Who IS SMG-K?

So, might do a small bit of lore here! But she was a character me and @fandomgoesahhhhhhhhh collaborated on!!

Smg-k, she's an Smg of course.. But who is her avatar?

Karen!! Yep! Why is she Smg-k's/Kiara's avatar you may ask? (Kiara is a name Karen gave her!)

Well! Here's where we get to the lore (heads up, it's a lot):

Kiara was originally supposed to go to a different universe. You know how parallel universes will have the same characters and such? Exactly that! Kiara was supposed to go to one where Smg1-4 weren't at. But her pod { r e d a c t e d }.

So she landed in the world with everyone else. She stayed in her pod and redesigned herself, she didn't like being purely a recolor.

One day however, Smg4 was watching Karen's kids and they went to run around outside. One of the kids found the pod, running back to Smg4. When he walked up he was shocked.

He didn't mean for it to open up for him, but once it did... The kids ran inside and Four had to follow them in now.

Kiara had actually been found by one of the kids, then the other two. They pulled her out to Smg4. The only thing understandable from them was "Look Mr Four!!! We have a sister!!"

Four was clearly beyond confused.. Kiara eventually said it was ok for the kids to explore while they talked.

End of "arc 1: a sibling" (according to drawings)

Start of "Arc 2: Silence."

Smg-k normally stayed in her pod, just kind of living there. It was close to Karen's house, so she would visit. The first time however.. Was definitely interesting. Kiara saw her avatar for the first time, and Karen saw her. Four just kinda shrugged when asked about it.

Everyone got to know each other, then... Western spaghetti happened. It startled her a bit but still tried to help Meggy as much as she could after the events

Next, Wotfi 23 came around. Kiara was hanging out with Four the day Three came up asking for help. You can imagine the look on her face when she heard something... About an... Igloo??? Why did Four look embarrassed? Suddenly both of them avoiding eye contact with Kiara.

Then, Three grabbed her shirt and pulled her with him just telling her to go pick a nice outfit

TRIGGER WARNING BELOW HERE. GUN/BLOOD MENTION

The three of them are at Marty's. And during the song, she got pulled aside.. But you'd only notice if you paid attention! This is where her part of Wotfi splits off and merges with @fandomgoesahhhhhhhhh 's character Cole. (The art below belongs to them as well)

Suddenly, she was in front of Marty... And someone in a red cloak. She was about to speak up, before a gun was pulled on her.

Everything went quiet in her mind. Just staring at that gun. She was frozen in fear...

Bang

Her arm was shot.. Blood going down her dress. Kiara panicked, then felt her ear get torn off by a dagger...that same dagger cutting her face, 2 gashes left there..then her tail. Her only thoughts were just to figure out how to stop the bleeding. What she should do. She was dying... Right?

Before anything else happened, Marty told her to never say a word. Stay Silent. That's if she made it out alive. And if she did. And she told someone.. He would find out.

As the cloaked figure got close to her, she screamed, clawing at his face, leaving him with matching marks. That was before she reached up and chipped their ear as well.

She ran. As soon as the figure turned away. She ran as fast as she could. She ran to the one place she knew she was safe.. Karen's place. She opened that door fast.

End of "Arc 2: silence."

Start of "Arc 3: Secrets..."

Kiara stayed with Karen. She never left that house. No one knew where she was. Not even Four.. The person Kiara had gotten close with.

Months passed. Kiara hadn't said a word. She learned sign language in this time...since she refused to speak..going mute.

Any time Karen asked what happened at the casino.. Kiara would avoid it. Not signing and just looking worried. Karen dropped the topic of asking a couple weeks after.

Karen was the one who taught Kiara how to sign, but also how to fight. Karen made sure Kiara knew how to protect herself if she needed to. Karen knew that Kiara would freeze up, but if needed.. She would fight back.

One day.. Kiara had built up enough courage to leave, she asked Karen if she could go get the groceries.. The moment she got far enough from home? She was taken again.

Marty. He finally got out of jail. And he took Kiara?! He kept her hidden somewhere. He was using her to his advantage. He knew she could fight. He got to learn things about her in the month she had her hidden.

Now. Marty's plan was in action. He started doing things to get Karen's attention. Karen thought it was Mario. Perfect. The kids are alone, because she took Smg4 with her.

