, “Why me now?! Didn’t you have enough of my parents?! While I watched?!”

A sob caught in your throat, memories replaying of the night in question, the muffled screams of your parents as they were sliced, diced and broken into what could’ve only been considered a mush of red, white and yellow. Your heart skipped a bit remembering the mess you were left in, their laughs echoing through your head as they walked out of the front door at 7am like they were simply over for a sleepover or a party. The reality was much different and at times you felt as though you could still feel their blood and sliced organs in your hands as you tried to clean up.

“Ohwe are you remembering now? How we cut open your mother as she screamed and sobbed, your father begging us to leave you alone? His precious child, all tied up and witnessing his death. He couldn’t fathom it!”, Minho's tone was dramatic, nearly sarcastic as he went on a small monologue while watching pain build behind your eyes, tears falling even faster down your still rosy cheeks.

“S-stop it-”

Slap.

“I’ll stop when I feel like it. So shut your dumb mouth and remind yourself of how desperate your poor daddy was for us to not hurt you. Good thing we didn’t hm? Now we’re your daddies.”, his lips brushed your ear as you trembled, Felix’s small hand rubbing your leg in what would be a comforting motion if the smirk he wore wasn’t something of nightmares.

Your head shook violently from left to right, hair flying in all directions until Minho grabbed a handful, stopping your motions with that same harsh grip. Your scalp stung, eyes closing tightly as he tugged your head forward before he let go, the restraints digging into your arms as you fell forwards with the motion. He scoffed a laugh at you, sitting down just off center in a chair across from you.

“Go ahead, Lixie. She’s waiting for you so patiently~”

----------

Felix stood from his chair with a huff, the taller of your chasers sitting in the chair in replacement of him.

“Our Lixie here is our knife master. You like knives don’t you? I mean look at that pretty block of them sitting out in the open for anyone to grab. Those are out just for our Lixie huh?”, his tone irked you, the way he talked to you like a child he was scolding, “I’m sure Lixie appreciates the forethought before we came to play.”

“A normal person has a knife block you asshole! Not everything is meant for you!”

Your outburst sent a deathly silence through them, eyes narrowing and jaws clenching.

Whoosh.

Slap, crack.

Stinging.

You gasped out in pain, eyes shutting as your tears continued, chest now aching.

“I’d watch your mouth if you wanted to be in one piece by the end of the night, doll. Otherwise, keep talking all you’d like! I would love to hurt you more.”

Your eyes peeled open slowly, meeting the very close gaze of Felix who was crouched in front of you, belt in hand. Your mind went blank, his deep voice no longer comforting you as you whimpered, shying away from his intense gaze. He was the last one you would’ve expected to be cruel, his gentle eyes, his pretty freckles and the slight blush to his cheeks every time he talked to you.

“Y-you were the nice one…”, you whined through your words, laughs answering as you hang your head in defeat.

“Oh, pretty. Don’t let his pretty face discount his danger.”, a large hand gripped your jaw, pulling your head up to meet yet another dark gaze, “He’s quite the wildcard. Now behave. I have no qualms about breaking in your dumb little head. You’ll be more obedient that way.”

You shook your head as much you could in his grip, eyes wavering from his to meet Felix’s smirk head-on, the new danger you could sense in him radiating in large waves. It caused you to tremble, arms tugging lightly on your restraints.

“Now now, Minnie, we don’t want her hurting herself for us. Let Lixie have his turn. You’ll get yours after him.”

The man in question grunts, moving back to his chair as Felix saunters forward, a knife opening and folding in his hand smoothly in place of the belt. A butterfly knife, you realized, terrified eyes watching it carefully as he crouched in front of you again. You held eye contact with him when he whistled, the noise making you jump and meet his disarmingly gentle eyes. A small whine pushed out of your throat, hands trembling again behind the chair. A sharp laugh sounded beside you, your eyes snapping toward the sound, every single one a personal danger now.

“She’s afraid of your eyes now, Lix. Isn’t that cute?”, Han was smirking, a small cocky quirk of his pretty lips that had you shifting in your chair as minutely as possible to avoid jarring your leg.

A few chuckles followed, Felix commanding your eyes toward him again with a light tap to your cheek. You quickly realized the knife was nowhere in your line of sight, eyes scanning his person as fast as you could to determine the danger. You were seconds too slow, a sharp sting crossing your cheek before your mind could register his lowering arm. Warmth trickled down your cheek, mixing with the tears and dropping red down your jaw onto your hoodie. You glanced down at the new sensation, a gasped whimper leaving you as you realized he really didn’t care about hurting you.

“Oh I’m sorry!”, Felix’s voice was octaves higher, “I didn’t think that would hurt~”

A brief pout crosses his lips and you shudder slightly, eyes closing as he holds the pretty blue knife to your new cut. You lean away from it, eyes scrunching further as the blade presses into it more, blood slipping from beneath at the added pressure.

“It’s a shame that we know you’re enjoying this, even if you don’t want to~”

You huffed through your nose, eyes focusing on his smattering of freckles to distract yourself. A snap to your left caught your attention, your gaze straying away from the immediate danger in search of the source. Their smiling leader was waving at you happily from where he sat, clearly the distractor. You glared at him, eyebrows furrowing at the strange silence that followed. The new sting on your chest arched your back roughly, the motion tugging your legs and making you cry out. A tsk hit your ear, blue hair tickling your cheek as Felix leaned into your ear, blade pressed tightly to your chest still as you felt the blood soaking the material around it.

“Eyes on me while I’m playing with you. Not him. Ya hear? Always. Me.”, his voice was nothing but a growl as his hand pressed further into your body, blade piercing your skin in a new spot, blood following quickly as he withdrew from you.

You nodded pitifully, eyes wide and teary still as you watched him back away just slightly, hand flipping the blade with a cheerful whistle. Their gazes ran over you, nothing a secret from their eyes as Felix sliced through your hoodie, the fabric now falling in two around your bare torso, both soaked with your blood.

“She looks a little dirty, Lixie. How about we let Binnie clean her up hm? Before Seungmin gets her all messy again.”

Noises of agreement confirmed Minho’s statement, the two in question respectively standing and walking to the sink and the other groaning while he settled further into his chair with an eye roll. The water running sent goosebumps across your skin, eyes watching the stream closely. You couldn’t tell anything from your spot, the noise putting a loud-speaker on your full bladder.

“Hurry it up! I want my turn before she’s too tired out and we have to play while she's out!”

