i think that the real young adult stan marsh would be in a goth hippie looking phase bc randy was like this - so it makes total sense in my head

then he would be used to it and would cut his hair and shave his moustache around thirty years old.

stan marsh is not meant to be pretty if he is randy marsh's son... even though for me he is kind of cute there! but most people won't think so :p