Marty brought Kiara back to her home. The kids immediately ran up to her. She held back tears. Especially as she heard Zack say "Best birthday ever!! You finished playing hide and seek!!!!"

Marty then set up the food like normal, and had Kiara with the kids. She had no idea about the food. She thought it was food for the kids.

Smg4, Mario, and Karen burst in. Kiara sitting at the table, Marty behind her. Smg4 having the same reaction to both of them "Marty?! And Smg-K?!!! I thought you were dead!" Karen quickly spoke mentioning Kiara's been with her. Kiara still tried not to break down.. Especially after not seeing Smg4... For a year.

Normal events of the We must kill Mario video happened. Until, everyone burst in. Along with a face back from the casino.

Kiara saw this person.. He had matching scars to her. Cole. Cole?! He shot her?! He gave her these scars?! It was him?!! She just stared at him, then she got grabbed by one of the other people that came in. She dug her claws into the table to try and keep herself there.

Karen was busy dealing with the others to keep them off the kids. Four... Was just staring at Cole and Kiara.. Not expecting this. Karen smacked the back of his head telling him to focus. He did.

After everyone was on the ground. It was Karen, Kiara.. The person holding her, Smg4, and Marty in the same room. Mario, Cole(probably?) and the kids in another.

"Kiara.. I need you to do what I taught you...Please kid.." Karen spoke trying to reassure Kiara.. Four repeating it in his own words, taking a step closer, before a gun was pulled on him.

This caused Kiara to freak out seeing the gun so close to her face. It wasn't pointed at her but it still terrified her. She kicked up trying to kick it out of the person's hand. Then gripped her claws on their shirt and flipping herself over them, using her tail as an anchor around them.

Eventually everything got sorted out and it was just Karen, her kids, Mario, Smg4, and Kiara. Mario was with the kids still, keeping them distracted as Karen and Smg4 took care of Kiara.

Kiara broke down crying, clinging to Smg4. This caused the other two to be shocked. They immediately went to calm her down. She then spoke softly saying sorry. Karen more shocked, since she hasn't heard her speak minus things here and there. She was reassured by them that it wasn't her fault.

"I know it's not my fault! It was Marty's!! He took me. Cole shot me. And and-"

The two of them immediately stopped her asking what Marty and Cole did. She was nervous to explain but knew it was too late. She'll suffer the consequences if Marty finds out. So she told them everything

End of "Arc 3: Secrets..."

But! I hope you enjoyed this! I've been meaning to post/make her lore for ages, but got distracted or forgot Lmaooo. But! This ask gave me the perfect excuse to do this!!!!!

Pronouns: He/him

Yes Punchy is his birth name, seriously. He broke two of the doc's fingers in the first five hours of existing (trust me, I was the tv on the wall and the doc's scream was straight outta a "Tom and Jerry" episode).

He's Shroomy's younger cousin (by like, 5 years) on his mom's side (my ongoing headcanon is that Wheeler and Doomguy are on his dad's side, along with the headcanon that his mom's side of the family is why his face is on the cap of his mushroom and not the stem like Wheeler.) He doesn't really mind Shroomy's boy scout antics, fact he's interested in boy scouting himself and joins alongside him! (bro would actually be one of the people who wants to see Shroomy's badge collection.)

Punchy showed up in the Mushroom Kingdom after moving out of the Luncheon Kingdom. He asks around town where Shroomy is and eventually shows up to Karen's house, which Shroomy was helping watch over the trio. Punchy eventually asks if Shroomy and Karen are dating, which Shroomy isn't so sure on how to answer.

(No I totally didn't give Shroomy crushes on both Hal Monitor and Karen because I like Overgrown Computer and ShroomKitty and couldn't decide which one I liked more.)

Once I finished up Anti-Shroomy's wedding outfits, I knew I had to give the Overgrown Computer (Shroomy x Hal) and ShroomKitty (Shroomy x Karen) enjoyers (aka Me) Hal and Karen's wedding outfits! Even made the trio (Cory, Zack, and Katie) flower children and gave my version of Hal Jr. some ring bearer attire!

(Golly I'm so obessed with these and the gold bits on Karen's outfit came out better than I expected AAAAAA /positive)