A grunt gave Seungmin his answer, his eyes rolling again as he crossed his arms. Your eyes met his briefly but you broke the contact quickly, the unsettling Joker-like smile on his face putting you further on the edge. Claps followed soon after as the one they called Binnie approached with a large, large bucket of water. You definitely didn’t own such a large bucket, so you knew they brought that with them in anticipation and that made you shrink back further, head shaking from side to side rapidly in a last ditch attempt to stop whatever was about to happen. A scoff caught you off guard as the bucket was set down, your injured leg suddenly out of the uncomfortable position and resting outstretched in front of you. That changed quickly when a pair of hands met your leg with a rough grip, forcing your leg to bend under the chair, your already broken bone pushing out of your skin and meeting the air. The pain had you screaming, arms struggling against the restraints until a sharp slice of Felix’s blade had you stilling.

“Sit still and take it or the next cut kills you.”, the blade pressed threateningly against your neck, his tone steady.

You nodded shortly, eyes cast down to his hand until he moved it to sit on Han’s lap. As everyone focused back on the water wielding man, you failed to notice a missing person until hands slapped down on the chair behind you, hot breath tickling your neck as light kisses were pressed along it. The loud slap made you jump, neck tilting to the side in the motion, allowing the one behind you further access to your sensitive neck. You froze as his lips met your ear, his accent sending your hairs standing on end.

“Hey there, pretty. If you don’t want to drown right now, I suggest you hold your breath~”

Your brain short circuited, lips parting to ask what he meant when your chair was tilted forward sharply. Your senses were flooded by freezing water, your breath being forced from your lungs in bubbles that floated to the surface of the bucket on either side of your head. Muffled voices reached your ears from under the water, the topic of discussion unknown as you struggled to keep the remaining breath you had in your lungs, the task proving difficult as you felt another sharp sting that followed the blade of Felix’s knife on your back. The gasp it caused had you inhaling the cold water, eyes closing at the sting that formed slowly. You heard distant laughter, the conversation clearly not about you as your hands tugged against the intricate knots holding them in place, leg throbbing and body clenching as the water splashed down your chest slightly.

Breath filled your lungs suddenly as your head left the water, your body lurching as you coughed up what water you had inhaled in your submersion. The laughter was directed at you this time, mocking coo’s being sent your way as you kept your head low, re-wetted hair sticking to your face. You shivered violently, small splashes catching your attention. Changbin dropped ice cubes into the water as hot breath hit your neck, small bites being placed along it as you whined, breath stuttering while you caught it still.

“Chan has a thing for marking, expect more than your neck to be covered by 7.”, the flippant comment had you reeling, arms tugging and body thrashing in the chair as they watched silently, the only noises were your harsh breath and the last drops of ice cubes, the occasional flip of Felix’s knife filling in gaps of silence.

You whined and thrashed, blood trickling slowly down your body as one of them huffed in annoyance.

“She’s still covered in blood! We need to clean her better.”, Minho’s voice was like nails on a chalkboard for you as he lifted your hung head, eyes piercing through yours as they watered, ”She needs a much more… full… cleaning.”

You shook your head without even knowing what he meant, already knowing whatever it was was not going to be fun for you in the slightest. Your assumptions were proved right when Changbin lifted the bucket of now iced water above your head with the clearly slight effort of your other chaser, Jeongin. The feeling washed over you moments later, the mind and body numbing cold cascading down your body as you gasped for breath for the millionth time in a span of what felt like seconds.

The blood on your chest and leg flaked off slowly as the water continued to fall from the bucket in a harsh downpour over your head. Your eyes were scrunched closed, lights flashing behind your eyelids as you shivered, losing feeling in your body quickly. Your full bladder laying forgotten until the hot trickle of urine sailed down your leg alongside the water, embarrassment flooding your body in a hot flush despite the cold water, gasping through the feeling until it all stopped. The only indication of what had happened being your soaked body, the pool on your kitchen floor and your frantic gasps.

Slowly but surely as you stopped shivering, a loud clap filled the room. Your eyes slowly opened, finding them all in front of you wearing various expressions of astonishment as a few of them crouched at your legs. You glanced around at them slowly before you focused on the one kneeled in front of you, in the center of their small 4 man circle at your feet. His smirk was nothing short of nightmare fuel as his hands traced lines up and down your trembling thighs, eyes primal as he held your gaze.

“Let’s see what else I can make you do. It’s my turn now. And you have nowhere to go. Not until Jinnie has his turn with you. Then you’re fucked. Royally fucked. Just you wait.”, he ended with a laugh at your expense, the gesture common from them at this point as he held his hand out to the side for his choice of torture.

Your eyes focused on the item slowly, the lighter and candle being placed in his hand sending you into a frenzy. Your hands tugged against your restraints again, your uninjured leg kicked out as much as it could and your torso twisted uncomfortably. Your mistake. The burn on your stomach had you shouting, back curving and head dropping onto Chan’s toned stomach as you whined at the residual burn.

“Tsk tsk. I thought I told you to hold still, doll.”, his thumb flicked the lighter wheel, “Let’s see where your disobedience got you~”

“Let’s see what else I can make you do. It’s my turn now. And you have nowhere to go. Not until Jinnie has his turn with you. Then you’re fucked. Royally fucked.

-------

The lighter clicked a few times, the flame failing to burst forth again until it did. His smile said it all as he moved the lighter close enough to your sliced chest that the heat of it made you sweat. The heat stung your wound more than the pressure of the blade, your eyes narrowing to hide as much of the pain as you could. Your efforts were fruitless as Seungmin pushed the flame against the incision, your throat constricting with a shrill scream as he ran the heat along the length of it.

“Maybe this will stop the mess you’re making, hm? Save Binnie some extra clean up like a good slut.”

You whimpered, muscles clenching as you tried to lean away from all the stimulation, the breath on your ear, the heat of the lighter and the harsh, cold gazes of the men sat and crouched before you. Your thoughts no longer existed, the pain overtaking every single sense, eyes going blurry and ears ringing as you shuddered through the burning sensation that was now doubled on your chest.

“Be a little bit nice now, Minnie, she’s not used to this~”, Minho’s voice grated at your eardrums and soothed you all at once, “Yet. So, go easy. Until she can sit still. Or don’t~”

He was clearly mocking you, your eyes rolling at his playful tone as he watched you, ankle resting on his knee as he sat and watched you suffer through hooded eyelids. His gaze would’ve turned you on any other day, the intensity, the darkness of it and the way he licked his lips as his head tilted slightly. It screamed arousal and seeing the veins on his hand become more pronounced as he lightly scratched at his elevated leg did not help you in the slightest.

Despite the situation, you squirmed in your spot, hoping it would come across as discomfort and not the unfortunate arousal you were now harboring towards Minho as he sat cockily in his chair. Your luck was never that good, his eyes turning darker as he trailed his gaze down your body, taking in the way you squirmed more when he lifted his eyes to look at you through dark eyelashes, his tongue peeking out to run over his bottom lip slowly.

