I have a new Snape headcanon.
He smokes a pipe to calm himself sometimes.
He picked it up from Lucius.
He was really hesitant about it at first because his father smokes and it smells horrible.
But pipe smoke smells very different and he likes it.
I don't know. It's just soothing to picture Snape smoking a pipe and reading a book like a grandpa.
