Es zerbricht mein Herz, nicht so ganz in Zwei aber Stück für Stück in unzählbare Teile. Es ist als ob man fällt, jedes Mal von Neuem auf dem harten Asphalt der lebenden Realität. Nur stumm und weilend sind die Gedanken, bis ein kurzer Traum laut ins Gesicht schlägt. Bergauf und talabwärts ohne Halt und Ende, ist es zu weit weg oder zu nah am Verstand. Kein Wort soll gehört, keine Augen sehen, welcher tiefe Schmerz, in meiner Seele sitzt.

I don't think so. The Tribe of Darkness often eliminated mixed entities to avoid "tainting the bloodline", and Dimentio looks like he's one of those mixed beings, since he has the lower body of a human but the floating hands of whatever the hell Blelck is, so the Tribe would absolutely try to kill him.
Has anyone else noticed the similarities between Dimentio and Count Bleck? Their designs are pretty similar. The cloak with a head and a hat look is only shared by them. They both have one glowing eye for Grambi's sake! But what does this mean? Was Dimentio a member of the tribe of darkness?