“Oh Minho! She likes that! Her thighs are clenching!”, Jeongin pointed out the obvious from his floor seat, his finger extended to point at your thighs as they indeed clenched at Minho’s actions.

You were laughed at again, the sound making you shrink in on yourself as much as you could with Chan’s arms finding purchase around your bare waist to run his tongue down your neck, following the small path of love bites he had left on that side. Eyes watched you even more diligently, some darker than before and others holding a new curious light.

“Why is she getting turned on though? She’s being tortured. That’s not grounds to be aroused.”, Felix mused aloud, his eyes tracing your body like he could read all your secrets.

“Jinnie. Sungie. Go search her room while Minnie has his fun.”

“On it.”, the two in question stood to head off upstairs, Felix taking up residence in Minho’s lap this time as Seungmin clicked the lighter beside your ear.

Your head flinched to the side, narrowly avoiding Chan’s own as he stood up straight to take Hyunjins spot beside Changbin. The bucket sat menacingly between the two chairs, the smirks on their faces unnerving and distracting until heat flared in your thigh, your leg kicking out as much as it could in response. Seungmin scoffed a laugh at your reaction, the tip of the lighter meeting your skin as he clicked it back on. The pain was too overwhelming at that point, the direct heat of the hot metal and the flame itself causing you to black out. The time you were out was undetermined, the boys taking the time to look over you very closely, rubbing salve on wounds and drying your hair until Hyunjin and Jisung re-entered the room with your diary in hand.

“What is that?”

“You guys were gone for a while~ Make out while you were up there?”

“Just bring it here.”

Hyunjin brought it over to Chan without question, Minho and Jeongin teasing the two for taking so long in your room.

“It’s her diary.”, Chan sounded astonished, his eyes scanning your pretty writing filling the pages one after the after, front and back.

“Ew, who cares? Girls have too many emotions, it’s no wonder she had to write them down so often.”, Seungmin was unapologetic in his opinion as he set the lighter down once his candle was lit.

“No, no. Shut up Minnie. Not that kind of diary.”

“What other kind of diary is there?! Is it a diet log? That’s even worse!”

“It’s her dirty dreams and kink scenarios…”

“What?”

“Let me see!”

“Oh that’s actually hot.”

“Shit, what is she into?!”

“That's… quite dumb.”, Minho was the one voicing his displeasure this time, his eyes rolling in his annoyance despite leaning forward in his chair in curiosity.

“Why would she need such a large book for that? How much does she write in that thing?”

“How many are there?! I have to know how many kinks she has!”

“That seems irrelevant…”

“Shut up, Lixie! You want to know too!” ,Han huffed in return.

Felix huffed as well while they all fell silent, eyes trained on the book in question while Chan flipped through the pages faster.

“60. She’s listed 60 different kinks.”

Whistles filled the room alongside disbelieving, happy claps.

“That’s insane! Is there even that many kinks that exist?!”

“Apparently, dumbass! Read some out!”

The boys leaned towards Chan as he flipped back to the near middle of your diary of horniness, his eyes scanning to carefully choose which kinks he wanted to expose. His eyes met Binnie’s darkened ones as he read over Chan’s shoulder, his hands gripping the seat of the chair as he focused on one in particular.

“Wax play…”

Seungmin made a noise of approval, fingers running up and down the length of his candle as he glanced back at your unconscious form.

“Knife play…”

“YES!”, Felix cheered as he spun in a circle, his fists punching the air at the good news.

“Breath play…”

Changbin growled, his eyes straying back to you as a slow smirk crawled across his pretty lips.

“Fear play…”

Hyunjin and Jeongin let out thoughtful hums, glancing at each other with knowing looks.

“Oh, she does have a daddy kink… or more so a sir/master kink…”

Minho smirked smugly, his eyes still focused on your resting body oblivious to all your secrets being revealed.

“She likes being degraded… and praised… but she also likes impact play.”

Minho laughed this time, Felix’s dark laugh following as Minho’s body fell against the back of the chair in wonder at the knowledge he held on you.  Hyunjin and Jisung high fiving while Chan had his own mini celebration as he scanned the page a few times over.

“Oh, Innie… She has a scenario written of being hunted…”, Chan’s dark eyes met Jeongin’s as he registered the words in his head, “She likes to be hunted.”

A round of applause and laughter followed, Jeongin’s smirk growing as he watched you wriggle lightly in your sleep. The thoughtful silence that followed would have been unnerving to you had you not been passed out, the group sending each other glances as they re-thought their plans for the next 6 hours of purge night. They would purge, oh yeah they would. And you would be participating in your own way as you had been for the first half, most of it unbeknownst to you as you had been watching whatever shitty drama was on for those who needed the distraction.

“Oh I’ll hunt you, bunny. You’ll never remember living in peace when I’m done with our little hunt.”, Jeongin walked towards you slowly as he spoke in a slight growl, his eyes narrowed as he placed his hands gently on your burnt, glossy thighs, “I’m going to have so much fun playing the big bad wolf… poor little Y/N-ie~ You have no idea how fast your heart will beat when its me after you next. But you will~”

He stood up from his bent position over your prone figure with slight pressure on your thighs, the action making you whimper lowly as he tilted his head at you with a deep hum that sent shivers down your spine even in your sleep.

“Yah, she can’t hear you. Save your monologue for when you’re hunting her.”

Jeongin huffed out a long sigh that made Felix giggle, Changbin patting his back roughly as he also chuckled at Minho’s words. A comfortable silence filled the room, your sleep riddled breaths calming them all as they talked quietly amongst themselves, Hyunjin grabbing the book from Chan to sit on the kitchen counter, flipping through the worn pages for himself. His sharp eyes scanned each word, absorbing what each meant for his turn until he landed on a scenario that made his heart race. Hyunjin’s eyes met Seungmin’s briefly as he looked over to your figure in the chair, the click and fizzle of the lighter adding some background noise as they all became absorbed in you once more.

“It’s time to wake her up. Who wants the honor?”

Glances were cast around the room in curiosity, most landing on Felix as he was already sauntering towards you in preparation, hands rubbing together like a fly as he bent to place his lips against your ear softly.

“Wakey wakey~ It’s time to wake up~”, his deep voice echoed in your subconscious causing you stir slightly as he repeats in your ear, soft lips brushing the shell of your ear until his words woke you with a start, your head flinging away from him as your body jerked in the chair.

A light scoff sounded from farther in the room, Hyunjin’s eyes meeting yours for a solid second before Felix was chuckling in your ear and drawing your attention to the significant ache in your thighs. Glancing at your thighs, you let out your biggest gasp of the night, blisters and red spots littering your flesh. Seungmin was smiling proudly at your feet, his lips parting slightly with proud breaths as he watched your reaction.

“Don’t get too comfortable now, pretty, Binnie wants a little more time with you before we send you off for Jinnie.”

Hums of agreement from Minho and Han confirmed your fate, Hyunjin meeting your eyes with a bored look until smirked at the way your eyes flickered across his face and body at almost inhuman speeds. Your attention was snapped away from his magnetic energy as Changbin stood to head back to the sink with the bucket, the water turning on and sending tingles across your body as you trembled slightly.

Mentally preparing yourself for your next make-shift swim, you closed your eyes tightly and took shaky breaths through your nose to get used to conserving air when you were under. Unfortunately for you, the boys knew your plans, a rough hit jarring you from your nearly meditative state, coughs jolting your wrapped leg painfully as your eyes focused on Chan, his fist still clenched and ready to send your air from your lungs with another hit in mere seconds if you dared to try and outsmart them and prepare yourself for something that they knew you enjoyed deep down.

A light spritz of water hit you and you looked around in slight anger, who the fuck just sprayed you like a bad cat? The covered laughter of Minho and Jeongin answered your question, the spray bottle in Minho’s large hand sending you into a blind rage, disregarding any further danger it may have put you in.

“What the fuck?! How dare you? I am not a misbehaving cat! And I am absolutely not a plant in need of watering so pray tell why the fuck you just sprayed me like both of those things!”, you panted for breath, your outburst taking more energy than you thought as you didn’t take a breath through it all.

The dark eyes around the room narrowed and filled with mirth, watching you seethe in your place. All but one. Hyunjin was furious now. His sharp eyes darker than you had seen them that night as he slid from the counter, your diary in hand as his steps rattled your bones as he made his way to you, the boys going silent and deadly serious as they moved out of his way.

“Do you want to fucking repeat that, darling?”, Hyunjin’s voice was deep, darkness seeping from the edges as he lowered himself to your level, “I don’t think you fucking do, so don’t you dare continue with your petty attitude.”

He stood up from his bent position, his mesh covered abs meeting your eye-sight as you growled back at him.

“Who are you to tell me what to say? They were calling you Jinnie! You think that’s fucking scary to me? It’s about as scary as ‘Lixie’ and ‘Minnie’ and ‘Binnie’ which is not at all! So clean up your own attitude, Jinnie, before you try to tell me what to do!”

The silence was deafening, no gunshots from outside seemed to exist. No more screams filled your ears from the distance. No water ran in your sink, no lighter clicked on and off in large hands. There was nothing but your breathing and Hyunjin’s dangerous stare as he lowered himself to your level once more, pretty veined hand gripping your jaw tight enough to break it if he wanted.

“I fucking dare you to say that again. Go on. You had enough nerve seconds ago to mock me like a big girl. Own up to it! I'm waiting.”

The heat and danger in his eyes told you he was testing you, you should stay silent and shake your head. But you were stubborn and a little too dumb to be good enough at keeping your mouth shut when you needed to.

“You’re such a dickhead! How big is your ego, huh? I think it takes up your whole being, no room for rational thought past your unending god-syndrome and self-praise! How pathetic is that? The fact you need your ego to even like your-”

Slap.

Slap.

Swoosh.

Crack. Stinging.

Slap.

His hand hit your cheek repeatedly, a belt lashing from Felix being added in for a moment as he seethed for Hyunjin. The man in question was staring you down with an even darker look in his eyes, the anger behind it giving you goosebumps as he heaved for breath through his anger.  His hand gripped your jaw tighter, the bone aching as his fingers dug into it harshly, his thumb tugging down your bottom jaw as he leaned down to stare into your eyes from around the height of your forehead.

Twah. Twah. Twah.

You flinched with each hit of his spit against your tongue, your eyes closing as he shut your mouth roughly, teeth clacking together painfully as your eyebrows contorted in disgust. His gaze held firm as his hand shifted to pinch your nose closed, the action forcing you to open your mouth and drool everywhere or swallow and breathe normally again. Your choice was decided quite quickly for you as Hyunjin raised a single eyebrow, his free hand reaching into the waistband of his dark jeans to pull a pistol from within. Your eyes widened but you weren’t that surprised seeing he had one on him, all of them probably did. What caught you off guard was the click of the safety and the press of the gun against your throat.

“I suggest you fucking swallow if you don’t want me to blast out your pretty throat with something other than my cock.”, Hyunjin was growling now, his voice surpassing Felix’s deepest tone as he cocked his eyebrow higher, a small mocking smirk curving his pretty lips, “That would be such a shame wouldn’t it? Yeah, I think it would.”

previously on happy death day;

------

Noises of agreement followed albeit muted ones, the other boys clearly hesitant to disrupt whatever Hyunjin had planned. The force of the weapon had you gulping quite loudly, Hyunjins pleased smirk causing you to glare his way. It should’ve been a given that it was a bad idea to glare at a man holding a gun very close to your body, but you don’t seem to learn. The wave of silence that flew around the room when your glare was caught sent chills across every bare appendage in the room. It was eerie, dark. Tense.

“Drop that look right fucking now.”

“Make me.”

Hyunjin’s eyes widened slightly, a thumb dragging across his bottom lip with a tilted head. In mere seconds, his anger was varnished with joy, laughter leaving him but causing you no happiness as the gun dragged up your throat to press against your jaw with a harsh push, your head jerking up to meet his dark stare head-on.

“Repeat that.”

You shook your head silently.

“I said,”, he growls, pressing the gun harder against the bone, “Repeat that, darling.”

You whimpered this time, his answering glare enough to make you struggle in your spot. A few lone tears tracked down your face as he scanned you for anything that may be a weakness. Your entire being was a weakness, he realized. You were weak. That’s why he was so quick to bring you to tears. You had been reduced to so little over the past hour or so that he didn’t even have to shoot you in the leg for fun. Pushing the head of the gun against your vulnerable spots did the trick perfectly. The cold metal sent goosebumps down your spine so his taunts didn’t and in all honesty, he was glad he didn’t have to work too hard to break you down further.

“Fuck you!”

Twah. Twah. Twah. Twah. Twah.

Heavy, anxious breaths filled the room, your own panicked and quick as you kept your eyes closed. The feeling of Hyunjin’s spit sliding over your nose slowly and dripping over your lips was enough to have you violently shaking as a few of them laughed near silently at your expense. Others cackled like hyenas, Minho’s face turning red from the consistent force of his laughter.

“Ohhhh you’re pushing it now!”, Minho was still wheezing, his hands waving about in front of him as he nudged Felix roughly.

“That was a horrible idea, puppy.”, Seungmin was stern, his fingers clicking the lighter as he stood slowly to take up position next to Hyunjin.

The rest of the boys were dead silent once more, your words sending what hope they had for Hyunjin going easy on you out the window within seconds. Too shocked by your own words to say anything else to sass him, you pressed your lips together, eyes squinting as you watched his face drop into the coldest look you had ever seen from such a pretty boy.  The two stood in front of you with similar looks of disappointment with pure danger. It was putting you on the edge of begging them to just kill you like they did your parents. Somehow, they sensed that. Changbin walked over with a fresh bucket of water. Minho laughed obnoxiously as he walked past him, his sharp eyes meeting yours again with a mocking glint of concern.

A swift warmth trailed through your body in the next second before the burning followed. It was scalding. More shivers covered your beaten body as the heat wore off, the chill of the night hitting you in full as the rush left you shaking. Minho wasn’t the only one laughing this time, Hyunjin’s hysterical laugh shrinking you in on yourself until your legs were free in an instant, his large hands yanking you from your chair to send you flying face first on the floor, your hands supporting your upper body as your leg aches, a pained cry escaping you twice fold when Seungmin kicked it lightly.

“Stupid puppy couldn’t even remember basic manners. You should have just been good, hmm?”, Seungmins veiny hand gripping your matted hair in a harsh grip, your neck bending awkwardly as he whispered in your ear, “Maybe you should listen. Might get a treat instead of a punishment.”

Hyunjin was next to grip you, his hand covering the expanse of your reddened neck, as he growled. Not words. Not an emotion. Just a cold, heart stopping growl that echoed off the walls left standing. The pure anger behind a single noise had you breaking, tears streaming down your face in another continuous trail as you trembled in the holds on you and under the gazes directed at your pained expression. All was silent for the few moments it took your mind to go past the point of blank.

“Please…”, you whimpered, your eyes searching theirs for any sign of mercy, “Just kill me…”

Your last words came out as a mere whisper, Hyunjin and Seungmin not even being able to pick it up until you dropped forward as their grips dropped.

“JUST KILL ME… please.”

SIlence took over the room for the hundredth time.

“Please…”, your voice was desperate and the boys picked up on it clearly, some of their eyes watering as others were overcome with anger.

A cold-hearted tsking filled the spaces between your sobs, your eyes widening dramatically as Minho had his own hand around your neck now. His eyes were dark as he watched you struggle to sob through his grip, a sort of satisfaction crossing his face as your own puffy one turned redder than it had previously.

“I don’t think you want that~ Tryna get away from us when we don’t allow it is unacceptable and must be punished. I'm sure you know that by now. Lixie is going to have some fun with Seungmin and you now, okay? so sit still like a good girl and it won’t be even worse for you.”

He was mocking you at this point, an echoing click of Seungmin’s lighter and the clack of Felix’s knife taking over your senses as you squirmed in Minho’s hold in a last ditch attempt to get away or even lessen the pain you were no doubt about to experience.

The sound of the lighter running at full force had shivers trailing across your body slowly as the two in question entered your field of vision, weapons in hand. Felix had his knife held with a gloved hand, Han now missing one of his from his pocket as Seungmin held the lighter to the blade.

The veined hand around your throat still seemed to mock you as you watched the blade slowly turn from a pale red to bright orange, the metal warping slightly as it heated. The smirk the two boys sent your way was enough to have you sobbing past Minho’s hand again, your eyes closing in preparation.

Nothing could have prepared you though, for the burning sting that pierced the skin of your shoulder, blood not even pooling as the blade rapidly cooled inside your flesh, tears tracking down your skin and burning the wound more than the residual heat of Felix’s knife. It was an indescribable pain, the burn, the sting of your skin tearing and being punctured as intense heat followed. From the reactions of the boys, the sensation of your skin attaching itself to the cooled blade before it was pulled from your shoulder was not incorrect, your blurry eyes registering the bits of your skin hanging on to the edges of the knife.

“What the fuck.”

“I didn’t agree to that much damage.”

“Woah, woah! Lixie, Minnie back down. Now!”

The world blurred around you as their voices became one as slowly as unconsciousness came to you again, concerned gazes surrounding you as you collapsed forward gently with the help of Minho. Chaos followed your departure from consciousness, voices yelling at each other and the two responsible for the missing skin on your shoulder, red faces mirroring back at each other on other members as they scrambled to do what they could to lessen the pain and help you heal better in the end. Felix was dragged away from your prone figure along with Seungmin by Jeongin and Changbin, their faces blank save for the lining of tears in their eyes.

“We said we would never let anything go in her! Are you two dumb?!”

“She could be so hurt by this in the long run. What if it gets infected?”

“Why?! She annoyed us all but you had no right to take that as a go ahead to stab her!”

“Get her on the couch, put something cool on the wound and get the first aid kit. She’ll need stitches. Minho, wash your hands. You’re up.”

Motion filled your house as Felix and Seungmin were dragged away from you and locked in a room, Minho washing up carefully as Hyunjin grabbed the first aid kit after moments of frantic searching. Changbin and Chan made sure you were comfortable in a position they could hold you down in for when the pain of the stitches woke you so abruptly.

Deep breaths were shared in the tense silence as they watched you in varying degrees of worry and anger at the two responsible. It wouldn’t be a purge night without twists and turns though, so they took in stride the best they could, Minho pulling gloves onto his hands before setting up the suture as the others gathered around in a small circle.

“Ready? Make sure you have a hold on her, yeah?”, Minho’s voice was as steady as his hands, his training kicking in and calming the group as you laid prone on the couch.

Nods answered his question, eyes trained on you as his hand closed in on your shoulder being dried by Han. The moment the suture pierced your skin, you were twitching in your sleep, movements pausing around you in case you woke up and panicked. Once you settled, Minho’s hand was moving smoothly. With their attention focused on your shoulder and not your face, no one noticed your eyes slowly blinking open with tears lining your lashes already. Minho was the one to notice when he glanced up at you to double check your passed out state, his eyes widening when they met yours.

“Hold her!”

His words startled the boys, their grip tightening as they took notice of your awakened state. You looked around drearily, the pain making you slightly dazed until your body lit up with the pain signals, your arms fighting the holds the boys had on them to try and tug out the suture. Being held still was a slight struggle but it was done successfully, Minho finishing your stitches with little to no struggle once numbing spray was applied to the area. The harsh grips on your body calmed once the stitches were tied off, your eyes flicking between them before you shook your head, eyes focused on the door rattling with the force of two men hitting it forcefully.

“What the actual fuck?”

A few muted chuckles followed your statement, some more annoyed than relieved that you still had your attitude about you. Hyunjin opened his mouth to answer, his eyes catching yours through his hair before they flicked to the door holding back the two responsible for your stitched shoulder along with everyone’s.

Yours followed slowly, the resounding bang that had sounded sending chills through your body. Ragged breathing filled your ears as the boy’s angry shouts and protests were washed away by the gazes of Felix and Seungmin, both breathing heavily and standing tall just outside the now broken door, dark eyes trained on your body as you stared back at them with fear filled eyes.

“Y/n.”

You said nothing, eyes watching each slow step they took towards you until you launched yourself over the back of the couch, past Changbin and Jeongin to hobble as fast as you could out the hole in your house. They watched you with concern, but Jeongin watched you with darkening eyes, his tongue sweeping over his bottom lip as a smirk pulled at them. Minho shared a knowing glance with Han before Jeongin was walking slowly after you, a whistled tune following from his pretty lips as he tucked his hands in his pockets smoothly.

The crunch of the broken wall alerted you to someone following you, your head turning as you stumbled down the driveway. You made eye contact with him as he continued to follow you, his haunting whistle and smirk shooting pains from your shoulder to your leg at the pure danger in his eyes as he strolled after you casually, almost as if he was watching you walk through a field of flowers and not running away from him as gunshots and screams played as a soundtrack for his chase.

“Oh little bunny~”, his tone was condescending, mocking you as you stumbled away from him, “You’ll need to run faster if you don’t want me to catch you~”

Your steps stuttered, arms flailing to stop yourself from falling until you righted your steps, turning away from his dark eyes as he laughed, head thrown back and eyes closed until it snapped forward, eyes narrowed on your retreating figure.

“And believe me, you really don’t want that.”, Jeongin called after you, his steps slowing slightly as his whistling picked up again, the song burned into your brain as a source of fear.

Your fear increased ten-fold as he began singing, your heart stopping as his voice reached you. It caused conflicting emotions. The beauty of his voice made you want to stop and listen but as the lyrics registered, you wanted to simultaneously curl up in a ball and cry yourself to sleep and never wake up.

“Run, run for your life.”

Happy Death Day VI

previously on happy death day;

-----

And run you did. Your legs worked as fast as they could, pain shooting through every inch of your being as you struggled to keep a pace fast enough that you felt progress in getting away. His pace stayed consistent as you glanced back at him, his smirk never faltering as he filled the night air with his voice. Your body ached with each step, his shadow growing as you stumbled slightly, arms flailing once again to stop yourself from face planting on the sidewalk for the second time.

“Bunny, you really need to speed up~ Don’t worry. You get one more chance.”, Jeongin’s voice was dark and loud in your ear, his hands planting on your shoulders as he spoke.

You froze instantly, your ears blocking every sound from your head as you tried to focus on ignoring the pain. So focused you hadn’t even seen him catching up to you easily as he walked quietly despite glancing back at him a few times. A sharp gasp pulled from your lungs as he shoved you forwards lightly, his voice surrounding you as you shook on the spot.

“I’d start running again before I decide to not be so nice. Jinnie wouldn’t be too happy with you either then~”

He was mocking you. A laughing lilt to his words as he watched you shake. It angered you, your body turning on the spot to raise your hand and deliver a punch as powerful as you could manage to his stupidly pretty face. The force was enough to have his head turning slightly, your hand lighting up with pain as you stumbled away from him. The growl that followed you had you shivering, the sound matching Hyunjin’s own in danger as you turned to look back at him briefly.

His jaw was clenching and unclenching as his head shook slowly, fluffy hair following the movements as his eyes met yours. Eye contact was a mistake, you decided, the darkness that grew deeper in his eyes taking over the last spot of empathy and compassion you had seen glittering in them before you had the nerve to punch him in the face.

His following laugh echoed in your skull past the other purge noises, his eyes trained on yours even though they narrowed with his forced smile. Your eyes caught movement to the side of you, but the second you turned, a loud bang caused your ears to ring. The sudden pain in your already wounded shoulder forcing you to your knees with the impact. Your eyes watered immediately, hands trembling as they reached for the new wound as the ringing slowly faded, a harsh laugh from the general direction of your driveway sending a new wave of chills through you.

Watery eyes glancing over, you took in Hyunjin and Chan standing under your porch lights with dark looks on their faces, Hyunjin holding his pistol in an outstretched hand. Aimed in your direction. A spark of disbelief flew through you before a hand hit your injured shoulder and you shouted in pain. Glancing up towards the source of the shove, you made eye contact with Jeongin again, his smile gone and rage consuming his usually adorable features entirely. His boot met your back in a harsh shove and your cheek met the sidewalk, a pained huff pushing from your lungs.

“You’re gonna regret ever trying to hurt me, little bunny. Jinnie isn’t very happy with you either. Oh and don’t get me started on our dear leader. You’re in for hell once we get in, bunny. You better buckle up.”

His strong arms wrapped around you, your body jostling on its way up to his shoulder, your leg aching and shoulder sending shooting pain to all minor wounds on your person. It made you sniffle in pain, Jeongin’s laugh sending a whole new round of pain through your body. The new wave of pain was too much for you, your eyes blacking out as you fell unconscious. The sudden extra weight of your body made Jeongin sigh, his eyes meeting Chan’s as he walked back up the driveway.

“You’ll help Jinnie deal with her before Sungie gets his turn.”, Chan grunted as he turned to head back into the house, the other boys waiting for their return with anxious expressions.

Through the anxious expressions, that darkness crept through, their gazes on your unconscious form as Jeongin sat you back on the chair it had all started in. Your head lolled as the boys gathered around you again, Han crouching in front of you with a sympathetic look in his eyes, his silent sorrow going unnoticed as you began to stir, Hyujin scoffing at the pained noise you made as soon as you woke up.

“Maybe that’ll teach you to not try and hurt one of us, hm?”

“We only want to take care of you, bunny. Why do you fight us so much?”

Your head was suddenly cleared of all sleep riddled fog, the pain taking a step back as rage filled you once more. Who were they to say they wanted to take care of you when you were tied to a chair with a broken leg, a stab wound and bullet wound in the same shoulder and multiple cuts and burns along the rest of your body along with previous waterboarding and dehumanizing actions done by them. You should’ve kept your mouth shut, you knew that talking back would only bring you more pain and deep down you did regret what flew from your mouth before you said it, just not enough to stop it from happening in the first place.

“Where do you get off on saying you care about me when all you’ve done is fucking hurt me?! There is no way you’re fucking SANE if you believe I could actually like you or accept you or even want to look at you if I’m alive by seven!”, your breaths were rough, voice hoarse and backed with pain as you shouted at the men in front of you.

A collective growl seemed to echo in your very bones, their eyes piercing through your soul as they watched you seethe in your spot. You made eye contact with the ones in front of you, your eyes lingering on the smile Minho held on his lips before his eyes darted behind you briefly. You scoffed at him, eyes tracing over the others before your eyes met the ceiling, your scalp stinging as the hand in it tugged harder and suddenly you were making eye contact with Jeongin, his eyes as dark as they were when you were on the sidewalk.

“I wouldn’t say things like that if I were you, bunny. We might take it the wrong way and you might end up with a missing finger~”

A harsh pressure on your shoulder had a scream passing your lips, Jeongins' eyes watching your expressions carefully with a small smirk. The smirk irked you, your eyebrows furrowing further as you processed the threat.

“Fuck you. I’ll never love you. I’ll never even like you. You can live in delusion all you’d like but I do. not. care.”, you scoffed at Jeongin, the pressure on your shoulder disappearing until you gathered the last of your courage, spitting at Jeongin with as much aggression as you could muster in the moment.

The silence that followed was the most disturbing one of the night, your body trembling as your own breathing filled the silence, their own not even a whisper in your ears. It was as if they had suddenly left your house, just abandoning their objectives to partake in other purge activities. That was only wishful thinking it seemed, moments later you were on the floor, shoulder pressed to the ground, a hand around your neck, a hand in your hair and boot on your leg as you cried out from the pain. Heavy breaths above you took over the silence as you struggled against their holds, giving up quickly as Felix’s knife was back in your personal space, the cool blade pressing against your neck in place of the hand.

“Watch yourself. I’m going last, doll. You don’t want to push me.”, Chan’s lips were soft on your ear, the threat hanging in the air as all holds on you were released, your forehead resting on the cool floor as you caught your breath from the sudden positioning change.

You huffed at Chan a second later, he had done nothing but slap you a little all night, there was no way you were afraid of him. Jisung on the other hand, you were slightly more afraid of. He had done nothing all night but watch you be tortured. Silent, observing. He seemed pliant yet the look in his eye when you talked back to any of them just reeked a sort of danger that was unknown to you. Unfortunately, that danger was now your thing to experience as Jisung gripped your hair, pulling your torso from the floor with a sharp tug, his other hand wrapping around your injured shoulder gently.

“If you don’t want me to dislocate your shoulder, you’re going to repeat exactly what I say and thank me for helping you say something smart for once.”, his tone was dark, words almost growled in a way you would never expect from him, “Do you understand?”

You nodded weakly, your eyes watering at the humiliation building in your stomach, the intense gazes from the boys making you tremble as Jisung takes a step back from you. Expecting a moment of reprieve, you let out a small sigh, the puff of air seeming like a cough in the silence as everyone paused. Jisung watched you silently before his arm swung forward and connected with your injured shoulder. You shouted in pain, your body jerking back with the force before two hands planted on your aching body to keep you still, a warm breath ghosting over the shell of your ear as you whined.

“I want words from here on out. If I don’t get you using your big girl voice, we’re going to have problems, okay?” ,Han stepped forward to close the distance that was created.

“Y-yes.”

A breathy “good girl” reached your ears as you were placed back on the chair, your eyes scanning for the culprit to send them a death glare. Only finding Minho’s sharp gaze, you sighed and looked back towards your current assailant. His eyes were focused on yours intently, his tongue running over his lips when he noticed he had your attention back.

“Now, remember to be a good princess and repeat after me. We don’t want more serious injuries befalling you~”, his tone was condescending but by the testing look in his eyes, you knew it was purposeful.

A brief silence consumed the room, eyes switching from you and Han as he watched you intently.

“I suggest you keep your eyes on me if you’d like to get a chance at not dealing with a dislocated, shot arm.”

Your eyes snapped from where they were straying to his, your lips trembling slightly at the reminder of the pain that consumed your every thought. A smile crept across his features as he held your attention, his tongue running over his bottom lip before he was leaning over you, hands on the back of your chair so he could position his head right beside yours.

“Say, ‘I will let you love me because I am made to please you.’ And don’t resist, love. It won’t end well, you know this by now.”

Your body shook in its spot, your eyes watering for the hundredth time as you looked between the boys. Minho watched with a smirk, his eyes as playful as they had been almost all night, Seungmin by his side with his lighter in hand, the flame flickering at your gaze. Jeongin stood to your side, his cheek clear of any sign you had spat at him. Chan stood behind you, his hands running over your back teasingly as you squirmed. Felix and Hyunjin sat huddled close as they conversed quietly although their eyes were on you the whole time. Changbin was the only one you could no longer see, his presence in your kitchen menacing at best as you heard the sink turn on once more.

“I-”, your voice came out weak, “I will…”

You trailed off slowly as Changbin walked back into the room, the bucket full with steaming water that sloshed over the edges as he walked. Han cleared his throat, his hand moving to your shoulder gently as a warning. You trembled harder under his touch before you cleared your throat as quietly as you could.

“I will let you…”, you stared up at Jisung with wide eyes as he stared you down, “let you love me….”

You rushed out the words as fast as you could, the small murmur of conversation from Felix and Hyunjin dying out as Han laughed loudly, his grip tightening on your body.

“That just won’t do, now will it, love?”, he looked around at his group, a false curiosity contorting his features. “Did you guys hear her?”

‘No’’s echoed from around the circle, Changbin stepping up to you with the dreaded bucket of water. His arms raised to throw it on you, his expression blank. A splash of water hit you before you heard Changbins name called, the warmth causing new shivers to wrack your frail body as you cooled off quickly.

“Give the poor kitty a moment to process her words before you punish her!”, Minho called out, his voice just as mocking as it had been all night.

Changbin scoffed but nodded, taking a step back to let Jisung stand in front of you again as his hand gripped your shoulder even tighter, “Now. Let’s try this one more time, love. This is your last chance. Now speak.”

Han commanded you like a dog, your eyes narrowing at him as he met your gaze unwavering. A brief movement caught your attention in the next second, your tense staring contest with Jisung cut short as you realized Seungmin had slid closer to you. You eyed him cautiously, a smirk pulling at his lips when you flicked your gaze to Minho just to check where he was. Not seeing the man in question sent your thoughts spiraling, Seungmin reaching over to nudge Chan and gesture to your searching eyes. The leader laughed sharply, your eyes widening and snapping straight to him as he pushed Jisung out of the way, his hand finding purchase in your hair.

“I suggest you pay attention to Hannie here, doll. He gave you a merciful chance to not get a new injury and you’re just throwing it away! Tsk tsk. Maybe you are just that dumb.”, Chan’s hand left your hair with a harsh shove back, your head falling over the top of the chair uncomfortably with a whimper.

“Y-you’re wrong…”, you coughed weakly, your head raising to stare him down with as much anger as you could muster in your gaze, “I’m not dumb!”

Then, with a sudden and unexpected burst of strength, you pushed yourself from the chair, shouldering your way past Han who nearly fell over from the force of your body colliding with his. Surprised shouts filled the room, a few growls backing them as you sprinted up the stairs the best you could, your leg aching to no end but pushing you to move faster. You couldn’t stay. You had to get out, and you had to get out now.

As you sprinted up the stairs, the boys glanced at each other with similar danger in their eyes, snarls taking over Seungmin and Hyunjins’ pretty lips as you stumbled over a few steps. It was a dumb idea, maybe Chan was right on that part, at least slightly… but you had to try. You wouldn’t go down fully without a fight despite there being eight fully grown and muscled men downstairs. You made it up the stairs, a haunting laugh filling your head as you slammed doors behind you as you weaved through rooms, leaving three open to conjoining bathrooms just in case. You just had to make it back to your bedroom and then you could climb through your window after barricading the doors and run to a neighbor or find a good place to hide until 7am.

Stumbling into your bedroom, your chest heaved with exertion, your arms aching as you pushed your dresser in front of the door. You took a split second to pause, hearing their footsteps ascending the stairs slowly and confidently. That was all it took for you to jerk back into motion, your wounds protesting constantly as you moved your night-stand in front of the dresser, your washroom only accessible from inside your room. You huffed and puffed, staring down your barricade before you fell on your ass, a pained cry crawling from your throat as the dresser shook with the force of whoever was hitting it.

Seungmin stood and watched Changbin body check the door, the lack of significant movement making him laugh as he stopped the other man, glancing around at his group to make eye contact with Chan. A nod was shared between them and then you heard a pair of footsteps leaving, your voice calling out before you could even think to stop it.

“Too pussy to break down a door? Pathetic.”, you emphasized it with a scoff, eyes widening quickly as you covered your mouth.

The sudden silence from the other side of the door shook you to your core, your arms trembling as you pushed yourself up from the floor. You looked around your ransacked room, trying to remember where you had put your pepper spray and small dagger for emergencies. The continued silence registered in your head a moment later, a gasp leaving you as you turned to face the door.

Hesitantly you called out, “I-I’m sorry! I didn’t mean it-”

“Shut up while you’re ahead, bunny. You won’t be getting any more chances once we get you out of that damned room.”, Jeongin growled through the door, a solid hit on the wood sending you into motion to search for your self defense.

“I never wanted any of this!”, you shouted back to cover up the noises of your rummaging, “Just leave me alone and we can pretend this never happened! You can stalk me if you want, I don’t care anymore! Just-”, you paused, your hands trembling as you stared into the empty drawer where you were certain you had housed the items you were looking for.

“Looking for these~?”

You spun around instantly, injuries protesting once more as you faced the man who sat casually against your desk. He held your pepper spray and dagger in his pretty hands, thin fingers twirling the dagger as he tossed the spray into the air before catching it and waving it at you. A pout graced his lips before he smirked at your clear shock, pushing off the desk to crowd you against your bed, your knees buckling when you hit the edge. You fell with a light huff, your eyes on the offending items.

“L-look I wasn’t gonna use those on you guys! I-”

“Shhhh, lovely. We know you couldn’t possibly be that dumb! To try and use pepper spray on us? Or even stab us?”, he chuckled, his voice reaching the others outside the door, their silence broken as an ax cut through the wood beside the door knob, “No, of course you fucking wouldn’t. So, what were you gonna do once you got your cute little hands on these, hm?”

Han watched your wide eyes grow glassy, a new set of tears trailing over your dirtied cheeks as he watched you. The dagger spun menacing circles in his hand as you jumped with each crack of the wood under the ax, a large hand punching through it to fumble for the doorknob to unlock it. You snuck a quick glance at the man above you, his hand loosened around the pepper spray with the distraction. You took as shallow of a deep breath as you possibly could, your uninjured arm shooting out to rip the spray from his hand, his eyes meeting yours before they closed in pain as you hit the trigger on the small bottle.

He grunted loudly, curses falling from his lips as the door rattled, your heartbeat loud in your ears as you rolled off the bed, heading to the open window. Your hands hit the window sill, your breaths loud and uneven as you looked down at the backyard, orange lighting up the sky as fires burned and guns fired. Pushing yourself up, you swung a leg over the edge, your eyes trained on the grid of vines that led to your window. Before you could make a move to get down, a piercing pain bloomed in your already injured arm, your eyes trailing slowly from the veined hand hovering near you to the handle of your dagger sticking out from your arm.

The door slammed open a second later, the weight of their eyes on you before a calm command hit your ears muffled, Chans’ eyes dark and determined as he waved at you. Confusion flooded your mind past the pain until the same veined hand pushed you out of the window. You gasped at the sudden loss of structure underneath you, Felixs’ slightly guilty smile greeting your eyes until your arm caught on the grid, flipping you around and sending more pain through your body as you crashed against it.

The motion had you leg bleeding once more, your ankle twisting painfully as it caught on a vine and halted your plummet for mere seconds before it snapped and you were falling again. Your fall stopped painfully and abruptly as you hit the small hedge below the vines, the small sticks digging into your skin in all the wrong places as you struggled to remove yourself. A gentle hand on your arm helped you from them, instincts telling you to thank you.

“Th-thanks…”, you muttered, pain shooting through your arm as the knife left it and you suddenly remembered where you were, your panicked eyes making contact with Minho’s overly pleased ones.

“Awe, I knew you could be nice! It wasn’t that hard after all was it?”, his smile was nothing but sharp as he watched you glance down to your bleeding arm, your legs giving out beneath you and sending you face first into his solid chest.

A voice sounded from your window, Minho’s hand in your hair suddenly as he dragged you through your yard. Seungmin met you at the door that connected to your kitchen, your head shaking from side to side as much as it could with the grip on your hair.

“No nonononononononono.. No no-”, you muttered frantically, eyes wide and desperate as you twisted in Minho’s hold the best you could with your legs not working with you.

No acknowledgements were given to your mutters, the suddenly full sink and temporarily blinded Han being nursed with a bowl of milk creating a whole new panic within you. Your mind practically shattered, your mutters becoming shouts and swears as the boys watched you struggle against their second oldest who slowly released his hold on you, watching with the others as you crumbled to the floor in a heap of blood and tears, your hands trembling against the floor as the sobs shook your entire body violently.

“Get her up, get her clean and get her comfy. It’s time to let her rest. We have 2 hours left, take one for her to calm down and the other? We can finish this off like we want.”
